The Creation Goddess raised her brows. "A miracle event is a type of event where its influence goes beyond the timeline itself."

She paused for a moment. "Beyond the timeline — it extends into other timelines."

Averon cut in, "Beyond the timeline?"

The Creation Goddess nodded. "Yes. And from the very beginning, there are more than a thousand gods active. And how many miracle events do you think took place?"

The young slime thought for a moment and replied, "Might be around 100."

He held his chin. 'It might be more than 1000, but let's give it low.'

The Creation Goddess burst out laughing.

'Great… she read my mind again,' his brows knitted.

She stopped her laugh. "No. Since the beginning of creation, fewer than ten miracle events…"

"Less than 10?" Averon exclaimed.

"Yes. This includes even yours," the Creation Goddess confirmed sharply. "A miracle event is not to be taken lightly."

"Is it that great?" Averon wondered, still not feeling it exceptional.

"Very well, then let me explain," the Creation Goddess said, raising her right index finger. "Let's say this is the miracle event timeline—the timeline where you wished for the benefit of goblins."

She raised the index finger of her left palm. "This is another timeline. Even the goblins in this timeline will be affected by the miracle event."

She raised all her other fingers. Blue light spread from the right index finger to all fingers.

"What?" Averon uttered, his mouth hanging open wide. "That means goblins from almost every timeline will be saved by me."

The Creation Goddess's lips curved a little. "Now do you understand how powerful miracle events are? Due to your wish and people's acknowledgement, a miracle event was born—and this shows its effect in every timeline."

"People's acknowledgement," Averon asked, rubbing his forehead. "Is it required?"

"Yes—very well required," the Creation Goddess replied. "A miracle event only happens if people accept it."

She raised her palm, and a blue projection rose up.

Averon widened his eyes, glancing at different people on the screen.

"He must be remembered."

"We goblins have another goblin baby girl."

"Thank Goblin Lord Giliberu."

Many people flashed on the screen, thanking Averon wholeheartedly.

"Power alone doesn't create a miracle event," the Creation Goddess said, closing her palm as the screen vanished. "There are more than a thousand gods, yet fewer than 10 miracle events."

"Now, yes, I understand," Averon nodded, stopping her from continuing. "People don't accept powerful beings' work—they just admire it… only when the majority benefits, they acknowledge it."

"Good," the Creation Goddess nodded, but her eyes turned sharp in the next moment. "It's time for us to depart."

"So soon?" Averon asked, feeling his core pumping.

Within her presence, he felt safe like never before. His emotions stabilized so much better. He wanted to stay with her for a little longer.

"We'll meet again someday," the Creation Goddess said, shaking her head. "We cannot stay here for long."

"Before you go," she added, glancing at dull Averon.

She snapped her fingers. Two figures manifested in front of her, a few meters in front of the young slime.

"What?" his voice rose.

A transparent Goblin Lord—the father of Giliberu—clad in a leaf skirt, manifested on his right, and a beautiful young woman, clad in light battle armor, manifested on his left side.

"Where am I?" the Goblin Lord asked, glancing at the young slime. 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖

The young woman narrowed her eyes at the young slime and noticed the brilliance behind him.

She pivoted and instantly knelt before the Creation Goddess and said with a bright smile, "Creation Goddess! You brought me here… It would be my honor to help you with anything."

The Goblin Lord finally noticed the brilliance behind him and turned back.

"Creation Goddess," his voice stammered.

The woman noticed the Goblin Lord and yelled, "Goddess of Creation, kill him before he does anything evil. He's such a low and pathetic creature!"

"What did you say?" the Goblin Lord barked.

He instantly reached his hand to his back, but his axe was missing.

He tried sensing demonic force within his body, but there wasn't even mana or aura, much less demonic force.

The Creation Goddess smiled gently and said softly, "Goblin Lord, stop."

Her words were gentle and soothing to Averon and the woman, yet the Goblin Lord felt a chill. He knelt down instantly. "Forgive me, Creation Goddess."

"Lyra," the Goddess continued, glancing at the young woman.

"Lyra," Averon broke free from his stupor. "So she's Lyra… my mother's name."

"Your mother?" the woman turned back, her brows raising.

The Goblin Lord stammered, "Are you… Giliberu?"

Before Averon could reply, the Creation Goddess said, "Lyra, you were Veronica in your past life, and I blessed you that you'll have an extraordinary son."

She raised her palm as blue light fell over her.

Lyra recalled her life as Veronica, a princess who couldn't bear children.

'Veronica… she was my mother's past life.' Averon couldn't believe it. 'No wonder Holy Sage Thalmyr took me to her photo directly. He knew it from the beginning.'

"Yes, he did," the Creation Goddess confirmed, then glanced at the Goblin Lord. "You are just a lucky creature who had a son like him. You should thank Veronica… Lyra, over here."

The Goblin Lord bowed his head to the young lady, who was still glancing at the Creation Goddess with loving eyes.

"Thank you very much for blessing me with a child like Giliberu." He said, clenching his teeth.

"Thank you, Goddess, for fulfilling my wish," Lyra said, standing up.

Goblin Lord and Lyra knew what took place in the world due to the Creation Goddess's power.

"I just fulfilled your wish accordingly," the Creation Goddess said. "It's time for me to depart."

She glanced one last time at Averon. "You don't have much time. This might well be the last time you'll meet them."

"I cannot meet them again?" the young slime asked, feeling his core tighten.

"It's on fate," the Creation Goddess sighed. "Even if you did, they won't remember you, nor their current lives, in their next life."

Averon exhaled as he was hugged by the Goblin Lord.

"Move aside!" Lyra kicked the Goblin Lord aside and held Averon's face—multicolored jelly body.

"That is not the body he had," the Creation Goddess said, raising her palm.

With a flash of blue light, the young slime turned into Giliberu, a goblin kid.

"So this is how you looked," Lyra muttered, hugging Giliberu tightly. "Thank you. Thank you for being born to me."

Giliberu's eyes were wet as Lyra kissed his forehead and glanced at him with piercingly soft eyes.

She said softly, "I hope you'll be born to me again."

She held him tighter, as if memorizing his warmth.

She disappeared into sparks of blue light.

The Goblin Lord stood near them, grinned widely. "You did it, son. Your path was correct all along."

His tears flowed down his face, from his chin.

"Thank you for teaching me everything." Giliberu bowed down to the Goblin Lord.

The Goblin Lord just kept smiling as he turned into sparks of blue light and disappeared.

The Creation Goddess, with a gentle grin, gazed deeply into the void before disappearing.

In another dimension—

In a majestic and decorated room, more than a thousand shadows of different creatures—in the shape of humanoid bulls, donkeys, and other demons—kept watching the black screen on the wall.

A black slime with stars, rotating within his body and outside his body, stood at the front, pivoted to them, and asked, "Do you think he's qualified to be the Demon King?"

A bull shadow, standing over 3 meters tall with a heavy axe on his back, came forward and roared, "He gave up the position of a Goblin Lord. How do you think he's qualified?"
