"Thank you, Master, for your generosity."

Elyndros regarded him calmly.

"From the next upgrades onward, you will have to collect your own resources. Your team has already been formed. You are permitted to hunt only within a range of 10,000 kilometers from the Light Domain. No farther than that."

"Alright, Master. I am waiting for my wristband to complete its upgrades. Once that is done, I will be ready to venture out," Alex replied.

"Very well. You may go and rest," Elyndros said as he turned to leave.

But Alex hesitated, a thought surfacing in his mind.

"Master, I have a question."

Elyndros paused. "What is it?"

"In the Alliance Lab, they mentioned that they would upgrade my wristband with a new function. They said it would allow my cultivation to progress ten times faster using resources. Is that truly possible? Our cultivation talent is fixed, isn’t it? Then how?" Alex asked, genuine curiosity in his voice.

Elyndros answered without hesitation.

However, it will require mountains of them to achieve such a result."

Anna laughed.

"I suppose so. What should I tell him?"

"Tell him to come tomorrow. I will deal with that overconfident brat personally," Alex replied with a smile.

Anna burst into laughter again.

"Alright."

After finishing his meal, Alex went to find Elyndros.

"Master, has the Vice President sent the sword technique?" he called from outside the room.

Elyndros stepped out holding a scroll.

"Yes. But this technique is truly dangerous. It is a double edged sword. A slight mistake can harm the wielder as well," he said seriously.

"Is that so? Let me see it first," Alex replied, interest shining in his eyes.

Elyndros handed him the scroll.

"Remember, no one on Earth has mastered it beyond the third level," Elyndros added before Alex left.

Alex simply nodded.

"I will remember, Master."

He went straight to the training room and began reading.

Below Emperor level, only the first level could be learned, and even that required extraordinary comprehension.
