Submitting to My Best Friend's Dad-Chapter 876 : Living in the Moments
*Bianca*
I was completely enthralled by the swiftness with which Leo made arrangements. My curiosity was considerably peaked by his insistence that he would not tell me where we were going. Was it romantic? Yes, of course, it was.
I enjoyed the back-and-forth between us. The teasing way we were together made me happy. When it became clear he wasn’t going to share our destination with me, I decided I did not want to keep badgering him about it.
I was ok with just going with the flow and taking it step-by-step. I figured it would be fun to go on a surprise trip. I had to give him a hard time at first, and to tell the truth, I was interested in knowing where we were going.
I wasn’t afraid of him. Leo would never hurt me. I believed he simply wanted to treat me to a nice afternoon just as he said. By the time we arrived at the airstrip, my curiosity hadn’t waned. A part of that curiosity was how in the world could Leo afford something like this.
Part of me wanted to ask him about it. Was that really any of my business? Did I have a right to interrogate him about his finances and where they came from when he was trying to do something nice for me?
Well, I could ask him all I wanted. I would just keep getting the same old answers. He was a real estate mogul, he would say. Then, we would go round and around again. So, I decided that today I would just live moment by moment and let events come as they came.
Today would be about what Leo wanted to do. He wanted to take me on an impromptu trip, and I figured, wine and dine me. I wouldn’t think about the suspicions I had about him and that strange aura of power that surrounded him. I would let the worries of who and what he was go, and just live for every heartbeat of enjoyment he was offering today.
All I needed to know for now was that this man cared for me. He treated me like a princess and wanted to continue to do good things with and for me. He had the means to do what he was doing for me, and I was ok with that.
Spending time with him wasn’t going to be a hardship because I enjoyed being around him. He made me smile. He made my heart beat fast. He made me want to jump him on a regular basis. Everything about him was what I wanted. I decided that for now, I would have what I desired and give him the same.
As we entered the plane, we were met by the attendance with champagne. I felt like a bobble-head doll because I kept looking around, bobbing my head this and that way to see everything around me. I had never been on a private plane before.
It was so luxurious. The seats were leather and plush. The interior wasn’t the stark white of regular planes but a calm hint of blue shimmered over the walls. The seats were a softer shade of blue with marble like strands of the deeper shade accented by the plush navy carpet on the floor of the plane.
Once we were seated, and everybody took their places, it was quiet and private. I set aside my wine. I moved a little closer to Leo. My body reacted the way it always did around him. There was heat blooming between my thighs and running up into my belly and breasts. My fingers tingled to touch him. My eyes devoured him.
He was smiling down at me as if he knew what I was thinking. I don’t know if he did. I was too shy to do what I actually wanted to do. I wanted to unbuckle the seatbelt and climb onto his lap, straddle him, and make him do what I wanted him to do to me.
Instead, I kept sliding closer to him, moving my hand over him and pressing my breasts against his arm. I lay my head against his shoulder, scooted even closer to him to press my lips beneath his jaw where his pulse beat a mad tattoo.
Leo and I had made up. I wanted to show him how happy I was about that. I wanted to give him a plane trip. He’d never forget.
He caught on to my meaning and turned his face, so his lips would touch mine. At first, the kiss was soft and sweet, our lips pressing against each other and moving softly. Then, the kiss grew gradually heated. His lips opened mine, his tongue seeking mine. I let him seek for a moment, and then I joined him in a duel that set me aflame.
I unsnapped my seatbelt and moved into his lap the way I wanted to earlier. I ran my fingers through his hair and pressed my body against his. I felt the hard heat of him against the core of me. His hands wrapped around my backside, rubbing softly, as if to gentle me, but I didn’t want to be gentled. I wanted to make love.
He eased back from me. His cheeks were flushed, and his lips were swollen from our kisses. His eyes were dark and intense and full of heat. It made me feel good that I had put that heat there in his eyes.
“Baby, we can’t do this right now,” he said softly.
I just looked at him. I knew my eyes were pleading. I wanted him so bad. If he just...
“No,” he said, shaking his head at me with a knowing grin on his lips, as if he knew what I was thinking. “There’s not enough time for me to do all the things with you I want to right now. We’ll be landing soon,” he said, kissing my lips softly, rubbing my back, and doing exactly the opposite of what I wanted.
He was trying to calm me down, and I suppose I’d better let him since he was probably right. He knew more about flying to wherever we were going then I did.
Instead of calming me down, his rubs and touches did the exact opposite. I kept trying to move against him, and he kept holding my hips still.
“Leo,” I breathe against his lips. “Don’t tease,” I commanded.
He smiled against my lips and slipped his fingers under my skirt between my thighs.
“What do you want me to do?” he asked, teasing my folds through my underwear. I knew I was dripping wet, and I knew that he was enjoying himself, teasing me.
