"What are we going back for?" Su Wanxin asked knowingly.

"To make a baby?"

"No way!" Su Wanxin promptly refused, prompting Fu Shihan to unhappily lean down and take a bite of her.

Why not? The last time was ages ago?

Su Wanxin’s heart began to race as she bravely said, "My relative came, so I can’t."

Fu Shihan looked at her incredulously, so she had to add, "Really, we did it last time... Why would I lie to you?"

"How was I supposed to know you’d come with me? You didn’t tell me in advance."

So it wasn’t her fault; Su Wanxin felt justified.

The two talked on the balcony for a while, but the evening breeze got chilly, so they went back inside.

Su Wanxin still felt sleepy, so after having some porridge, she went back to her room to sleep. Fu Shihan, not willing to give up, followed her and pestered her for a while until he was kicked off the bed by Su Wanxin.

He stood at the door, looking at the person on the bed, and let out a long, slow sigh.

He thought by coming along with her, without Lawyer Qi and Lawyer Yao, they could have a few fun nights together.

When the call connected, she asked, "Fu Shihan has been here for several days now; aren’t you planning to make a move? When are you going to act?"

Whatever the person on the other end said made Cheng Yao chuckle seductively, "Alright, I’ll go watch the show then."

After saying that, she hung up the phone, went inside to change clothes, and drove out.

Fu Shihan had no plans to go out today; he stayed in the hotel room handling emails and checking out nearby Chinese restaurants.

Su Wanxin hadn’t had much of an appetite these days, so he thought of taking her out for some light porridge in the evening.

He took breaks now and then, glancing at the computer showing Su Wanxin’s location.

When he noticed Cheng Yao’s car leaving her home, his eyes darkened a bit, worried that she might be going after Su Wanxin.

He was about to call Lin Rui to warn them to be cautious when he noticed Cheng Yao’s car was heading towards him instead.

Did she not know that Su Wanxin was out today? Or was she coming for him?

Fu Shihan was a bit curious.

Cheng Yao’s car drove straight to the hotel; she went to the same dessert shop she visited last time, sitting in the same spot.
