If one were to be able to look at the inside of Sebastian’s body right now...

When the fire spiritual energy entered into Sebastian’s body, the fire spiritual energy would head straight toward Sebastian’s lower abdomen, where the area that was named and known by the cultivators within the Cultivation World as either "dantian", or "the field of energy" was located at.

Dantian was basically the area where one’s energy core would be located at.

And of course, as a cultivator climbed higher and higher onto the ladder toward immortality, the energy core would turn into a golden core, followed by turning into a nascent soul, and so on.

As the fire spiritual energy arrived at Sebastian’s dantian...

Within Sebastian’s dantian, different from a typical energy refining realm cultivator, where there would only be a single energy core, and the energy core would typically be the color of the primary cultivation technique that the cultivator was cultivating...

For example, a cultivator who primary cultivated a fire-type cultivation technique would possess a red color energy core...

And a cultivator who primary cultivated a water-type cultivation technique would possess a blue color energy core.

Since Sebastian’s primary cultivation technique was the sun energy refining technique, which was evidently a fire-type cultivation technique, it was only natural that Sebastian’s energy core would be red in color.

However, looking at Sebastian’s dantian, not only did Sebastian possessed 3 energy cores, but his main energy core was actually not simply just red in color, instead, it possessed a mixture of, red, white, and black, whereas the middle of the main energy core was red in color, while the sides of the it were in black and white color.

And by the white color side of the main energy core was a white color energy core, while by the black color side of the main energy core was a black color energy core.

If one were to look closely at the black and white energy cores, a tiny amount of spiritual energy was constantly being transmitted over from the black and white energy cores, and over to the main energy core.

If one had to guess, it was most likely thanks to the black and white energy cores that the sides of the main energy core ended up being painted in black and white colors.

Of course, if one was aware of Sebastian’s situation, it wouldn’t be too hard for them to come to the conclusion that, the black energy core was the yin core, and the white energy core was the yang core.

As the fire spiritual energy arrived at the dantian, it surged directly toward the yang core and entered into the yang core, and every few moments, after a certain amount of fire spiritual energy had entered into the yang core, the yang core would stop absorbing fire spiritual energy into it, then began revolving at high speed for a total of 81 cycles.

As the yang core stopped revolving, the fire spiritual energy that had previously been absorbed into the yang core began surging out from the yang core, followed by surging over to the main energy core, then revolving around the main energy core.

Looking at the current fire spiritual energy that was revolving around the main energy core, although the amount of spiritual energy was evidently much lesser right now when compared to the amount of fire spiritual energy that had entered into the yang core...

The current fire spiritual energy was actually redder in color, and the traces of fire dao that was contained within the fire spiritual energy had actually increased by a lot more than before!

Right now, the fire dao that was contained with the fire spiritual energy couldn’t be described with the word "traces", and instead, it had to be described with the word "plenty"!

Evidently, the fire spiritual energy that had entered into the yang core had been refined into a purer fire spiritual energy by the yang core!

If Veronica was present here right now and was able to see with her own eyes at the current fire spiritual energy that was revolving around Sebastian’s main energy core, her eyes would definitely go red from the urge to refine those fire spiritual energy for herself.

After all, the amount of fire dao that was currently contained within those fire spiritual energy was more than enough to give her a huge boost of comprehension toward her comprehension of the fire dao!

As the fire spiritual energy revolved around the main energy core, the fire dao that was contained within the fire spiritual energy was slowly being absorbed by the main energy core.

And if Sebastian was able to look at his stats tab, especially his stats regarding his sun energy refining technique, he would be able to see that his proficiency toward the sun energy refining technique was increasing at a tremendous speed!

That’s right, the cultivation technique that Sebastian was cultivating right now was the sun energy refining technique, and the fire dao that was contained within those fire spiritual energy was currently subconsciously being used by Sebastian to increase his proficiency toward the sun energy refining technique.

This was Sebastian’s current proficiency toward his sun energy refining technique, and it has to be noted, Sebastian’s previous proficiency was actually only at beginner, and the exp was 20/100!

This meant that, in this single session of cultivating his sun energy refining technique, he actually went from beginner proficiency, all the way to advanced proficiency!

Cultivation techniques’ proficiency levels were divided into beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert, and perfect.

At perfect proficiency, the cultivation technique would be able to revolve on its own, allowing the user to not have to personally revolve the cultivation technique in order to cultivate.

Of course, even if that were the case, the effect of cultivating on one’s own by personally revolving their cultivation technique was much more beneficial to the cultivator than to simply allow the cultivation technique to revolve on its own, but nonetheless, being able to cultivate 24/7 without having the need to revolve their cultivation technique was still a huge upside for the cultivator.
