Raised From The Wild-Chapter 261: Back to Verde Island

It was a good thing that the elite guards brought with them a military aircraft. While it has a section for the royal family to comfortably sit, it also has a section to carry a huge amount of cargo.

Princess Amaya decided to sedate the animals. She could not imagine the stress they had to undergo once they were on air.

She told the pilot to drop them at Verde Island. She could not bring the half-humans to the palace as it would definitely create a huge stir.

"I think I should officially transfer to Verde Island." She casually said to Marx who was sitting beside her.

"Wouldn’t your grandparents be sad about that?"

Amaya pondered for a while.

"Then I’ll stay on the island on Fridays, the weekend, and on Mondays."

"Looks like a good plan." Marx agreed. It would be easy for him to spend more time with Amaya if she were on Verde Island rather than in the palace.

"Do you think we should tell Dave about those things?" Amaya whispered so the others could not hear their conversations.

Marx shook his head. It is better to keep the information within themselves.

The aircraft landed right beside the mansion near the foot of the mountain. Amaya, Marx, and a few of her guards got off the aircraft and carried the animals that were sedated.

Amaya entered her mansion with Marx and the rest of the guards. The horses were left outside.

Amaya went to the yard closest to the mountain. This was her secret garden. One has to pass a maze before reaching it. She clasped her hands together and brought it to her mouth and blew on it.

The loud whistle traveled through the forest and soon her pet animals came rushing back. When they reached Amaya, the tigers and wolves pounced on her. They were not small to begin with. Because of their weight, Amaya fell with her back on the grassy lawn. The wolves and the tigers continuously licked her face.

Marx was annoyed. ’Can’t they stop licking her face?’

If it wasn’t Amaya, Marx would definitely be disgusted with the wet saliva on his face.

Khalil and Strata have already recognized Marx. To them, he was the mate of their master. The wolf and the tiger excitedly pounced on Marx.

Marx was caught off guard and he fell beside Amaya. His eyes widened when he saw two big tongues dripping with saliva come nearer and nearer his face.

"No!" Marx blurted out and was about to cover his face with his hands but it was too late.

"Slurp... slurp"

He rolled to his side to escape the disgusting tongues and came face to face with Amaya. Amaya was laughing at him.

"They already recognize you, Marx. They treat you like me." Amaya was happy.

"I don’t like them to lick me. It is disgusting." Marx’s face was contorted in contempt.

Amaya laughed at him all the more.

"Didn’t you have a dog when you were a kid?"

"I was small then. I still don’t know how disgusting and unhygienic saliva is." Marx blurted out without thinking.

Amaya frowned.

"Then, why are you not disgusted when you kiss me."

"That’s different. Your kiss is not disgusting. It is very sweet." Marx said gently and his gaze turned dark.

Marx was about to kiss her when he felt something wet and slick swipe the side of his face.

Marx cursed silently.

"That’s enough. Get off me now." Marx shooed the animals using his authoritative voice.

Marx stood up and then he pulled Amaya from the ground.

"I’ll take a bath first," Marx said. He has a villa on the north side of the mansion.

"I will take a bath as well. You stay here and wait for me to come back. I will introduce some new friends to you."

With that, Amaya left and proceeded to her room. She took a long bath and changed into a comfortable cotton dress.

She went back to the secret garden. She found that Marx and Vasquez were already there. Both were waiting and like her, they had taken a shower.

Vasquez passed her a basket. Inside the basket was a sleeping cub.

Khalil snarled. He did not like the cub.

"Khalil, this cub is too pitiful. I killed its mother because it wanted to kill me. Now if I leave it in that forest, it will die.

Kahli’s Mate was more receptive to the cub. She started licking it.

The cub jolted awake and was scared. It tried to run away but Khalil took it back and placed it gently on the basket.

The two big cats started to lick the baby tiger and soon enough, the baby tiger warmed up.

When Amaya saw that the cub stopped resisting Khalil and his mate, she called Vasquez and asked him to go and bring the human spider.

The animal’s first reaction when they saw the spider was they were dumbfounded and they wanted to go back to the forest.

The two human spiders were in a daze when they woke up. They looked around and found that everything was not familiar. They both panicked.

"You dare to kidnap us? What kind of people are you?" The male young human spider was angry. 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖

"Don’t worry we will not harm you. I just took you because your sister begged me to save you."

The two human spiders looked at each other then they looked back at Amaya. It looked like they would depend on her to survive in their new environment.

"Out there are two mountains. They are not as dense and as big as Mount Paraiso but it is still a mountain. You can choose to stay there or you can also live here in this garden."

The two little ones looked at Amaya with their big bright eyes. Amaya’s heart melted. They have such a lovely face. How could they get such an ugly body?

A thought came to Amaya. She went to her room and got two shirts. She hurried back to the secret garden and found the two men and the two spiders looking at each other as if they wanted to jump at each other’s throats.
