STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer-Chapter 764: Practising Star Fist
5th Zone, City-A
Jeremy Night was able to comprehend the route in one hour. Like the "Blade One" move, it only had one Chapter as well.
He didn’t immediately start practicing. He read it once again to make sure he didn’t miss anything.
He memorized the veins and meridians, spending another half an hour memorizing everything.
Then he placed the book aside and walked up to the punching bag. The punching bag was new; he didn’t know whether it could withstand the attack.
But he had decided to practice the Star Fist move without using the starlight power first. The Star Fist technique involved a movement technique, so he started practicing without the starlight power.
Boom!
His right fist snapped out fast and struck the punching bag in a blur. The punching bag shook and moved backward.
He didn’t stop and continued to use his hip and leg to generate force. The consecutive punches were strong, landing heavily on the punching bag. He was immersed in the practice and forgot about the time.

Wilderness—Darkshade Hideout
Jeffery and the others continued to hear negative news. Their target hadn’t left the organization. If this went on, they would be forced to take action inside the city.
Jeffery knew that if he made that call, there would be no turning back. Even his own organization won’t protect him. It was the red line of the City Governors.
If anyone performed such actions inside the city, they would go to the ends of the earth to eradicate the root.
The ending of the Skull Gang was the best example; they were wiped out completely.
Jeffery regained his clarity. He didn’t think negatively and decided he would continue to wait.
It didn’t matter how long. Once the target entered the wilderness, he intended to torture him to death. Because of the target, they were suffering.
They had lost the mission chance. If they had gone on the mission, they would have earned more.
By killing the target, they won’t be able to get much of a reward. He then collected his thoughts and ordered the informers to keep him updated.

A few days passed,
Jeremy Night was now familiar with the Star Fist moves. He decided to introduce the starlight power today.
He stood in front of the punching bag, which was filled with sand. The next second, he circulated a starlight thread inside his body.
It was a single thread. It went around and passed through the new route. He could feel the changes in his body.
As the starlight thread passed over each place, that place was being tempered. He didn’t stop and continued to follow the move.
His hip and leg moved. The starlight thread moved faster and crossed the entire route.
In a flash, his right fist was covered in the starlight thread. He could feel a new, profound strength in his arm.
A single thread was not enough, but he could only peel one starlight thread at a time. The next second, he released his punch.
Boom!
The right fist snapped back and collided into the sandbag.
Boom!
A deafening noise sounded. His right fist tore through the sandbag in a single shot. When he withdrew the punch, he saw a hole in the bag.
His gaze then shifted to his right hand. The fingers were covered in the starlight thread, and he could still feel the strength in his arm.
Phew!
He took a deep breath before striking the punching bag again. One after another, his Star Fists squared on the sandbag.
Boom!
An earth-shattering noise sounded. Numerous holes appeared on the sandbag. A few minutes later, the sandbag was completely broken by the fist attack. Jeremy felt satisfied.
When Head Harold said that no one could practice the Star Fist without a star element talent, Jeremy was worried.
But he was sure about the starlight power of the Lifeline Beast. He was right; the white mist energy was possibly star power.
Though he didn’t get a direct star element talent, with his Supreme Combat Body and Lifeline Beast’s starlight power, he could practice Star Fist without any problem.
He could feel the Star Fist move tempering the route. If he had a similar breathing method, he could temper his whole body.
Next, he thought of the "Blade One" move.
Unlike the Star Fist move, the blade move was different. It had its own mysterious power. If it were a similar star-type blade move, he would have felt changes earlier.
But the "Blade One" technique didn’t use starlight power. He used to cover the blade edge with starlight power to make it sharper, but it was not included in the original "Blade One" move.
After figuring this out, he felt it was right to practice the body combat technique. He took some rest before continuing with his practice. Since the sandbag was broken, he started doing imaginary practice.
The next day,
After completing his routine, he started the daily practice. He knew the sandbag wouldn’t withstand the Star Fist, so he used imaginary practice again.
As time passed, he could feel the tempering of the passage. If he could use many starlight threads at the same time, the power of the Star Fist would be greater.
He doubted even the senior who created the technique had a situation similar to his. That senior’s talent was the star element, so the power of his punch would be higher.

Office Room
Head Harold was in his office. After going through the reports, Stephen called him.
Harold answered the call and found out that Stephen had new information. Knowing this, he summoned Stephen to his room.
A few minutes later, Stephen came to the room. Upon seeing him, Harold asked him to sit down. Stephen sat opposite him. Harold understood that Stephen wouldn’t come here without a reason.
"Did you find anything?" he asked.
Stephen said, "I have captured a few people monitoring our organization. Most of them are from local forces, but I caught a few rats. They revealed some shocking news."
Hearing that, Harold was surprised.
