Revenge Deal With The Devil-Chapter 156: BAD FOR THE BABY
"I beg to differ." A voice sounded from behind and when Silva turned to look at who it was and before he could act, he was knocked out almost immediately.
"Are you alright?" The person asked in a cold voice covering Amelia up with his red coat, "Leviton?" Amelia could recognise that cold voice from anywhere.
After being attacked by Max earlier, Amelia was not really sure if she could trust Leviton too with the way situations are.
"Don’t make me laugh, I can’t even dream of harming you or Damon." Leviton snorted in his cold voice after reading Amelia’s expression making her feel a tinge of guilt.
But before she could apologize, the hotness hit her even more as she needed a man and with the fact that Damon is trapped in a cell that would be a bit difficult.
Noticing her situation, Leviton immediately swopped her up in his arms before teleporting away leaving Silva on the floor knocked out cold.
"Mom!!" Adara’s voice called out seeing Amelia in Leviton’s hands looking weak and disheveled.
"Don’t shout, their might be spies planted around the castle." Leviton said as a matter of fact, He looked at Giselle in a way and she nodded taking hold of Adara’s hand and they all disappeared to Gisele’s place.
As they left, the door opened slightly as a servant tried to peek through the door and when he saw nothing, he shrugged it off and closed the door back.
"Will she be alright?" Adara asked pacing about the room with worry written all over her face.
"I will be fine, when did you wake up though?" Amelia asked with a weak reassuring smile, "Just today, I just had a vision that you and dad were in trouble and when woke up I saw Giselle by my side." Adara explained while Amelia smiled softly, if it was not for her daughter, they would probably still be on the lookout for her and in the end they might arrive too late to stop Silva.
Amelia did not even want to imagine what would have happened as she would end up hating herself eternally, "What about your father?" Amelia asked with worry evident in her voice and the whole room was silent making her try to stand up, Giselle had given her something to suppress the aphrodisiac that Silva had fed her but she was still slightly weak.
"Just rest Amelia, we are working on a way to find him." Giselle replued pressing Amelia back to bed.
"And Asis?" Amelia asked remembering what Silva had said but when she noticed the glances everyone was giving eachother, she was sure that something was wrong.
"What about Asis?" Amelia asked again extremely worried that somethibg might have happened to him.
"No need to worry about him, in fact he was the one that planned everything." Adara snorted feeling disdain and anger at hersellf for bringing him into the castle, if she had not then none of this would have happened.
"What are you saying? It was your uncle that led me out and made me take in something that made me weak." Amelia asked her heart was refusing to accept that Asis would do such a thing. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
"Which of my uncle?" Adara asked confused as she did not know who Amelia was addressing.
"Max." Amelia stated coldly, Adara was taken aback as she could never expected Max to do such a thing, among all brothers Leviton was the must capable to carry out such a rebellion.
"It’s almost as if you guys wish I was the one." Leviton said sarcastically noticing Adara’s gaze on him.
Both Amelia and Adara felt guilty as the culprits but for Adara she felt even more confused on how to break the news to her mother, one betrayal from one family member hurt but your own son betraying you must be the weight of a mountain on one’s heart.
"Mom, I know this is hard to believe but Asis was the one that slashed my cheeks back then there was no arrow of any kind and if my guess is true, The demons that attacked soon after were all part of his plot to win you and dad’s trust." Adara broke the news to Amelia also mentioning her discovering about the sword.
Leviton furrowed his brows when he heard Adara say that she opened the door with her blood but in the end he decided to say nothing.
"How could this be?" Amelia asked in disbelief as she digested all what Adara had just told her, her own son, her flesh and blood was her own enemy.
"That’s the truth mom, what we need to focus on now is resucing dad, he is going to suffer severe damage from those swords wounds if we don’t get to him on time." Adara said with worry written all over her face.
"Oh shit." Amelia cursed taking everyone in the room by surprise.
"I gave Asis very powerful suppressants that would weaken one to be like humans, maybe that is why your dad is unable to teleport away from that place, he must have been fed with them." Amelia said in a voice filled with regret and self blame, she was angry at herself for not listening to Damon’s warning back then it even Leviton’s or Giselle’s she was blinded by her eagerness on finding Asis.
"I will put up a locator spell." Giselle announced but a cold glare was shot at her causing her to gulp and nervously sit back down.
Amelia and Adara who were expecting her to start noticed this and both turned to look at Leviton who looked like he wanted to beat her up.
Seeing the curious gazes of Amelia and Adara, Leviton sighed, "She can’t, too power draining, bad for the baby." He said simply shocking the two, it would have been a very happy moment but at the time they were to occupied thinking about how to save Damon, the questions about how the baby came about would be asked later.
