Xiao Hui’s face darkened for a moment and then he said, "It’s alright, this place is much bigger than the inn. Alright, let’s go inside; everyone can choose where to stay tonight. The owner is a friend of mine."

Just as he was speaking, a man in his early twenties came out.

"Xiao Hui, you finally made it!"

The man smiled and wrapped his arm around Xiao Hui’s neck.

"Haha, Feng Yue, long time no see! This time I brought my good friends over to have fun at your place. You have to take good care of us!" Xiao Hui said with a smile.

The man named Feng Yue nodded and called the waitstaff inside to carry everyone’s luggage upstairs.

"The rooms are upstairs, everyone can go up and choose one."

Feng Yue said, leading everyone into the building which looked like an inn but was labeled as a villa.

"In a place like yours, what’s the annual revenue?"

Lin Kai glanced around the shop and asked.

"Not much, just enough to make ends meet,"

Feng Yue said with a smile, "During the tourist season, it’s better; otherwise, we mostly cater to solo travelers, usually families going for a picnic or something."

"Not much of a profit, then." Lin Kai chuckled and said no more.

Everyone went upstairs together. The building was largely made with wooden structures, and the third-floor rooms were the best. Feng Yue arranged for everyone to stay on the third floor, two people per room.

Naturally, Xiao Hui shared a room with Big Head, and the other two men and two women each had separate rooms, the two school beauties in one room. Song Yun was a bit embarrassed, not knowing where to stay, but eventually got a single room.

After the accommodation was arranged, the host, Feng Yue, set up a large table downstairs and invited everyone for lunch. "We’re planning to go shopping this afternoon."

Lin Kai remarked, "Dai Dai, Bingbing, Wan Chunfeng, and I have made plans!"

Song Yun hadn’t intended to invite these four, so didn’t press further. Wan Chunfeng talked a bit with the two school beauties, asking if they wanted anything, offering to buy it for them.

But both beauties declined.

Quickly, they arrived at a pool. Though called a pool, it was more like a pond, located beneath a small hill behind the villa, with a stream flowing through it. It was said this stream could run through the entire ancient town.

Each person picked a paper and unfolded it.

The pairings were quickly determined.

Song Yun was paired with a big-eyed beauty who looked very pure, who introduced herself as Xiao Sheng. Xiao Hui was paired with a rather mature-looking beauty, who introduced herself simply as Mimi.

"Our competition lasts for one hour; we won’t compare who catches the most fish, but rather the total weight. Understand? The team with the least weight will be punished. Everyone fine with that?" Song Yun asked.

"What punishment?"

Mimi batted her eyelashes at Song Yun and said, "Nothing too excessive, okay?"

Then the teams each found a spot and started fishing.

An hour later, the competition was over.
