Shattering Humanity-Chapter 115: Yin With A Yang Aura

Saku: "Gahd damn TayTay, how can you charge up for so long!? That shit even hurts my IceEye to look at!"

While standing in the middle of an on ramp for a highway to Roronora City, with the sounds of Icemen approaching.

Saku’s Division is covered in the golden sun energy/aura from the shared effects of Taylor’s ability and Saku using his ’Absorption Eye’ to "copy" and help spread the physical enhancing energy to all of the Izanami Division IceEye users.

Sol being the only non-IceEye user, is covered in an aura but only during her embrace of the ’Big Guy’.

Itsuka is the only one seeing the ability for the first time and in awe of the energy she receives from Saku. The extra strength naturally exposes her 7th and 8th abdominals. She opens and closes her hand.

Itsuka: "Holy shit dude, what the hell is this ability?!"

Saku points back towards his big fat pal who is eating a muffin with at least five more in his cradled arm. Dom is eating the last cookie from the pocket stash. He reaches in his pocket to realize he has no more and Tay hands a muffin to him. Dom takes it and eats it.

Saku: "TayTay literally exists to consume, luckily he’s not a selfish prick and makes sure everyone around him is consuming too. It’s not surprising his ability turned out to be something like this."

Itsuka looks at Saku and she’s blushing.

Itsuka: "So... so you can use this power at any time?"

Saku: "Nahhhh. To be honest, this was the first time I’ve used the ability to collect energy and transfer it to someone else with an IceEye, but I can assume I can’t use it inside without a window or way to look at the sun.Probably can’t use it on cloudy days without ’visual of the actual energy source’ either.I don’t know if Tay gets any negative side effects from being the collector and middle man, but you’ll probably feel a little lethargic once the adrenaline goes down, but at times like this, it’s a life saver."

Itsuka takes a step, tightens her 8 visible core muscles along with her leg muscles and jumps. With the help from the "power of the sun" she does a 60+ inch vertical leap.

From Saku’s perspective she jumps in front of the 2 p.m. sun and he blushes watching the platinum haired Angel land back down gracefully. Her beautiful platinum colored hair is down, no longer "twisted" in two tight loops and it looks like angel wings from the back as she falls. She turns around with a gorgeous smile.

Saku snaps out of it and begins explaining the plan.

Saku: "This ability is how we beat a hoard of those shithead Icemen in Son Goku City but I have another idea instead of fighting."

Sol looks down at him from her embrace of Taylor.

Sol: "Now you’re just chickening out on fights, after I gave you a second ’Sunny’?"

Itsuka: "Since when did we start calling them ’Sunnies’? Did I miss something?"

Saku snickers at the assumption of running in retreat.

Saku: "You’ll see why.Everyone, keep up!"

Saku begins running towards the highway. His speed is impressive with his long strides and because of the solar energy surrounding them, giving them abnormal strength, each step and push off the pavement sends the eye users another 5-8 feet down the highway.

Abandoned cars and 18-wheelers attached to trailers are in park or turned over. Saku smoothly jumps over or on top of the vehicles. The rest of his group needs to give everything they have to keep up with their Leader, except Itsuka. She is in long stride with Saku as they are running in the left lane of the 3 lane highway, parkouring the forever paused traffic scene.

Taylor just maneuvers around the obstacles and cracks the road with every step. His fat rolls move and shake with the ground.Sol notices and shouts forward to Saku.

Sol: "Hey! Is it ok if the Big Guy leaves a trail of footsteps?"

Saku jumps on top of a 53 foot trailer with Itsuka and responds down to Sol.

Saku: "Yea! If there are giant Icemen on the way, they’ll probably destroy his tracks anyway."

Saku looks back and realizes, there are no Icemen in sight, small or giant. He hears the sounds of ’unlocking’ and his eyes grow wide, knowing he has a brand new ability and he stops before leaping towards the next trailer in the traffic line.

His IceEye pops off to 2nd Stage with a black flaming aura and a sliver of bright white. His IceEye moving, as if independently, not symmetrical to his human green eye.Itsuka almost falls off trying to stop her momentum. She pops off her 2nd Stage, a green aura.

Dom and Taylor with Sol attached catch up and stop on the ground next to him.

