He took the suitcase form the boot before waiting outside patiently. Luckily, he didn’t have to wait for a long time until he spotted the black familiar SUV.

The SUV left the main road and stopped a short distance away from where he was standing.

Waylon knocked on the window and Cassy opened the window and harrumphed at him.

"Take care. I am leaving now. I will call when I get there," he said and without waiting for her response left.

"Heartless!" she complained as she watched him taking large strides towards the SUV.

However, she didn’t stop watching him. She saw a bodyguard alighting from the car and helping Waylon with his suitcase before Waylon boarded the car. A few moments later, the SUV drove away.

Only then, did she drove away, thinking about the many words she was going to wow her Auntie with when she gets back to the mansion.

Meanwhile, inside the SUV, the couple finally reunited.

After sharing a quick hug, and pleasantries, Diamond with a sensitive nose, caught the whiff of a female perfume and glared at him.

"You have a female dropping you off. Who is she?" she asked sinisterly, a smile on her face which sent shivers down his spine.

Seeing her like that, he hurriedly explained.

When she heard that it was a cousin, the threatening smile vanished replaced with a friendly smile.

"Oh! Its your cousin. You should have brought her for a greeting. I love seeing new people!" she beamingly said.

After all, meeting his relatives was part of the agenda. It wasn’t all about attracting the man himself but take him and his relatives together. Only then, would she be satisfied.

Anyway, Waylon was happy to hear that. Having her willing to meet his relatives was a good sign.

"I will make you two, meet in the future. She is a local and would love to meet you as well."

The couple fervently chatted about this and that. After all, there was still some distance to the airport.

Finally, after being stuck in the car for a long time, they finally got there.

An hour later, the couple were seated in the business class, next to each other.

There wasn’t much to do on the plane. They were both engrossed in the magazines and at times, even played games together.

"Your friend must be a lively one!"

That answer made Waylon eager to meet this legendary friend, and that didn’t take long.

Several minutes later, he found himself rooted on the spot, watching a very interesting scene.

"Darling! You are finally here! Do you know how long I waited for you?" a grown-up man was acting like a wronged wife, as he hugged Diamond.

Diamond was rolling her eyes at the other, and after the complaints were thrown, she responded, "I told you earlier, didn’t I? Build your own and make me just come straight to you!" scoffing at him.

No wonder why she called the friend a troublemaker. This one, was truly .... He was too much.

"Do you think that I don’t want to?"

Diamond sneered at him as she responded, "if its money, then I am happy to help. How much should I lend you? Hehe, I charge friendly interest rates. Are you interested?" alluring the man into taking loans.

Richard gawked at Diamond and cried dramatically, "You are a bad friend! How can you entice me to take loans? Umph, you must be possessed by some evil spirit!"

That made Diamond laugh heartily as she gave Richard a punch, which made him groan in shock.

"Damn! Diamond, that hurts!" complaining aggrievedly and Diamond rolled her eyes as she said, "Umph, I should punch you more. Who told you to practice your damn acting on me? Damn, I should have booked the hotel than to get attacked by you here!"

Waylon watched the drama between two friends for a while, who weren’t bothered by passerby at all.

After bantering for a while, the two friends finally hugged for real.

"Damn, I missed you so much. I thought that you would never come, Umph!"

Diamond chuckled as she pinched Richard’s cheeks and responded, "Even if I don’t come. Its not like we don’t talk. Besides, you were supposed to visit me. I came here a while ago, have you forgotten?"

Richard, however, acted shamelessly and responded, "I don’t remember that at all," and before she could respond, he shifted his focus and looked at Waylon with a warm smile.

"Hello, sorry for that. Hehe, I am Richard, her best friend. You should be Waylon, right?" and started making himself feeling acquainted with Waylon.

Diamond rolled her eyes seeing Richard doing that but she didn’t interfere at all and let the two men chat.

"It’s a pleasure to meet you. I have heard so much about you."

Richard suspiciously looked at Diamond before turning to Waylon and asked, "it wasn’t anything bad, right?"

Waylon chuckled lightly as he shook his head. "It was all pleasant," and that brought a smile to Richard’s face.

After the three met each other and had a dramatic exchange, they finally started making way towards the exit.

On their way there, Richard chatted with Waylon, while Diamond listened on the side.

It was great seeing the people she cared for getting along pretty well.
