My Mage System (BL)-Chapter 306: *You Will Not Touch Him*

Derek then swore and said to Kerry, "It’s not what you think." And when he saw Kerry raise an eyebrow, he said embarrassedly, "Okay, it’s exactly what you think it is, but..." He sighed and then said to him, "Give me five minutes and I’ll explain everything to you."

Kerry didn’t have time to say anything else because he slammed the door in his face, and Derek immediately regretted his action because he scared Connor even more with the noise he had just made.

He quickly put on some clothes and then slowly moved closer to Connor, talking to him and reminding him that he was no longer in that prison but with him. When Connor finally decided to look up and saw Derek’s face, he threw himself into his arms and said to him, "Tell me this isn’t a dream, or I never want to wake up again."

Derek then said to him as he hugged him and stroked his hair, "It’s me, Love, and you’re home. You’re safe here; I promise you’re not dreaming, and there’s someone behind that door who will be glad to see you, so hurry to get dressed."

Connor then placed his hands on either side of Derek’s face and kissed him, still a little shaky. He only calmed down when Derek responded to his kiss, and then he heard him say, "Connor, sweetheart, get dressed, because after this visit, I want Colin to come and check on you to make sure you’re okay."

Connor nodded, and after getting up, he found his clothes tucked neatly where he had put them. He couldn’t help but tease Derek, "You may have left them in the same place, but you still sorted and folded them in your own way... I’ve missed it so much, my love—your manic side. It’s reassuring to see that everything hasn’t changed."

Derek joined him and gave him a kiss on his shoulder before saying again, "Get dressed."

Connor saw him heading for the door again, and he hurried to get dressed, his heart quickening again because apart from the boys, it would surprise him greatly if Derek let him meet anyone else, at least not so soon.

When Derek saw that Connor looked nervous, he winked at him and then opened the door. He said to Kerry, "Come inside; something happened last night."

Kerry raised an eyebrow again. He just hoped his lover was gone because even though he didn’t mind that Derek had finally decided to move on, it would be really weird seeing him with someone other than his uncle.

When he walked into the room and saw Connor, he stopped dead in his tracks, and before he could react, Derek put his hand over his mouth and said to him, "It’s really your uncle Kerry; it’s Connor. Caleb brought him back last night and told me that the God of War’s men had found him in a prison in the world ruled by the Titans."

Kerry, who had been shocked at first, finally came to his senses when he realized this story was just a bunch of bullshit and that Derek had been bamboozled like a moron because he was still in love with their uncle after all these years.

He then used a good part of his power and violently pushed Derek back, who, taken by surprise, didn’t have time to react. As he was passing through the wall he had pushed him into, Kerry knew he didn’t have much room because Derek was more powerful than him and he would be back soon.

So he took out his sword and said to this creature who had dared to take on the appearance of his uncle after all his years, "My uncle is dead, son of a bitch."

As he thrust his blade into the body of this thing, he realized too late that he had missed his target and that his blade had pierced its body right next to its heart.

Damn, he thought, that thing must have moved at the last moment, and that’s when he heard Derek’s heartbreaking scream and felt a tremendous force grab him and send him crashing through the rest of the wall he himself had sent Derek into earlier.

When Derek saw the hole in Connor’s chest and that he was coughing up blood, he tried to stop the bleeding with his hands, and he really started to panic when he realized that he didn’t have his magic bag with him. As he continued to repeat, "No, no, no..." Kerry came back into the room with his sword in hand and said to him, "Damn it, Derek, that’s not Connor! Get away from him!"

When Derek heard this, he lost his mind and a reddish aura began to vibrate all around him. He screamed in rage, "You Will Not Touch Him!"

As his sword appeared in his hand and he charged at Kerry, Connor used the rest of his strength to get Kerry out of Derek’s way as he had no chance of beating him. As Kerry hit the wall, but less violently this time, Derek managed to deflect his attack and not hurt Connor further, who had come between him and Kerry.

When Kerry saw this, he wanted to take advantage of this moment to finish off the creature, but he suddenly heard it say, "Derek, Love, come back to your senses. Never the children... Never the boys... You promised me... That no matter what... You’ll always protect them... Always."

The aura around Derek disappeared at once, and he caught Connor before he hit the floor. Now that he had regained his senses, he knew what to do. He immediately contacted Colin through the communication stones, and a portal appeared immediately in the room.

When Colin heard this desperate call from Derek, he decided to go there right away, and when he arrived, he wasted no time asking what had happened. He immediately made Connor drink a healing potion of legendary grade as he had lost a lot of blood and was already unconscious.

The door of the room then opened wildly, and Solomon, who was preparing to enter the room, was fortunately stopped in time by Derek, who had really come to his senses. He said to him hastily, "Fucking close that door immediately; this is a family affair; no one else is allowed in here."

Solomon stopped dead when he heard Derek yelling at him, and he then turned back to his men who had warned him. He said to them that everything was fine and that Derek and Kerry had just had a little altercation. As he closed the door, he looked at the chaotic scene before his eyes and asked, completely dumbfounded, "What the fuck happened here?"