“You’re such a tease,” I moaned against his lips, as the strokes of his fingers became slightly firmer, creating a delectable friction. I didn’t want him to stop any time soon.
“That wasn’t very nice,” he whispered, slowly moving his fingers away, his hands on my thighs, just out of reach of where I needed him most.
I nearly sobbed against his lips.
“Please,” I asked, looking deep into those sexy eyes.
With his freehand, he pulled me close and kissed me hard and fast. Slipped his fingers beneath my underwear and pleasured me until I exploded all over his fingers.
I laid my head against his shoulder and panted.
“Oh, mio Dio,” I moaned against the collar of his shirt.
“Please fasten your seatbelts. We will be descending into Portland shortly,” The pilot announced, and I nearly fell off of Leo’s lap in my haste to get off him.
Leah laughed and caught me by the hips before I could fall. I scowled at him, and it just made him laugh harder. It was kind of funny, but I refused to laugh. I stood up and primly moved my skirt down and sat next to him.
“My bad girl,” Leo teased.
I enjoyed both his physical and verbal teasing. It was like being in a really wonderful relationship. He made me laugh, and he usually let me have my way. He was right about the time we had, though.
After we landed, there was a car waiting for us. Leo thanked the driver and took the keys. He took me on a driving tour of the city. It was lovely. Though it wasn’t like my beautiful Italy. It was quiet and full of people and shops and historical Buildings.
It was colorful and shiny. There were things I had never seen before and I was interested in all the places that he drove me to. It was so nice to spend time together, just the two of us. He pointed out different things that people came to see when they came to visit Portland.
He was a really good tour guide. He seemed to know the city well. It made me wonder if he was from here or from LA. I had so many questions. I realized that there were a lot of things I wanted to learn about him.
Finally, Leo, exhausted from being a tour guide for me, we stopped at a really nice park. There was so much flora and fauna around. Huge, lovely bushes and wonderful flowers seemed to meander along the pathways. It looked like a garden paradise had just blossomed in the middle of the city. We walked the trails and talked.
“It’s lovely here,” I said looking around just as I had when I first entered the plane. The air was sweet with the perfume of the flowers around us.
“Yes, it’s a really nice place to just be.”
He sounded so calm, and I think this was the first time I’ve ever seen him this relaxed. Usually, there was attention to Leo. His muscles, his facial expression, even in his voice. Now, he sounded happy and easy.
I looked up at his face to see if the sound of his tone was reflected there as well. It was. His eyes were calm and clear. He didn’t look around anxiously as if someone was about to pop out at us. his shoulders weren’t tense. He just seemed relaxed and happy. I was glad that I could give that to him today.
“Thank you so much for bringing me here. I’ve enjoyed our day,” I said, still looking around at all the different flowers that I couldn’t name.
“I just wanted to get us away from the city for a little while. Give us a little piece.”
I wouldn’t let myself go beyond what he said. There was still that little part of me that wanted to ask, but I refused to. I wouldn’t ruin our day with lies and half truths. I wouldn’t make him lie to me either.
“Well, you succeeded. It has been a lovely peaceful afternoon. I wonder what you have in store for me now?” I asked, giving him a teasing glance from beneath my lashes.
“Wouldn’t you like to know?” he teased and nipped at my bottom lip.
“None of that,” I said, wagging my finger under his nose. “You know what that does to me, and we can’t do anything about it here, “I said, giving him a mock angry look.
He chuckled and kissed my nose instead.
“Come on,” he said, grabbing my hand and walking me toward the entrance of the park.
“Oh no, are you kidnapping me?” I said, sounding like a dramatic bee movie heroine.
“Sweetheart, I’ve already done that,” he said, and I laughed at him.
“So, where are you taking me to now, and what kind of nefarious deeds are you going to perform on me?” I asked, shivering in mock fear.
“You’ll be alright, anticipation makes the waiting worthwhile,” he said, pulling me closer and we walked back to the car with my arm around his waist and his around mine.
“I have a place here, and I’ve made arrangements for us to spend some time there next.”
“Oh, so, he finally reveals where he is taking me,”
“You didn’t get it out of me.”
“No, I didn’t even try,” I said, smiling up at him.
“Using reverse psychology on me?”
“I am not the one who started this contest, sir, you are.”
“I don’t know about that. You’re the one who laid down the challenge.”
“I suppose I did. I gave up pretty quickly, though.”
“I have a place here in the city. And we’re going to go there for a little while. I have plans for you, “he said, leaning down and kissing my lips again.
This time, I didn’t reprimand him. I didn’t tease him. I just kissed him back. “So, are you showing me more of who you are?” I asked.
“Yeah, I guess so. I have a place here in Portland. There are a lot of things you don’t know about me.”
I looked into those eyes. They were mysterious again. The tension was back in his shoulders. He still seemed more relaxed than normal, but there was some tension there again. Yes, he was right. There was a lot I didn’t know about him.
