Chapter 308: Chapter 302: Mysterious Boyfriend is a Tycoon (Part 1)

Ji Chicheng was disdainful, thinking that she didn’t even need to use her skills for such a low-level password.

"The album I just flipped through didn’t have photos of anyone else," he said.

His tone was truly just stating a fact, without a hint of doubt or suspicion.

But this only made Ji Anning even more uneasy. Being his niece-in-law, yet having a lot of photos of him, her younger uncle, on her computer, she couldn’t believe he had no suspicions at all.

He was clearly doing it on purpose, and Ji Anning was extremely annoyed, asking angrily, "When exactly did you come?"

How much did he see, and whether he saw anything else.

"Does it matter?" Ji Chicheng raised an eyebrow and retorted, the mischievous smile slowly emerging from his eyes finally revealing his feigned nonchalance.

He wrapped an arm around Ji Anning’s waist and sat her on his thigh, then he leaned down to her ear, nibbling on her earlobe, his warm breath instantly making Ji Anning’s heart flutter and tingle.

She shrunk her neck to dodge, "Uncle, why do you always go back on your word?"

The words of complaint came out more like coquettish whining.

Ji Chicheng, looking at her pouting lips, found them extremely tempting. He freed one hand to lift her chin and, without a word, kissed her.

"Mmm..." Ji Anning glared, making a couple of muffled sounds of protest, but before she could push him away, Ji Chicheng’s lips had already retreated.

But his arms still held her tightly, his eyes serious and earnest as he looked at her, "I’ve given in to you in everything, but if your heart dares to waver, I will definitely strangle you."

Ji Anning’s heart trembled, not from being frightened by Ji Chicheng’s words, but by his serious earnestness.

She looked at him fearfully, "What’s wrong? What happened?"

Ji Chicheng suddenly bowed his head, burying his face in her armpit, taking a sniff, then lifting his head, "Did you spray perfume?"

"No," Ji Anning shook her head in denial, her face turning red.

Ji Chicheng raised an eyebrow, "No?"

His eyes were full of laughter, clearly disbelieving.

Ji Anning still flatly denied it, "Really, no, it’s the shower gel."

"You tell me not to come," Ji Chicheng didn’t believe her, his hand moving to her waist and pinching lightly, "but the preparations to welcome me seemed quite thorough."

Ji Anning, with her head lowered, avoiding his gaze, insisted on denying, "I said no, no, no."

Ji Chicheng nodded, "Yeah, you didn’t."

"I really didn’t." After denying again, Ji Anning realized she might be protesting too much. She looked up, frowning and displeased at Ji Chicheng, "Say it again, and I’ll ignore you."

Sulking really was a woman’s prerogative.

Ji Chicheng immediately let her go, shifting his attention to her hair, "Why didn’t you blow it dry?"

At that moment, Ji Anning was wrapped in a bath towel which barely covered her buttocks when standing. Sitting like this exposed several areas, and with Ji Chicheng’s breath close at hand, it all made her face flush and heart race.

She turned her face away, replying softly, "I’m going to read for a bit more. It will dry by the time I go to sleep."

As she was about to get up from Ji Chicheng, he didn’t let her succeed, holding her firmly in place. She frowned, "Uncle, let me go. I need to change clothes."

"Keep being coy and I’ll strip you bare," he warned coldly.

The warning caused fear in Ji Anning. She was only wrapped in a towel, and with a slight tug, she could be left completely naked in an instant.
