Chapter 157: Chapter One Hundred And Fifty-Seven:His Father’s Soul Is Ruined.

Singh’s Family House.

Nelson was highly disappointed.

He has made a mistake thinking that five good years without him by his father’s side, and also coupled with Polina’s death would change the heartless man who was his father to become a changed person.

But after listening to his step brother narrate everything to him, about how their lives has been. He couldn’t help but wonder why exactly his father had chosen to sell his soul to the devil.

He was no different from Lucifer, including Jason. That was why they were easy prey to the king of hell to use their souls and played with their families. Now, he’s concerned and he couldn’t help but wonder if Lucifer was still making use of them.

He has to, after listening to what Adrian told him he had done to Camille, and watching the poor young girl take treatment from the family doctor. He’s convinced that truly his father was nothing but a demon, turned human who Lucifer was using here on earth.

Why would he hurt his own son, despite the fact that he knew about his sickness and not just that, he choose to hurt an innocent young lady who isn’t the cause of Adrian’s problem.

Then there’s the doctor who he had killed in his rage, how is he expecting Adrian to become whole again, if he doesn’t administer treatment to him, before he goes crazy?

This was the biggest reason why he had to leave, his sister, Polina was a collateral damage and things wouldn’t have turned out that way if his father had at least any human conscience inside of him.

Well to cut the story short, Adrian and Camille were inside while he sat down in the sitting room, and was waiting for his father. The rage boiling inside of him was too much, that he didn’t want to lose control and ruin what exactly was his main aim of coming here.

But if his father has been this wicked towards his own family, how exactly do he expect him to help him to meet Marilyn?

Would he even believe him if he told him that Lucifer, the king hell is on the lookout for their child and Adrian is his son, while his granddaughter is the betrothed bride the son of the demon king?

Nelson’s shoulder sagged in helplessness, he didn’t know where else to go from here. Irrespective of his father’s action, he still wanted to let him know about his grandchild, so that he would know if Narika would be the saving grace that would make him repent of his evil ways, before it’s too late.

So, he drank from his coffee mug while doing well to check the time. It’s been two hours of him here and there’s not a sign of his father coming back until he heard the sound of his car outside.

Then there’s Cain’s voice, if he had anything to contribute to why his father was still being this way he is, then there’s Cain to contribute ten percent to his insanity.

The motherfucker was no better off than his father, if anything he’s worse but just because he loved the power he had with sticking with the same person like him.

He didn’t look scared just like he had thought he would be, after stepping here after years. So as he heard the footsteps growing closer, as he sipped from his coffee mug until he heard him.

"Son...is that you?" Alex asked a very stupid question because who else if not him in flesh and blood.

Nelson dropped the coffee cup down before he stood up, with his hands inside his pockets, while he kept a blank look on his face while staring at his father while he walked closer to him.

"It’s nice to meet you again, Father." He said as he stopped in front of his father, he nearly gagged at his words, this man doesn’t deserve to be called his father anymore. But he had to cooperate and not lose his temper so fast before telling him the reason why he’s here.

For someone who disowned him and pursued him away from the family house, he didn’t look angry that he was once again standing here on his property.

Rather he did something that he didn’t expect, and that was him pulling him into a hug while holding him as if he didn’t believe that he was real.

"I have been searching for you, Son. Believe me, I did everything i could in the last five years to find out where you went." Alex confessed, but Nelson didn’t know if that confession was sincere or not. His father was a very good actor.

Cain rolled his eyes when it connected with his own, the both were never really close just like he was to his father. No one liked Cain, no one! Not even Adrian nor polina.

Nelson saw Cain leave them both, and his mind raced back to Adrian and Camille upstairs, that’s another problem.

"You look taller than i have last seen you, and Damn! Age never really did a number to you, son." Alex added, and that’s it!

The cue for him to pull away from the hug because it was now getting weird for him, and he kept a good distance between the both of them that he’s sure that his father noticed that.

"Why did you do it?" He asked in a really calm voice, so as to not give his father the impression that he was shouting at him in his own house.

But just like he said, his father was a very good actor. He pretended as if he didn’t know what he was trying to imply.

"Listen Nelson, there’s no need to be in a rush for anything, you are back home. Come on, let’s talk through a drink." Alex offered.

But he scoffed at his words, home?

He seriously called this a home?

More like a prison for him and his siblings, it’s so shocking that he hasn’t been able to ask him about his own family.

This man is beyond redemption, his father’s soul is ruined!
