Chapter 532: Chapter 532: Years Gone

On Memphis’s continent.

Kael’s time bubble was the last remaining bubble still around.

Katari’s and Ozia’s time bubble had long been dissolved after the two were done with what they were doing.

Exalon sat restlessly on a small boulder with his muscular arms crossed against his chest.

He was gazing at the time bubble, his mind filled with a multitude of thoughts.

It had even been a full day now since Kael entered that bubble, he couldn’t determine how long Kael had been in there because Memphis had said she had slowly adjusted the time at some point.

He could make a guess but the actual time period might be longer or shorter.

There was a big difference between spending a lot of time gaining experience and spending a lot of time in solitude.

"King Exalon," The mature voice of a young man echoed from the bushes behind Exalon. Exalon didn’t turn around to know that the owner of the voice belonged to Ozia.

"My mentor said that Father should be done pretty soon," Ozia said as he walked over from behind to stand in front of Exalon.

Exalon peeled his gaze away from Kael’s time bubble to look at Ozia’s new appearance.

Ozia had...changed.

Gone were his childish features.

He was currently in his humanoid form and had grown to be more than six feet in height; just a little more, and he would finally reach seven feet, almost the same height as Kael.

He wasn’t that muscular, probably because he never trained his body all those years he was in the time bubble.

He still had a lean athletic build but Exalon was sure that Ozia’s muscles would shoot out in no time once he began regular activities.

As of now, Ozia looked a lot like Kael with a few of Nbayé’s features here and there.

His wheat colored skin was as smooth as a baby’s. The dreads on his head had been longer right after he came out but he had already cut them short.

The dreadlocks fell over, covering his forehead and the top of his head. He shaved all the hair on the left and right sides of his head, giving him a more stylish and youthful look.

The dreads would probably grow out again very soon, but for now, he wanted to have this youthful look.

His eyebrows, which were black and thicker than Kael’s, complemented his strong jaw and chin.

He had no beard, not yet.

As Exalon looked at him, he still saw the young lad he had known a day ago. It would take some time for him to adjust to the First Prince’s new appearance.

"Mentor?" Exalon said.

"Oh," Ozia scratched his head with his lean arms, "Memphis and Father had been having a discussion concerning becoming a student under her tutelage..."

"I know, I was just wondering how fast it took you to start calling her mentor.

And why the fuck are you talking so respectfully?" Exalon asked, irritated and unnerved by Ozia’s attitude of talking.

As far as he was concerned, Kael and his aunties were the only ones Ozia spoke to with such elegance.

Most times, it was either that he was brash and arrogant, or he just kept quiet.

To be on the receiving end of Ozia’s respectful chatter was uncomfortable for Exalon.

"Oh," Ozia was surprised, "I think you misunderstand me, I’m just a bit out of my mind right now.

I’ll get back to my old self in no time," Ozia said.

"Hmm," Exalon didn’t know whether to encourage Ozia to always be this nice and calm or to just wait and see.

Well, it didn’t matter anyway. It was just as Ozia said, he was feeling a bit disconnected and distracted ever since he left the time bubble, it was one of the side effects of spending so much time in solitude.

Although Ozia spent the shortest amount of time there compared to the other two, he was fully aware of the time that was passing.

Every year, down to every second. He could avoid the torture of waiting painfully for the day to end and for him to draw closer to the final minute.

For him, it had been more than fifteen years since he last saw the main world, no interaction, no social life. The only person he could have talked to was himself.

Now that he was out, he behaved a bit differently but it was only temporary.

Ozia turned to look at the last remaining time bubble in front of them, "Mentor said that it’s been close to fifty years inside Father’s bubble," He said.

"Hmm," Exalon looked back at the time bubble and nodded, "That’s long," He said.

"She also said that Father might not have been aware of how much time was passing until recently," Ozia said, feeling a bit strange.

His session in the time bubble wasn’t to increase his power level but to raise his sensitivity toward the flow of time.

He was still tier 4. For a talented genius, one could say he was behind his peers now.

Although, most young lions and lionesses in heaven who were in their twenties would still be in tier 3 or just entering tier 4 if they were lucky.

But Ozia wasn’t an ordinary lion, he was definitely lacking behind.

As for Katari and his father, he wasn’t too sure.

Katari had disappeared the very moment her time bubble dissolved. Even Memphis said she would have trouble locating her if she wanted to. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

His father who was left was putting a strain on the integrity of the bubble.

Just in time, Ozia turned his head to see the Flow of Time condensed into a rich stream that flowed out of the forest beside him.

Ozia could see it, but Exalon couldn’t. It was one of the perks of strengthening his time powers.

The only other time controller on this continent besides him was Memphis so he could guess who it was that was coming.

As expected, Memphis, using this time stream, sped over from a distance and arrived beside Ozia and Exalon within a second.

The time stream disappeared and she stood there, calmly.

Now that Ozia knew how the control of time worked, he still found it very mysterious. Thankfully, he now had a mentor who would teach him everything he needed to know, not just about his time powers, but many other things.

"The All-King is done," Memphis declared as she waved her hands at the sky, dissolving the massive time bubble before them.
