Chapter 164: Chapter 164 Promise

Arnold Simmons dropped the tissue wet from tears held in his hand, his expression cold but his tone softened. "Really."

Hannah finally seemed satisfied. "Remember what you promised. If I come out and find another woman beside you...I’ll...I’ll..."

The young lady struggled with her "I’ll..." for a long while but couldn’t decide what to say, Arnold smiled and asked: "You’ll do what?"

Hannah glared at him, a brief display of willfulness, "I’ll find another sugar daddy."

Arnold’s face darkened, he engulfed her in his arms, his voice low, his eyes seemed colder and slightly terrifying, filled with an undercurrent of gritted teeth, "If I say one word, do you think anyone in the whole Kyoto City would dare to be your sugar daddy?"

Arnold was born domineering, inherently inclined to invade and possess. He had high standards, and hardly found anything worth looking up to, but once he found it, he would never let it go.

Since the young lady had the courage to boldly propose a toast to him initially, she ought to have known this day would come.

How could he possibly let her go?

Even if she wanted to run away.

Hannah didn’t look at him, made a face, and muttered a sentence, "It’s hard to find a three-legged toad, but it’s harder to find a two-legged sugar daddy?"

She thought she spoke in a whisper, not knowing that her soft voice loudly echoed in Arnold’s ears.

Word for word.

The smile on the man’s face had grown colder, like a snow-covered mountain in the bitter winter, lofty and cold, his dark eyes dangerous and icy, just one glance could freeze a person in fear.

He seemed like an emperor holding the power of life and death, every move emitted an intimidating aura.

Getting closer, the girl’s mysterious scent kept invading his nostrils, as if crawling into his heart, her skin so delicate and tender, as if a light touch would leave a mark.

But that little mouth was quite mischievous, knowing exactly what to say to provoke his anger.

He lowered his head and took a light bite before immediately letting go.

Hannah widened her eyes, covering her mouth in disbelief. Tears welled up once more, "Did you bite me?"

Arnold didn’t respond.

Hannah felt even more wronged, tears rolled down her cheeks landing on the back of the man’s hand.

Bringing a hint of warmth and moisture.

"You’re too much." Hannah bit her lip, making it appear even more rosy, reminiscent of seductive rose petals. She tried to push the man off her, "Let me go. I’m mad, and this time, it’s for real."

She’d never been bitten by anyone in her entire life.

...Aside from the nasty dog that stole her hard-earned food when she was a child.

Even thinking about it now, her thigh still hurt.

And now, Arnold dared to bite her beautiful face that could launch a thousand ships?

Unforgivable!

Hannah used all her strength to push the man away, but before she could get up, she was easily subdued by Arnold.

"Let me go." Hannah struggled.

Arnold simply said, "Behave."

Hannah glared at him, "You bit me and you still want me to behave."

Arnold seemed somewhat helpless, raising an eyebrow slightly, "Or should I let you bite me back?"

Saying this, he pursed his lips, displaying a meaningful smile.

Hannah realized his intentions after one look, turned her face away, refusing to look at him, and mumbled, "In your dreams."

The man chuckled, pinching her tender face, the delicate feeling in his hand made him unwilling to let go. "If you behave, I will come to see you, and I won’t let any other woman near me."
