Chapter 178: Chapter One Hundred And Seventy-Eight:She Would Be Back To Being A Normal Human.

"We’ve talked about this, father. I don’t think now is a good time to tell Marya to come visit."Nelson objected to his father’s suggestion, while he kept his concentration on his driving. It’s not yet two days yet, but he’s going back home, to Marya.

She definitely has lost her shit, and he needed to be home since Jason is a hard nut to crack. He didn’t know what else his father had done to him, but whatever act he’s displaying right now was well deserved by his father.

He had forgiven his father, but that doesn’t mean that everyone has done the same, so yes! Now is not the best time to pressure Marya to see him, unlike him. His wife is having a hard time right now, and seeing his face wouldn’t help at all because she’s still angry at him.

"But i would see what i can do, but for now. I won’t promise you that it would be possible now, but i know that she’s going to come around soon." He assured his father, who later dropped the conversation about Marya so did he as he concentrated on his way back home.

He went deep into thinking about what his next move from here would be, there’s no way to get to Lucifer without Marilyn but he didn’t have to conclude yet until he tells Seline about what happened.

When he arrived, he’s surprised to see how quiet it was because the death of Zoe and her parents made the streets hot and rowdy when he left. He didn’t know what happenned, but thankfully the villagers has done well to keep his family’s nane out of their lips.

It’s surprising that they didn’t accuse them further, since after the Morgana’s incident. No one has been able to approach them since after Narika’s disappearance and he liked it that way.

The lesser the attention they got, it would save him the sweat of trying to explain to anyone who comes about to ask him about her.

When he came down from his car he saw another car parked. Hendrix’s car. He didn’t recall telling him that he’s going to be back anytime soon, but yet it warmed his heart that he was checking up on Marya.

Nelson composed himself and tried to knock on the door, but it was opened by Marya who came out with Hendrix and his mother, Naomi following at his back.

So, when Marya looked up to meet his eyes, she gasped in shock and nearly fell to the ground because of how fast her heart was beating. It was hard to breathe but Nelson was fast to catch her before she falls to the ground.

"Marya!" Seline and Rosa called with concern, and Naomi and Hendrix moved away for Nelson who carried her into the sitting room, placed her on the sofa before checking her temperature.

"You caused this, why didn’t you call!" Rosa attacked him, while she tried to move over to punch him for keeping her sister in a state of turmoil since yesterday, but Seline held her back.

"I’m so sorry, baby. I’m here now. I’m back home."Nelson pecked her hand, that he was holding onto while she did nothing but kept her gaze on him. A trail of tears fell from the corner of her eyes, as she closed her eyes and took a deep breathe before looking right up at him.

"She’s going to be fine, she just needs to rest." Naomi told Nelson, after she placed her hand on Marya’s temple and soon she fell into a deep sleep."Thank you." He said to her, as she smiled and stepped away from the sleeping Marya.

"You are back?" Hendrix said, as he moved up to pull him into a hug.

"I heard Marilyn is with Lucifer?" Seline speaked up, as Nelson looked at his side instantly to face her.

"H..how did you know that?" He ashed, and Naomi cleared her throat.

"I’m afraid to say this, Mr. Singh, but you need to stop seeking Lucifer’s attention."Naomi told him, with her hand folded behind her back.

The tension in the air could be felt by Nelson, and he didn’t know what exactly was going on but he needed someone to explain things to him right away.

"Why? Everything i do is to save my daughter, and am not going to stop until she’s back where she rightfully belongs." Nelson said with every seriousness in him, for her to know that he’s not going to stop. Even if they send a thousand witches to warn him of the dangers of what he’s trying to do.

"I think you should tell him." Naomi faced Hendrix.

"Tell me what?" He bluntly asked, looking at Hendrix’s way.

He didn’t want to hear any bad news, but the way they were acting made everything complicated until Hendrix, Rosa and Seline burst out into laughter. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶

"Congratulations, Narika would be coming home soon." Hendrix confessed, and time stopped for Nelson.

"W.. what do you mean?" He stuttered, if this was a joke he’s in no mood for any of it. But Seline is smiling and so was Rosa too.

"The prophecy has changed Nelson, Adrik is condemned to be killed soon and that frees your daughter from the curse of the prophecy. Whereas, making her a human who can bleed, and not a weapon of mass destruction for any war."Naomi finally explained and for the first time in many months, Nelson laughed.

"Is that for real? My daughter would finally be normal?" He asked, trying hard to digest in what he just heard.

Naomi nodded, and he let out a happy shout covering his face as Seline said" I guess my help isn’t needed anymore, likewise that of your dad."

Nelson affirmed, until he remembered what Naomi said about Adrik, then he remembered why his father is helping him.

Polina.

He looked up at Naomi instantly," If Adrik gets killed, does it mean that those he captures gets to go back home? He’s a demon."

"I think yes, but i don’t think he’s captured anyone yet." Naomi think hard before replying, but Nelson said otherwise.

"No, he did."

"Who?" Seline asked, confused.

"My sister, Polina. Adrik has her."