Dom: "What’s up Cap?"

There is silence.

From the height of the freight trailer, Saku looks across the highway to the side that would have traffic going in the opposite direction, if not for an apocalypse.

Saku: "We got set up! Get to the trees!"

Within the shrubbery from across the traffic freeways, a scope flash from a sniper can be seen and Saku jumps towards Itsuka.

A sniper shot goes off and Saku gets grazed in the shoulder by the bullet. Itsuka would’ve been dead if he hadn’t reacted.

Saku twists his body so when they both land on the ground, Itsuka wouldn’t get hurt. The golden energy still around all the eye users and the extremely minor bullet wound heals instantly but Saku’s back is hurting.

From between the space of the vehicles, Saku looks back across again and there are 3 shines from snipers now.

Dom gets behind an abandoned car and pops off his 2nd Stage with a lime green aura.

With his human eye closed and the right IceEye looking down the sight of his sniper propped on the hood of the sedan, his 2nd Stage eye grows wide.

A shot goes off from the ambushing enemy before Dom can fire. The bullet is on a straight trajectory towards the Gunner’s forehead.

Saku watches in slow motion, as the tip of the sniper round is just about to pierce Dom’s skull, but he *POPS* out of existence, his gun falls without firing.

The bullet flies into the forest. Just like when he was headbutted during their first meeting with each other, Itsuka wraps the injured Saku’s arm around her shoulder and she leaps with him to get off of the highway and into the side forest, behind trees for cover.

Tay and Sol find a large enough rock next to them to cover Tay’s vitals.

Saku with his 2nd Stage IceEye realizes he doesn’t have Dom "stored" in his ability stolen from Silpheed. Now Saku is shocked and caught off guard.

Saku: "I didn’t use my ability on him?!Then what-? Dom!?"

But Dom is nowhere in sight. The gunfire has ceased in their direction but Saku still hears gunfire from the attacking side of the freeway.

After a couple seconds, someone comes out from the woods on the opposite side.The figure jumps, waves one hand and then holds up a middle finger. Saku’s IceEye relaxes to the base-kit and with a smile, he "lunge runs" towards the apparent friendly.

In his head Saku pretty much knows what happened to end the short battle.

Dom had seen the enemy in his sniper scope with his 2nd Stage ’Fuzion Eye’ and before he was killed by the same enemy’s bullet, he fuzed with the shooter and snuck up on the rest of the attackers with the fuzed body and killed the strangers trying to take the lives of more of his friends.

The combination of Dom and the random enemy glows white and almost like the process of biological fission, Dom’s ability deactivates. Dom and the enemy in his early 20’s, with a teal left eye and right IceEye, are in a daze and Saku uses a freight strap within a trailer with no lock to tie the man’s hands behind his back. He then takes his sweatshirt off and covers the man’s head.

Dom stands up and shakes his head, there is a slightly visible dot from the bullet that almost took his life.

Dom: "Huh, I guess he missed..."

Nobody tells him.From her small tightly strapped backpack, Itsuka grabs her walkie-talkie and presses the call button.

Itsuka: "Izanagi Team! Come in, Izanagi Team!"

From Saku’s small tight gym bag on his back, her voice comes from the radio he was given.

Saku: "Huh, that’s a coincidence."

Saku thinks about the new ability he was tricked by and pops off his 2nd Stage Eye a white aura.

Itsuka’s Voice: "Come in, Izanagi Team!"

From his alien eye, not only an exact replica of Itsuka’s voice that they all can hear, but the IceEye users can see what looks like artificial and visible "sound waves" carrying the sound until it disappears.

Dom: "These eye things can fuckin talk now?!?"

Itsuka: "No, that’s the ability we were fooled with, right Saku?"

Saku nods and thinks.

Saku: "I’m not a geek like ’Four eyes and the Bitch’, but I do know sound waves exist and they’re not visible to the ’human’ eye. This ability is emitting replicated sound waves visible to the symbiotes but it’s still heard by MaMa Tay too."

Sol crosses her arms and looks smug at Saku. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Sol: "Nerd."Saku gets slightly angry.

Saku: "I’d still kick ’your’ ass though."

Sol: "If that’s how you wanna get your first win and end your slump, by all means go ahead."

