Reborn as a Devouring Dragon with a System-Chapter 66: Leveling Up The Dragon Palace
Chapter 66: Leveling Up The Dragon Palace
Back at the Dragon Palace—
An intense light blazed in the throne room as a massive teleportation rune ignited beneath the marble floor. In the blink of an eye, Drake and his gang materialized. Drake, however, had already reverted to his childish form.
"Man, I was just starting to get used to my mature form," Drake muttered, gazing at his small hands as if they belonged to someone else—a stranger.
[A/N: Even I forgot the guy’s still technically a child.]
"System, Drax... is there seriously no way I can grow permanently? This childish form is becoming a full-blown calamity," Drake groaned in defeat.

[Host should note that there is no shortcut to success. Please be patient until your body is fully developed.]
When Drake read this, his expression darkened. He clenched his fists, nearly shaking. "What does success have to do with getting a mature body?!" he snapped.
"What about you, Drax?" he asked, looking to his ever-grinning companion.
"The system’s right," Drax shrugged, "For now, you can only use Maturitas when you’re on a mission or going on a killing spree—like today."
Drake sighed, the weight of the truth hitting him like a boulder. Experiencing his mature form only to be shoved back into his tiny self—it felt like a tragic fall from grace to grass.
"Big Brother Drake!"
He looked up just in time to see the three bunnies—Noctheria, Stryx, and Zephyr—rushing toward him in their human forms. But something was off.
They were... four years old?
"What the—? Wait, stop!" Drake tried to halt them, but they either didn’t hear or simply didn’t care. With gleeful cries, they leapt into his arms, crashing into him like a fluffy tidal wave.
"How can they grow this quickly?" he asked Drax, utterly baffled.
"They’re dragons now," Drax said nonchalantly. "The stronger their cultivation, the faster they grow."
Drake’s eye twitched. "And I’m not a dragon?"
Drax scratched his head awkwardly. "Well... they were rabbits transmuted into dragons, so their growth rate’s a little... unique. As for you, even though you’re a dragon, you still have a human soul."
"Wait—what do you mean by that?" Drake narrowed his eyes, confusion deepening.
"You’ll understand in the future," Drax replied, waving it off like a passing breeze.
But Drake wasn’t satisfied. Something about those words unsettled him.

Commencing Dragon Palace Level-Up Protocol.
All members of the Vorr Clan are to transform into their dragon forms.
Host should click "Yes" when ready.
When Drake read this, he was surprised by the revelation but complied as he gathered everyone together.
"The Dragon Palace will undergo a transformation process. You are all to shift into your Draconic forms," Drake commanded.
"Yes, Dragon Emperor!" they responded in unison.
ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR!
A chorus of thunderous dragon roars echoed through the Dragon Palace as every member of the Vorr Clan transformed.
A pitch-black dragon with hollow, obsidian eyes emerged. Measuring six meters in length with a twelve-meter wingspan, its entire form radiated the chilling aura of death. Like Death Incarnate itself, it carried a regal presence—the Royal Death Dragon. frёeωebɳovel.com
Two purple-golden dragons, also six meters long with twelve-meter wingspans, surged with thunder. Lightning crackled furiously across their bodies as if they were born from storms themselves. They were the living embodiment of thunder and lightning—the Royal Thunder Dragons—their royal aura rippling far and wide.
A massive creature resembling a sparrow with a dragon’s head and horns spread its wings. Fourteen meters in length, its body was covered in shimmering purple scales and adorned with feathers. Its claws were draconic, its wings a fusion of bird and dragon. Lightning danced around its twenty-meter wingspan as it streaked with speed and force—this was the fearsome Draco-Sparrow.
Two greenish-purple dragons stood without wings or horns, yet everything else about them screamed dragon. Their scales gleamed menacingly, and the poisonous mist leaking from their bodies tainted the air around them. They were the vile yet majestic Poison Dragons.
Next emerged a silver-white beast, shaped like a wolf but armored in shimmering scales. Twelve meters long with piercing draconic silver eyes, winds coiled playfully around its claws. Its gaze brimmed with cunning, and its aura radiated that of a top predator—the Draco-Wolf.
A colossal mouse cloaked in purple scales lumbered forward. Its ten-meter-long body shimmered, purple draconic eyes glowing as it breathed in Originat, as though the very essence of energy bowed before it. This was the mystical Draco-Mouse.
Then, a blood-red dragon stepped into view, eighteen meters in length, its horns appearing to drip with fresh crimson. Its eyes were like oceans of blood, deep and endless. Its twenty-eight-meter wingspan radiated an aura both righteous and evil, regal and terrifying. It was the Royal Blood Dragon, also known as the Vampiric Dragon.
Finally, a majestic silver dragon revealed itself. It bore a single blade-like horn at the center of its head, scales shaped like sharpened swords. Everything about it screamed precision, power, and royalty. Twenty meters long with a thirty-meter wingspan, it emanated a blade’s will. This was the Royal Sword Dragon.
Drake stood amidst them, surrounded by the might and majesty of his clan. Not even two years ago, he was just an ordinary boy on Earth—rejected by girls, looked down upon. Now, he stood as a Dragon Emperor, building a powerful dragon clan of his own.
He looked around at the dragons—his dragons. In this life, they were his family, and he would go to any length to protect them.
He didn’t even realize when a smile crept across his lips. Lifting his head, he let out a loud, resounding roar as his body began to transform.
ROAR!
