Shattering Humanity-Chapter 99: Katsu Vs. Saku I
Daisuki turns around and raises his hand.
Daisuki: "Saku are y-"
Saku swings without giving Daisuki time to finish.
Katsu, as if knowing Saku would start early, weaves the punch with a smile. He returns one that connects directly with Saku’s stomach, it catches Saku and the entire audience by surprise.
Katsu then swings at Saku’s head but he blocks and pushes the punch to the side. He returns a left swing that lands on Katsu’s cheek as he attempts to dodge but he weaves into the punch instead.
It knocks him down and Saku jumps on top of him he throws a few punches downward that land on Katsu’s blocking arms.
From the bleachers Shelly goes to jump off and stop the fight but Daisuki grabs her hand.
Daisuki: "Trust him to get out of it. He isn’t knocked out."
Shelly: "You said to let your opponents up!"
Daisuki points to the 45 yard line and Shelly turns around.
Katsu punches up and hits Saku in the jaw, and then smacks Saku in the ear, dazing him, and making his ear ring. Katsu gets out from under him and off the ground just as Saku shakes his head to get his composure.
As Saku’s vision clears back up, he sees Katsu send a side kick straight at him while he’s still on a knee. The boot barely missed as Saku ducks it and does a half burpy to get back up quickly.
Saku: "Oh we’re kicking now, you bitch?!"
Katsu smiles and Saku puts his middle finger up. They square up and get closer.
They both swing perfectly in sync, connecting each of their punches. After a couple of connections, Saku gets Katsu’s lip while Katsu gets Saku’s nose, both start to bleed.
They both punch each other in the right eye and knock each other down. Both now have their respective battle wounds and black right eyes, leaving just their left Angel Eyes open, kneeling while breathing heavily.
The audience watches in awe as the two leaders slowly get up on two feet and charge at each other. They finally go back to EyeEngaging and perfectly dodge or block every attack sent by the other. Both punching and sending side kicks, the wind from their incredibly fast swinging limbs can be heard even from the bleachers almost 50 yards away.
Suddenly a helicopter can be heard from above. It catches everyone’s attention except for the two fighters still EyeEngaged and mean mugging each other. Daisuki and Sol’s eyes get wide.
Sol: "Hey! That’s the same helicopter that I saw flying away when I woke up in Son Goku City!"
Daisuki: "That’s definitely Nephilim or his goon Silpheed. He’s gunna see us!"
Daisuki pops off his 2nd Stage, a dark blue aura, and turns to the crowd.
Daisuki: "Everyone, get underneath the bleachers! Katsu! Saku!"
He looks at the two young men ignoring him while still blocking and dodging each other.
Then he looks back up at the helicopter that is now heading in their direction. There is suddenly a small tremor and Daisuki gets worried as a single giant Iceman and two small Iceman are approaching the field from the school.
Daisuki: "Shit, shit, shit!"
He gets underneath the bleachers that also have the visitors locker room below. The man with the ’Portal Eye’ begins opening a slowly widening portal. The princess is silently crying on Itsuka’s back.
Princess Kawaii: "Uncle Ski. I’m scared."
Daisuki still focused on the wall answers calmly.
Daisuki: "You’re gunna be okay Sweetcakes. Don’t worry we’re all here to protect you."
Princess Kawaii: "But whad about Big Brudders?"
Everyone looks as if they are worrying about the same thing. Suddenly from under the bleachers, everyone hears Katsu scream at the top of his lungs from the field.
Everyone gets a startled expression as the shaking stops. Shelly is the first to get out from under the bleachers. She stops in shock and holds her hand up at everyone else attempting to leave from under the seats. The helicopter also is now slowly circling over the school, the field, and the visible giant Iceman has now stopped, along with the two smaller aliens.
Katsu and Saku have now stopped fighting and Katsu’s Angel Eye is in 2nd Stage, a black aura with a white streak, looking at the 3 ice aliens. Katsu looks at the giant Iceman with an aggressive look, growling. He then looks at one of the two smaller Icemen and finally at the helicopter hovering above them.
Saku, broken nose, and black right eye, wipes his mouth and spits blood on the ground.
Saku: "This ain’t over, punkass."
Katsu: "Shut up. I’m about to show you an example of the power you’ll be killed by someday, bitch."
Itsuka and Daisuki are the only two left under the bleachers. They haven’t entered the slowly closing portal. Daisuki looks, with his dark blue aura fading from his base-kit eye, at a worried Scylia and Aiden on the other side with the rest of Takamagahara in the background inside the padded sparring room.
Daisuki: "We’ll be right back in a matter of minutes. Make sure everyone stays calm, okay?"
Scylia and Aiden both nod as the portal closes. The two remaining members go to see what has caused Shelly’s jaw to drop.
Itsuka: "Why was Katsu screaming She...lly?"
Both her and Daisuki turn to see the over 30 foot tall Iceman that is now standing on the end zone of the football field. It bends down and picks up one of the smaller Icemen who calmly accepts being grabbed and the partner standing still as if waiting patiently to be next.
None of the aliens interested in any of the humans close by.The giant Iceman begins to bring back the smaller Iceman over its shoulder like a football.
Everyone including Saku, watches mouth agape as the Iceman winds up, steps forward causing a small tremble, and launches the smaller Iceman at the helicopter.
The small ’ice being’, flies in a perfect spiral with its arms above its head and the sharp knife like "fingers" make it look like a diamond-ice bullet, straight towards the Blackhawk helicopter.
Right before the soaring Iceman hits the helicopter, it *pops* out of existence from the effects of the "Cut&Paste Eye".
The helicopter turns away immediately after the Iceman’s disappeared and flies away before Katsu can have the giant throw the 2nd alien.
Katsu looks towards the three watching from the metal seats then back at Saku. He turns towards the remaining aliens and then yells at the top of his lungs again at the Icemen.
They turn away and walk away from the battlefield. Katsu then turns back towards Saku and walks passed him, bumping shoulders.
Katsu: "You got lucky those distractions saved you. Bitch."
Saku: "If you’re gunna shit talk, learn better names. You’re lucky I didn’t use Tay’s ability, I would’ve murdered you in front of everyone with one punch."
Katsu chuckles.
Once Katsu gets far enough from Saku his expression quickly changes from his angry, hateful stare to his star eyes and he runs towards Daisuki, Shelly, and Itsuka happy about his debuted power.
Katsu: "SHELLY!!! BIG BRO!!! BIG SIS ITSUKA!! DID YOU SEE THAT!?!! I CAN CONTROL ICEMEN! I HAVE AN ABILITY!!!"
Saku finally turns around and snaps his nose back into place while looking at Itsuka running at him. She gets to him and has tears in her eyes looking at his bloody nose and right eye, closed shut from his black eye.
Itsuka: "Are you okay? I bet you learned not to take him lightly anymore, huh?"
Saku looks over at Katsu being medically examined by Shelly. Daisuki with his 2nd Stage eye in a lime green aura is waving them over to leave.
Saku: "This is gunna be our first secret, so don’t tell anyone this, especially Katsu, okay? Promise me."
Itsuka blushes but then suddenly gets a concerning look while giving a confident nod.
Itsuka: "I promise, you can trust me Saku. You can tell me anything."
Saku looks back over to her and EyeEngages with all seriousness, catching her by surprise.
Kaku: "Katsu isn’t who he seems, he has a deep darker side inside of him that wants to murder me. As for my eye ability, I can copy any eye power that I’ve seen being used in front of me. Everyone’s, except Katsu’s."
