Reborn as the Sweetheart of a Paranoid Boss-Chapter 248: New Project
This is indeed a place where one can relax.
With the good environment, Selena Kensington quickly felt at ease and began drafting her new script.
She wanted to make a film.
Selena suddenly thought of Sloane Hawthorne.
Since childhood, Sloane Hawthorne relied on her brother Jonah Hawthorne, and thanks to the support of kind-hearted people, she and Jonah were able to continue their education.
Until Sloane was in her sophomore year of high school, Jonah had an accident, and she resolutely gave up her studies to take care of him.
Selena suddenly recalled the first time she saw Sloane Hawthorne.
A rebellious girl wearing a biker jacket with a cigarette in her mouth, standing out uniquely among a group of delinquents.
Because her gaze was particularly pure and so clean that it felt like she shouldn’t be among those people.
Especially her voice, a unique smokey tone, carrying a mature allure beyond her years.
Selena was suddenly inspired and began writing in her notebook.
Because she was so immersed, and coupled with the fact that she forgot to bring her phone when she left, by the time Sterling Norwood returned to the main house, he found that Selena was missing.
The servants, under Sterling Norwood’s stern face, cautiously spoke up, "Family Head, it seems Madam went towards the back garden..."
Sterling’s expression softened a little, but he still made his way to the back mountain with a serious face.

When Sterling reached the edge of the cliff in the back garden, he saw the following scene:
Under the towering, sturdy tree, a girl in a soft, pale yellow dress was leaning against the trunk, seriously and attentively writing and drawing in her notebook.
A gentle breeze blew across her face, tousling her hair, and she casually tucked the strands behind her ear that blocked her view.
Much of Sterling’s gloom disappeared in the presence of this beautiful scene where he couldn’t see Selena...
He walked over.
"What are you writing?"
Sterling asked as he walked up to her.
Selena seemed startled suddenly and fell towards him.
Sterling caught her.
"Falling into my arms?"
He raised an eyebrow slightly.
Selena blushed slightly and playfully chided, "Why do you walk so quietly?"
Sterling sat down beside her, leaning back against the tree with her.
"Hmm, my fault."
He agreed compliantly.
Selena leaned into his embrace, as if boneless, soft and delicate.
She took Sterling’s hand, began playing casually with his long fingers, and said, "I spent the entire afternoon here today."
She began to ramble, sharing with Sterling.
Sterling obliged her by continuing, "Did you gain anything?"
After playing for a while, Selena interlocked her fingers with his and continued, "Hmm... I wrote a script inspired by Sloane... It might be made into a film."
"But I still need to ask Sloane for her opinion." 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞
"After all, she’s just finished her college entrance exams... Would asking her to act again be too soon..."
Selena couldn’t stop talking, especially when faced with Sterling, wanting to share all her thoughts, to hear his opinion, to see the supportive look in his eyes.
Sterling ruffled her hair, "Why don’t you just ask her? If she wants to reach greater heights, she probably won’t refuse."
Selena nodded, "Hmm... right!"
She decided to take the draft to Sloane Hawthorne, who might provide her with another perspective.
Sterling helped her up, wrapping his arm around her waist, "Shall we go back for dinner?"
Selena took his hand and walked back, "Alright."
The afterglow of the setting sun gradually faded, and the two walked further and further away.

When the weekend came, Selena made a trip to Stardust Entertainment.
As she approached, she saw a girl full of energy and vitality wearing a baseball cap, pacing back and forth at the company’s entrance.
