Chapter 1935: Chapter 1998: All 10 Are Alive

Li Yifei walked straight into the adjacent detention room, where there were also a few Savak personnel. When they saw him enter, they immediately questioned him. But before they could shout, Li Yifei had already acted swiftly and efficiently, taking them all out. The five members of the Tiger Company, who were held there, saw Li Yifei enter and start fighting. They became excited and began questioning him in English: "Who are you?"

"Are you here to rescue us?"

Li Yifei glanced at the five men. They were all injured and cruelly tortured, but their spirits were still relatively intact. He walked over, sliced through the chains binding one team member with a knife, and said, "Stop speaking gibberish, speak Chinese."

The men were immediately overjoyed. They hadn’t expected this bearded man to speak Chinese. They joyfully exclaimed: "That’s great, haha, I told you Huaxia would come to rescue us!"

"Shut up." Li Yifei glared at them and said, "Do you want to draw attention from outside?"

They quickly silenced themselves. Li Yifei efficiently freed them, saying, "If you can walk on your own, move your body quickly. If you can’t, let someone else help. I’m going to rescue the others!"

"Alright, no problem!" Slowly, they climbed down from the racks they were tied to, having endured various tortures. Although their bodies didn’t listen well, they were still excellent soldiers. Despite the pain and limited mobility, they stood strong, aiding each other in dealing with the injuries.

Li Yifei had already dashed out, heading into the torture room opposite. Here, too, were some Savak personnel, but Li Yifei didn’t give them a chance to speak, taking them down directly.

"Who are you?" The squad leader, Ning Hu, was a genuine northerner, burly in stature and the actual commander behind the operation plan. Seeing Li Yifei break in and kill, he first showed a hint of doubt, then seeing Li Yifei rescue his men, quickly spoke up.

"Ning Hu?" Li Yifei looked at him and spoke in Chinese. Li Yifei had met Ning Hu before; during the last military district drill, the Flying Hawk Squad had even taught Ning Hu a lesson. But he was a true hero, equally exceptional in all aspects. Losing to the Flying Hawk Squad only proved the squad’s superior prowess.

Ning Hu looked at Li Yifei. The man spoke Chinese without a strange accent, so Ning Hu said, "Are you one of ours?"

The other four team members remained silent, only quietly moving to loosen their bodies after being freed from the torture racks. Li Yifei glanced at Ning Hu and asked, "Can you walk?" 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

As the leader, Ning Hu endured the most torture and questioning, yet revealed nothing. His feet were ulcerated, and ankles were bloodied. His legs had no uninjured areas, and several fingers seemed broken. Seeing Ning Hu’s dire state, anger surged within Li Yifei.

"I..." Ning Hu wanted to say he could walk, but he wasn’t in good shape. Determined, he said, "Brother... Just rescue my comrades. In this condition, I’ll only be a burden. You can give me a gun, and I can hold them off for a while."

"****." Li Yifei glanced at him indifferently. He turned to find two steel rods, handed them to a relatively fit team member, and said, "Get ropes to tie up his legs. Since you’re alive, stop thinking about dying."

Ning Hu looked at Li Yifei with some emotion. He certainly didn’t want to die, but considering his condition... Ning Hu shook his head and said, "I don’t know who you are, but I really don’t want to drag you down. There are many Savak people, and they’re cruel. You should take them and leave quickly."

"Knock him out." Li Yifei’s cold voice echoed. He already heard someone shouting outside, clearly not his people but Savak’s. Dropping the words, he dashed out.

Indeed, a few people outside had guns, shouting for the person in charge to come out. As Li Yifei exited, they mistook him for one of their own, pointing at him and shouting, "Hey, kid, come here, call everyone out, we’ve taken over."

Li Yifei straightened his body, walking toward them, asking as he walked, "Who are you? We haven’t received orders, so please wait here until our head is done, and talk with you."

"Get lost, I’m with Central Intelligence. We’ve taken over here, stop wasting time and quickly call your people out." Their leader brandished his gun, rudely.

Li Yifei had reached them, six in total, all wielding guns and donning bulletproof vests. He briefly scanned them, then suddenly erupted, grabbing the nearest one, twisting the neck with force, and then lunged forward with a kick that sent another flying, while his other hand locked around another’s neck, snapping it with a crunch, dispatching yet another.

Li Yifei took down five of the six in the blink of an eye. Tiger Company members from the torture rooms ran out, intending to help Li Yifei, but upon seeing he’d single-handedly eliminated five with bare hands, they were dumbfounded and quite impressed.

The remaining person attempted to call for backup, but Li Yifei had already punched him in the stomach, making him double over, and then executed a Thousand Jins Drop, breaking his spine, leaving him lifeless on the ground.

Having finished, Li Yifei turned to the Tiger Company members, "Grab weapons, we’re preparing to leave."

"Alright." The team members fully believed Li Yifei was here to rescue them, not to play tricks. Two helped Ning Hu, and the rest limped over, picking up weapons from the dead.

"Hero, take the rear, we’ll go first." The team members spoke with camaraderie. Though they didn’t know who Li Yifei was, they knew he was here to save them and wouldn’t let him fight alone.

"Take the back!" Li Yifei pointed behind them. They nodded quickly, heading back as a group, with Li Yifei at the rear. Ning Hu glanced at Li Yifei with complex emotions and said, "Thank you."

"Enough talk, move quickly, there’s a vehicle waiting outside!" Li Yifei urged, and they all sprinted toward the rear. But what awaited was a wall, smooth and without exit, causing confusion. Li Yifei, however, walked over and kicked the wall.

With a loud boom, the thick brick wall broke open under Li Yifei’s kick, leaving the Tiger Company in awe at his strength. Li Yifei kicked again, enlarging the opening, and urged, "Hurry up."

The group didn’t dare to delay. They realized Li Yifei was the sole rescuer, courageously storming in alone. His bravery was admirable, and he’d succeeded, rescuing them.

One by one, they entered the underground passage, dark but navigable due to training. To escape was paramount. The leading members scrambled forward, alerting the others of obstacles to avoid, unconcerned with personal injury.

Li Yifei brought up the rear. Darkness didn’t impair his vision; he continuously placed obstacles to hinder anyone pursuing. He and the others had to move quickly.

Though 150 meters wasn’t far, it seemed endless to the tortured team. Yet they didn’t complain, running to an estate’s yard. As they appeared, the few present paused, then reacted by rushing over to them.

"Don’t shoot; I’ll handle this. Run out to the left, there’s backup." Li Yifei stopped the team, charging forward while speaking, swiftly incapacitating the yard’s occupants with mere strikes.

Xu Shanshan was already waiting with a car nearby, outside the house instead of inside. Hearing commotion, she rushed over, spotting the injured crew, realizing Li Yifei succeeded. She quickly said, "Get in the car!"

"Thanks!" Desperate to flee, the crew hobbled to the vehicle.

Li Yifei approached last. Xu Shanshan, seeing him intact, smiled and said, "You’re amazing, hon."

"Let’s go." Li Yifei replied, grabbing Xu Shanshan’s hand, the two quickly catching up.

Everyone loaded into the vehicle, with Li Yifei driving. Xu Shanshan distributed bandages and antiseptic from the drugstore they passed earlier.

Everyone bore multiple injuries; some even had gunshot wounds. Though not in vital areas, human nerves transmit pain from any injury. As tension eased, pain flared, but not one cried out, everyone gritting their teeth silently.

Ning Hu hadn’t expected the rescuers to number just two, especially one being a woman. Who else was the other? With a disguise, Li Yifei’s true appearance was hidden. His skill was exceptional, unmatched even within Tiger Company.
