“Honestly, you're lucky I still have questions for you,” Adam remarked as the pair of them flew back up towards the Burj Khalifa’s observation platform.
“NADA, NADA, SPEAK TO ME, SWEETIE,” Kareem Badawi shouted urgently.
“Afraid she seems to have lost consciousness,” Adam replied as he lifted Nada up by the ankle to see that her eyes had rolled back in her head and her mouth hung open.
“DAMN BASTARD, LET MY DAUGHTER GO,” Kareem screamed hysterically.
“Ok,” Adam replied calmly as he once again released Nada just as Ayana yelled.
“NO!”
The pair watched in horror as Nada once again plummeted towards the ground.

Adam once again tilted forward and entered a dive before flying after Nada, where he reached out and caught her by the ankle again.
Ayana visibly sighed in relief before turning to Kareem and shouting, “STUPID IDIOT! ARE YOU TRYING TO GET NADA KILLED?”
Kareem shrank back at Ayana’s reprimand before finally turning quiet.
Ayana sighed before asking, “What do you want with my daughter, Mr Spencer?”
“To find out why she hired an assassin to assist Robert Flemming,” Adam replied as they flew back up towards the observation platform.
“Hired an assassin to assist Robert Flemming?” Ayana repeated in surprise.
“Judging by your reaction, I’m assuming you know nothing about it,” Adam remarked as he saw Ayana’s reaction.
“I do not,” Ayana replied while shaking her head before asking, “What did she supposedly assist Robert Flemming with?”
“The kidnapping and attempted assassination of Emma Hopkins,” Adam replied, surprising Ayana and Rashida.
“Why would they attempt to both kidnap and assassinate Emma Hopkins?” Ayana asked.
“Robert Flemming hired a team to try and kidnap her, while Nada here hired an assassin to watch over the kidnapping and only attempt to assassinate Emma Hopkins should the kidnapping fail,” Adam explained.
“I know nothing of this. Do you have any proof?” Ayana replied.
“I do, but I see no reason to show it to you,” Adam stated as he flew through the observation platform's windowless opening and dropped Nada on the floor.
“Would you mind not tossing my daughter around like she’s a sack of meat?” Ayana asked in annoyance.
Adam, however, ignored Ayana’s remark and began looking around while mumbling, “Now where is it?”

“Ah, that must be it,” Adam remarked as he saw a lone purse on the refreshments table nearby and walked towards it.

“Some would say that hiring assassins is also rather rude,” Adam retorted before he found what he was looking for and pulled out Nada’s phone.

“Well, how about that,” Adam said with a smirk as a holographic screen appeared before him, showing Robert and Nada’s recent message history and the microcam focused on it so that Ayana could see it.
