Connor then asked him, "Are you really going to help us get rid of this King?"

Mykael nodded and said to him, "The only thing I regret is that I can’t kill him myself, but Kevin and I will make sure that nothing happens to Ian, I promise."

Connor then nodded and said to him, "Then I will help you find the Acrium, but you have to give me another promise: you can’t use it to make weapons of mass destruction. Those Chains of Restraint and this System are interesting, though, and they were made to help and to defend, so I’m fine if you use it that way."

Mykael smiled at him and said, "Thanks, Connor, and I give you my word, the Acrium will never be used to craft weapons of mass destruction."

Mykael then looked at Derek and asked him, "I have a favor to ask you."

When he saw Derek nod, he said to him, "Make sure that as many demons as possible will be present at this duel. With Kevin, we have already planned to take care of all the Titans and demons under Cassandra and Lilith’s orders."

He looked at them and said, "I can detect all the men and demons that are marked by a God, and Kevin, with his System, can spot the Titans. We will use this duel to get rid of them."

He looked at Caleb and said to him, "With Colin, you will keep a low profile, but be ready to step in at any time."

Caleb nodded, and Derek asked Mykael in turn, "I have a favor to ask you too. Tomorrow morning, this duel, it’s everything we’ve been fighting for with Connor... Can you help us and find a way for him to attend it without being recognized? It’s very important to us."

Mykael smiled and nodded, then he looked at Caleb, who immediately understood, and he conjured up a mask in his hand and handed it to Connor while saying to him, "You just have to put it on your face, and you’ll have a new identity. It’s not just your face that will change but your physical appearance as well. It’s a technology that comes from a home world of one of the Warrior Spirits who is under Elias’s command; we often used these masks for infiltration."

Connor thanked him warmly, and he repeated the same words Derek had just said, that this duel was really the fulfillment of everything they had fought for, and that it would have been really hard not to be able to attend it.

Mykael then said to them, "You and Derek should stay at Dilan’s manor until the meeting for the duel. His manor already has very strong security, but with Caleb, we will reinforce these force fields; there’s no way we’re going to risk you being discovered."

He looked at Caleb and said to him, "I am placing them under your protection until tomorrow morning. Elias still have to stay in the world ruled by the Titans, and we won’t begin the search until he is here."

He then said for everyone, "Tomorrow we will come get you. Derek, you will have to attend the duel with Solomon and Kerry to represent the rebellion, and Connor, with your new identity, you will stay with us... with Ian, your rightful King."

When Caleb saw that Connor and Derek agreed with this arrangement, he was relieved because, seeing how important Connor was to be able to find the Acrium, if something happened to him, it would really be a tragedy.

And then, suddenly, he remembered the other prisoner and asked Mykael, curious, "What about the other prisoner? Did you find out his identity?"

Mykael nodded and told him, "He is Axel’s grandfather, and he is a Supreme Alpha."

Caleb then exclaimed, "Holy shit, a Supreme Alpha? That’s really unexpected... How many packs does he have under his command?" 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮

Mykael was surprised that Caleb knew what a Supreme Alpha was, but after all, he was one of the first Warrior Spirits to join Elias, and he had participated in the war against the Gods, so it was only natural that he knew more about a lot of things than he did.

So he said to him, "It’s a small world, so he only has 10 packs under his command, and he has to be challenged again by all the 10 pack leaders to be recognized by all as the Supreme Alpha. Axel’s mother told me that if war broke out, and her father managed to regain his authority by then, about 500 werewolves could join us in battle."

Caleb nodded and said to him, "A Supreme Alpha is an undeniable asset in a war... What about your son? You could take him to another world ruled by werewolves, and he could challenge another Supreme Alpha, and then we’d have two Supreme Alphas and an army of werewolves to fight with us."

Mykael frowned and said to him, "I thought there was only one Supreme Alpha for all werewolves?"

Caleb smirked and told him, "Wrong, there is a Supreme Alpha in every world where there are werewolves."

Mykael then said to him, "I didn’t know that, and it changes a lot of things. I’ll talk to the kids about it; it’s a possibility we need to think about seriously."

Caleb nodded and said to him, "Indeed, werewolves are excellent warriors, and they are used to fighting together, so even if it takes 5 werewolves to take down a Titan, teamwork won’t be a problem for them."

Mykael smiled and said to Caleb, "Elias will be relieved by this good news when they would be back. For now, there is nothing else we can do. I left 3 of my best men in the world where Axel’s maternal family lives; we will be notified if there is ever a problem."

Caleb nodded again and said to him, "Then all we have to do is help this world get rid of the men of these two goddesses and regain their freedom."

Mykael opened a golden portal and said to them, "I have already warned Dilan; he is waiting for you. If nothing else happens by then, we will see each other tomorrow morning."

When they were all gone and he had strengthened the force fields that protected the Lan family’s property, he contacted Axel, who said that everything was fine with him and that he was training in the Wildlands with Erik.

He also told him that Willow had fallen asleep in their dimension after having devoured the meat he had prepared for her and that Kevin was with Ashton at his spells class.
