"I just heard it, you said it was 150,000, we can pay that money back!" Chu Xiaoyao pulled Chu Nan, comforted him a few words, and happened to hear Brother Lil’s words, turned around and shouted at him.
Brother Lil sneered, shook his head and said, "Little girl, you’re wrong. That’s an antique, and the price of antiques isn’t fixed. I did buy it for 150,000, but it’s appreciated now. So, if you want to pay, it can’t just be 150,000."

Chu Nan gripped Chu Xiaoyao by the arm and whispered in her ear, "Xiaoyao, I’m begging you, just run. Seriously, Brother Lil is extremely ruthless."
Chu Xiaoyao curled her lips and said, "Just a low-level thug. Don’t worry, Chu Nan sis, my husband and I will sort this out for you today."
Listening to Chu Xiaoyao’s confident words, Chu Nan felt unsure. After dropping out of high school, she lost touch with her old classmates and had no idea who Chu Xiaoyao and her husband were. Seeing them so calm and with such confidence, Chu Nan began to believe a little.
Brother Lil tilted his chin up, looking contemptuously at Li Yifei. He was about to speak when suddenly the person in front of him was extremely close, as if they had appeared right before his eyes. "Give up?" Li Yifei smiled, letting go. Brother Lil collapsed to the ground with a thud. Li Yifei continued, "I’ll give you a chance. Tell me about her debt, what’s going on?"
Brother Lil moved his mouth, the sting on his face making him realize he had encountered a formidable opponent. Still, he could never have imagined he had come up against the legendary Li Yifei! If he had known, Brother Lil wouldn’t have dared to provoke him even if he had a hundred times the courage.
"She... her father needed money for treatment, so she borrowed from me and ended up owing the debt." Brother Lil said.
"Oh." Li Yifei looked at Chu Nan and asked, "Is that true? Don’t be afraid, tell the truth, I’ll support you."
Chu Nan flinched, instinctively nodding, then shook her head, "That’s true, but... I initially borrowed a hundred thousand, two years ago!"

Brother Lil thought to himself how unlucky he was to have met someone tough. He whispered back, "She borrowed willingly, not my fault. Without my help back then, her father’s illness couldn’t have been treated."
"Heh." Li Yifei chuckled noncommittally, glancing at Chu Nan’s pale face, then turning back to Brother Lil, "Now let’s talk about our business. You guys teamed up to rip me off; how do you plan to explain this?"
"I..." Brother Lil felt a jolt of fear. He did have some backing, but the cost of using it was too high, not something to use lightly. Otherwise, even if he got the money for the vase this time, he’d have to hand it over to those backing him and end up empty-handed. With this in mind, Brother Lil, wincing, raised his head and asked, "May I ask who you are? I’ve never seen you in Mile City all these years!"
