REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 25: MORE POWERS

The following day Ariana got her water and air powers. She was shocked at first but was happy. In her old pack she was always called a failure, bad omen. They would tell her not to shift that at the sight of her wolf they wolf they would be ashamed, but she now knew the real reason.

They never wanted her to shift in case she got stronger than the alpha and would get over herself. She felt ashamed of those people, she felt even more shame of her own family that joined in the fun. They used her to make themselves stronger and still had the nerve to treat her like that.

"What are you thinking love?" Adrian’s voice came from behind and wrapped his hand around her waist.

"I was just thinking of my old life." She said turning to look at his face.

"I am now jealous of those people. They are always on your mind, when will you start thinking of me." He said pouting.

"There is no need for you to be jealous of them, I am here with you." She said and kissed his cheek.

Adrian was even more shocked that she was the first now to take action. He was always the one that would kiss her on the cheek and forehead.

"I am really grateful for this new life you gave me, and the whole new family that I got." She said smiling at him.

"What about your best friend that you got?" Olivia’s voice came from behind acting to be hurt.

"Well, you are not my best friend." She said seriously.

"What? That hurts." Olivia said putting her hand on her heart as if she was in pain.

"You guys are my sisters." She said smiling.

"That’s better." Olivia said smiling back.

"Must you disturb us, where is Josh by the way he should be entertaining you." Adrian said feeling irritated.

"I get it I will leave you two lovebirds in peace." She said and walked back to the house.

Olivia walked back into the house and went in search of Josh.

"So, this is where you are hiding." She said hugging him from behind.

"As if I could ever hide from you." He said with a smile.

Ariana and Adrian sat down in the garden, and she lay in his arms while they enjoyed watching the stars in the dark. Every other couple were busy with their own things leaving the only single man there feeling envy.

"I’m going out. I can’t stand all this lovey dovey." Dylan said and left, he felt lazy to drive and just used his speed and left.

"You know laying here in your arms makes me really happy." Ariana said with a sigh.

"Does it." Adrian asked.

"Yes, in your arms I always feel safe." She said looking up at him.

"I will always keep you safe." He said and smiled down at her.

"Your long hair makes you really irresistible." She said looking at the hair that fell down to his face.

"Ariana!" He said holding back.

"I can feel the bond." She said looking at him and was amazed.

After she opened up to him, she could no longer manage to ignore the pull. All she wanted was to just pull him and kiss him. She was scared that she might repeat the same mistake again, which was why she wanted to take it slow. ƒreewebηoveℓ.com
