Chapter 388: You think too highly of yourself

Caught off guard, Luo Muchen’s cheeks reddened in embarrassment. He turned around, unable to bear the sight any longer, and whispered, "Sorry." He had already seen every inch of Qie Xieling’s body and even as he closed his eyes he could imagine every curve and mole on it. But he was still very uncomfortable looking at him so he looked away.

With a heavy heart, he quietly left the bathroom, closing the door behind him. An inexplicable heat was rising inside of him and he wanted to finish what they started earlier. But even he knew that was impossible. Qie Xieling was still upset with him about what happened before.

Seeking out means to extinguish the heat burning in his body he opened the mini bar fridge and grabbed a bottle of ice cold water. He twisted the cap and down more than half of it in one go. It gave some temporary respite.

He sat down in the lounge waiting for Qie Xieling to come out. Thirty minutes went by and Qie Xieling wasn’t out yet. Luo Muchen was getting very nervous. His eyes kept glancing at the closed bedroom door. He was extremely eager to talk to Qie Xieling and hush things out but it was though Qie Xieling was staying in there longer than usual on purpose.

After what seemed like forever Qie Xieling finally came out wearing his boxers and t-shirt. It took Luo Muchen’s breath away. The way Qie Xieling stood revealed a physique like that of a god. With every muscle and bulge defined clearly, one couldn’t help but drool in front of him. He was fully clothed now but the heat was still scorching hot inside him. There was nothing he could do except suppress it. Even if he drank the rest of the water in the mini bar he wouldn’t be able to existungush the heat. It was like he was in estrus and desperately needed Qie Xieling’s touch.

"Qie Xieling..." he said, unsure how to continue.

Without turning around, Qie Xieling spoke. "Why are you are still here?"

Luo Muchen pursed his lips before saying the most stupidest thing he could possibly say in this situation. "Those are my clothes," he said and Qie Xieling chuckled softly but it sounded so villainous that it made Luo Muchen’s nerves tense.

Qie Xieling was laughing at himself. He had forgotten that they weren’t together yet and in this world their relationship was even more strained than before. He had no right to put on Luo Muchen’s clothes. "My apologies Captain. I thought that these clothes were compliments of the hotel. I guess I was wrong. I will take them off, " he said.

"Wa-," said Luo Muchen but soon his voice fell silent when the boxers were thrown at him. Qie Xieling also threw the t-shirt at him leaving him naked from top of bottom.

The thrill of seeing Qie Xieling bare chested had Luo Muchen forgetting everything else. He could only watch Qie Xieling saunter into the bedroom his ass on display for him to see. He pursed his lips his blood surging. He knew he had to have him but how to start the conversation.

Qie Xieling had no idea that he had started a storm. He angrily grabbed the morning gown and put it on before getting into the bed waiting for his food. He wasn’t even bothered about Luo Muchen. If he wanted to stay then he could sleep in the lounge.

While he was getting comfortable a soft bell came from the door of the hotel. Qie Xieling excitedly jumped out off bed and ran to the door. Luo Muchen had already gotten up and he was walking towards the door when Qie Xieling ran out of the bedroom with a swoosh like his life dependant on it.

Qie Xieling opened the door and a young woman dressed like a waiteress wheeled in a trolley. She had a name tag with the logo of the hotel her outfit was anything but professional.

She wore a mini pencil skirt, a half open blouse showing much of her cleavage and heels too high to walk in easily. Her blond hair piled high up on her head. Qie Xieling stared at her without blinking for a while as she wheeled in the trolley filled with food. In his mind he was thinking how determined the hotel was that they would tempt their clients at every turn.

Seeing how long he was staring, Luo Muchen was very displeased. He knew how this hotel worked but they would never do it to him. Qie Xieling however was a new client and of course, they would love to empty his pockets by any means necessary. Feeling an intense sour taste in his throat he blocked Qie Xieling’s view of her and said to her in cold harsh voice, "You can leave."

She hesitated for a moment before setting everything down and pushing her trolley out of the room. "Enjoy-," she said before the door was banged shut in her face. She wanted to tell Mr Qie to enjoy his meal but the door was shut in her face harshly.

Luo Muchen turned around only to be met by Qie Xieling’s cold stare. He felt goosebumps crawling all over his skin. Luo Muchen didn’t say anything. What was he supposed to say? That he was jealous and didn’t want him to look at her anymore?

"Can we talk," he suddenly said trying to divert Qie Xieling attention by discussing more important issues.

Qie Xieling sneered before carrying his plate to the bedroom. "I am busy plus we have nothing to talk about," he said leaving Luo Muchen dumbfounded. He would rather Qie Xieling scold or call him names than give him a cold shoulder. It was very unsettling.

Unable to restrain himself any longer, Luo Muchen entered the bedroom and found Qie Xieling sitting comfortably in the bed watching a something while eating and crying. Ridden with guilt he apologised. "About the thing on the warship, I am sorry we had to end it abruptly. I didn’t mean to make you cry," he said Qie Xieling arched his brow before exploding like a fire cracker.

"Who the fuck said I am crying about you. You think too highly of yourself."
