After eliminating the Sun Wheel Organisation Team, three of them started to dispose of their bodies and lifeline beasts.

"We should leave now," Jeremy said to them.

Sinag and Ada nodded their heads. But Sinag paused her footsteps as she recalled something important.

"Did you guys forget that the backup team must have entered the wilderness?" Sinag asked.

Hearing that Jeremy’s eyes flickered with an understanding. He almost forgot about it.

"We don’t have to wait for them. Our Leader has ditched us. So no one can blame us if he doesn’t receive them," Ada said in a cold tone.

Jeremy and Sinag’s faces changed after hearing about Charles. They wouldn’t have been in this situation if not for that b@stard.

"I don’t think he is safe either," Jeremy uttered.

"You are underestimating him. The 1st and 2nd Squads had numerous experiences. He knows how to survive."

"I’m hoping that he will come back to the organisation," Sinag said.

Then they pushed down the thoughts and started their journey back to the city.

Meanwhile,

Charles was safe. He is returning to the city on a different route. He was nervous and quite scared. He hopes that everything will go according to his plan.

Suddenly, he felt the presence of beast tamers ahead.

He was alert. He hadn’t expected anyone to use this tough path. He thinks the other group had encountered a similar problem.

They might have run into terrifying corrupted beasts.

But as he got closer. His mood worsens. Because he sees the badge on their armour suit.

Upon seeing that moon insignia, his face changed.

"Don’t tell me. It’s the backup team," Charles thought.

He paused his footsteps. He thought of running away for a second.

"I still have a way out. Those 3 would have already become food for the Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts. I can lie to them," Charles thought.

Then he decides to take the risk to convince the backup team.

Jeremy, Sinag and Ada entered the outer part of the wilderness after non-stop walking for a few hours. They were now in a safe zone.

There is not going to be a threat of any Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts and above. But they had to be careful of a surprise attack from the Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts.

The trio can deal with the Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts.

As they were walking along the path. Jeremy saw that Sinag was unusually silent.

"What are you thinking?" Jeremy asked.

Ada, who was paying attention to the surroundings, turned towards Sinag as well.

The flying car landed in front of them. The staff has arrived to pick them up.

Sinag and Ada opened the door to sit in the back seat.

Jeremy then sat in the front seat next to the staff.

The staff started to drive. But he was shocked in his head. Because he noticed that Charles was not with them.

But he didn’t ask them. According to the rules, they had to report to the Team Leader first.