Saku gets comedically red from embarrassment.

Itsuka: "Soo, like how real sounds aren’t visible to the ’naked’ eye but still there, the ability doesn’t hide those waves and makes them visible to other ’covered’ eye users. We must’ve been too far away to notice them or think twice about the possibility of the ability, but your ’Angel Eye’ luckily noticed."

Dom: "So even if you aren’t aware that an ability is currently being used against you, or if your IceEye just barely gets a glimpse of the powers effects, you instinctively know how to use that ability and can immediately replicate that same ability perfectly?"

Dude, low-key, you’re OP."

Itsuka looks at the radio in her hand, there has been no answer.

Itsuka: "Mr. Daisuki! Scylia! Charybdis! Come in!"

Aiden’s voice comes from the radio in response.

Aiden: "Aiden speaking, over!"

Itsuka takes a deep breath of relief and smiles.

Itsuka: "Well, we were ambushed, shot at, and almost killed within the first 2 hours, but we managed to get the win and take a hostage. How are you guys doing? Over!"

Saku takes the radio aggressively and shouts into it.

Saku: "Yea! You hear that ’Ms. HotShit’ and ’Two-face’? What the hell have YOU done!?"

There is a moment before Aiden responds.

Aiden: "Uhh, Saku you’re supposed to say ’over’ when-"

Saku presses the talk button while Aiden is and the walkies make a high pitched whistle cutting off the young genius.

Saku: "Shut up nerd!"

He tosses it to Itsuka and she catches it.

Itsuka: "Sorry Aiden, it won’t happen again, continue please. Are you all okay? Over!"

Aiden: "Well as of right now, Shelly is fine, she’s fighting soldiers from HFF and it’s pretty one sided, in favor of Shelly obviously. Katsu has been, uhh, ’busy testing’ the flexibility of his new ability. Mr. Daisuki, Scylia, and Charybdis went to find a dress and tuxedo shop for their wedding, and I’m here taking notes and writing ideas down for us all to discuss later. After watching Shelly fight inside the dome coverage of the mountains, compared to now that she’s outside, I think I have a theory about this ’snow’ that you guys might be interested in.

And finally... from what we’ve been told, the mountains were actually attacked by terrorists and now we’re all being framed for it. Over!"

Saku: "What!?"Sol: "We didn’t do anything! We’ve been here and in Son Goku City, nowhere near those dumb mountains!"

Taylor actually looks like he understands the situation and looks at the sun while quietly mumbling.

Taylor: "Autumn."

Without any radio in his possession, Dom remembers his new infamy.

Dom(without walkie talkie): "Oh yea, I forgot, we’re considered as terrorists with bounties now. These guys definitely don’t dress like they are from the Sister Mountains....Over."

Sol looks at him dumbfounded.

Sol: "D-Did you just-?"

From behind them, their "war-prisoner" begins laughing. His muffled laughs from within Saku’s sweatshirt are eerie and creep out Sol.

Captured Enemy: "Hahahaha! Those soft and pathetic mountain dwellers fighting your friends should be the least of your concerns, you fuckin baboons! Those pissants, this apocalypse, it’s nothing compared to the Hell about to rain on you!You didn’t get all of us, and we have someone calling into ’Gangsta’s Paradise’ right now. It doesn’t matter what you do, God is watching over me and she’s watching you right now. You’ve just made enemies with the Don Laban DaeMon, mothah fuckah!"

Saku smirks, pops off his 2nd stage left Angel Eye, with a bright white flaming eye aura with a black sliver and he looks around with his arms up.

Saku: "Oh yea? Well, since ’she’s’ listening. Aye ’Don Laban’, you bitch ass, you don’t want smoke...In fact...!"

Itsuka: "Saku, what are you-"

With a giant smile and the last of the absorbed sun energy giving him strength, the Yin with Yang aura, walks to the blindfolded captive and as he gets a running start he yells for the man’s ’God’ to hear with a giant smile.

Saku: "...RUN THAT FADE, PUSSY!!"

He kicks the kneeling ally of the Don Laban in the head wrapped in his sweatshirt sending him flying across the highway median and all the way back to the trees on the side that the enemy originally attacked them from.
