Signing-In: The Lazy Moon Goddess-Chapter 752: Thrown Out
Once the culprit who had harmed Ru Yunlan had been punished, the Moon Goddess had planned to send them out of the ruins. As the owner of this ruins, she can send out anyone from it with a thought. This space portal she had summoned was something she had called upon and is something that is connected to the entrance this five had used to enter. The entrance to this ruins which the Thousand Vines Sect had found. Taking control over this entrance means that Yue Xuexia’s intention was not only to throw these groups out but also to prevent them from entering in the future.
"Here. Take this trash with you," Shen Jueyang said.
The Immortal Sun Emperor threw their broken master towards them and looked at them with disdain. But when he turns his head to look at the Moon Goddess there is a smile over his handsome face completely different from the coldness he showed when he had glanced at them.
Shen Jueyang stood beside Yue Xuexia smiling as he stared at her. The one being stared at doesn’t care at all.
The Moon Goddess said, "Once you walk past that space portal you will come out of the ruins and appear before the place where you had first entered. Once you get out we would have nothing to do with each other. Leave now."
Yue Xuexia was about to walk away when suddenly Cui Xia stopped her. "Please wait," she said.
The Moon Goddess didn’t turn around to look back at them but halted her walking for a moment.
"What is it?" Yue Xuexia asked.
Cui Xia asked, "Our punishment, we don’t have one? We... We cause Ru Yunlan to be exposed and..."
"No need. When you get out you will understand what it means to offend me. That shall be your punishment. Begone!" The Moon goddess said. With a wave of her hand their group was thrown out of the ruins and was back to the immortal realm.
They opened their eyes at the location where they had first gathered before entering the ruins. This is the private entrance their sect had secured for their disciples. Who would have thought that the elder and disciples from the Thousand Vines Sect would see their batch of disciples as well as the elder who had entered before to come out of the portal as if they were thrown out.
"Senior Sister Cui! Senior Sister Meng! Senior Brother Qin! Senior Brother Zou!"
"Even Elder Qian was out of the ruins!"
"It’s too early, what is happening?"
"AHH! The entrance is closing!"
"Oh my god what is happening!!"
"Report to the sect!"
"Our entrance to the Ancient ruins is closing!"
Whoosh!
The entrance to the ancient ruins were closed leaving the elders and disciples who had witnessed it dumbfounded. There are even words floating on this air as if it was written by the dao itself.
{People of the Thousand Vines Sect had offended the owner of the Ancient Ruins. Now the Thousand Vines Sect is forbidden to enter the Ancient Ruins. The connection of being affiliated with the sect and even after they leave the sect, this punishment will still be applied. Only after a millennium would they be allowed to enter. All entrances will forbid their entry.}
When the people from the Thousand Vines Sect saw this announcement, they couldn’t help but turn their heads and looked at the group that was thrown out of the ancient ruins. They were enraged by what happened and were about to question them about why they ended up offending the owner of the ancient ruins. Though they were a bit surprised to hear that the ancient ruins had an owner.
The other elders in the area aside from the master of these four suddenly grab Cui Xia. All he wanted to ask is why the owner was angry at their group. Only to see Elder Qian who just woke up and felt pain coming from his forehead and face. What made it worse is that he couldn’t feel his arms and legs.
"Ugh~ What... the hell? Fuc... I’m sorry. I didn’t know. It wasn’t intentional. Forgive me. Please spare me..." Elder Qian said as soon as he remembered what was the last thing that happened to him, he kneels down with his head on the ground.
This reaction of his startled the members of the Thousand Vines Sect. The other elder who was tasked to protect the entrance to the ruins was called Elder Gou. He was enraged seeing the reaction of Elder Qian as if putting himself lower acting like this.
"Who the hell is it?! Who told you to lower your head like this!?" Elder Gou exclaimed.
Seeing a member of their sect acts like this was no different than looking down on their sect itself. He was pulling Elder Qian up from the ground when he saw the crimson crescent moon imprint of his forehead. He was so terrified that he let go of Elder Qian, making him fall on the ground once more.
Argh!
"That hurts! Elder Gou!?" Elder Qian said in surprise and finally realized that the one in front of him was no longer the Moon Goddess and the Immortal Sun Emperor. He had also realized that even though his cultivation wasn’t crippled he had lost feeling on both his legs.
On the other hand, Elder Gou who was staring at the imprint of Elder Qian’s forehead was speechless in both fear and shock. He couldn’t believe that Elder Qian would offend someone from the Moon Clan and it was the Moon Goddess herself. It’s the very same curse that the whole fairy race is suffering from, the Blood Moon Curse.
"What the hell have you guys done!?" Elder Gou shouted as he trembled as he tried to bring out the communication orb to report to the sect, especially to the sect master.
Forget about the ancient ruin’s entrance that had suddenly disappeared, this curse imprint was enough to scare the hell out of him. The whole group had returned to the sect and the group of five who came out of the ancient ruins was summoned by the Sect Master and all of the other elders about their current situation. Without hiding anything Cui Xia told everyone what happened.
From their meeting with the young man called Ru Yunlan, their experience in the pyramid and how they were saved as well as what they had seen when they met the family of the young boy. Some of the content was not something even their master had heard before. After all, when he was brought over by the Moon Goddess and the man beside her, he was beaten so badly that he was confused about what was happening.
It was only when he heard about him harming the godson of the Moon Goddess that he was horrified. Who would have thought that the bearer of the god’s legacy was someone connected to the reincarnation of the Moon Empress.
Hearing that the side of the Moon Empress possessed more than one god’s legacy on their side stunned Elder Qian. He shouldn’t have turned greedy at one news about the legacy. He should have investigated properly. After all, Legacies are so rare that even the powerful clan would secure it for their descendants.
The Sect Master of the Thousand Vines Sect mumbles, "Three God’s legacies and a Moon Jade Token that shows the young man’s identity. Why did you still attack, Elder Qian!? Do you want to drag our sect down?!"
"Don’t you know how much the Moon Clan had changed ever since the return of the Moon Empress? The Fairy race had no other choice but to migrate to a place with no evening? All because of the Blood Moon Curse! Do you think you would be able to bear something that even the Fairy Queen couldn’t do something about, that’s the curse you have on you right now?!"
"The Blood Moon Curse had no cure. Either you kill the caster or find more powerful than the caster to suppress it. Even the Immortal Star Emperor failed to do so, who are you going to ask for help to suppress that curse on you?" The supreme elder of the Thousand Vines Sect said.
Elder Qian frowned and turned his head to glare at his disciple Meng Lili. The young lady was terrified as she had an inkling that her master was planning to let her take the fall. As she expected, her master had truly put all the blame on her.
"Everything is my disciple, Meng Lili’s doing. She told me that a young man named Ru Yunlan possessed a god’s legacy and asked me to steal it. She only said that the young man possessed a token but didn’t clearly say that it was someone connected to the Moon Clan," Elder Qian said.
Meng Lili looked at her master with disbelief and incredulity painted on her face. She couldn’t understand why her master was twisting her words at this moment. She had definitely written about the Moon Jade Token. Though she said she is unsure, she asked her master to check on it. How come everything had ended as her fault in the end?
Only Cui Xia knew that her master would definitely do such a thing. That’s why she had warned her Junior Sister that one time. Who would have thought that Meng Lili wouldn’t believe her and instead sent a message to their master. This ending is her own doing.
