"The winner is Prince Galdur!!"

Ganesha announced the winner of their fight and the female elves screamed with joy after witnessing yet another impressive performance from their prince.

Arthur really had an impressive move that he had wanted to use against Orion, but unfortunately for him, it hadn’t been enough to do anything against the elf prince.

And so, Orion easily proceeded to the semifinals, where his next opponent was Aslan.

Lilith and William also qualified for the semifinals after winning against Luna and Adrian, respectively.

Aslan and Orion’s fight wasn’t really groundbreaking or mouth-dropping because it ended quicker than most people would have expected.

The same thing happened with Lilith and William’s fight, but Lilith was the one who qualified for the final round, meaning that Orion was going to be her opponent for the final battle, while Aslan and William Ramsbottom would be battling against each other for the third place.

The four were given a few minutes to rest and recoup as much of their strength as they could before the last round began. And this round began with Aslan and William’s battle.

The battle was intense and surprising because everyone had expected the fight to be an easy one for the lion prince to win.

However, to their surprise, William showed massive courage and fought bravely against a prince.

He also showed everyone why he deserved to be among the top ten students and everyone was equally impressed by the strength and determination he displayed, but Aslan wasn’t going to let him win so easily.

The battle continued while maintaining its intensity, but in the end, Aslan was the one who won the battle and the sound of cheering exploded in the arena.

"To be honest, I thought the elf guy was going to win against our prince," A beast man uttered to his friend who sat beside him.

"Yeah, he definitely made it difficult for His Highness to win but I’m sure Prince Aslan will show the elf more respect from now on."

"Yeah, you’re right. He earned it. But what was his name again?" The beastman asked before turning towards the screen to see William’s name.

Meanwhile, Aslan also did the same because he was really impressed with how William had fought against him.

"William Ramsbottom," He said to himself.

His fight with William reminded him of the gap in strength between him and his other classmates aside from Orion, Adrian, and Arthur, and this made Aslan feel even more eager to grow stronger.

And with third place already secured, the spectators couldn’t wait to see who would win the final battle.

Of course, the loud cheering sounds of Orion and Lilith’s fans filled the entire arena but this only made them more eager to give it their all

Both contestants were determined to do everything in their power to win this fight and make those they cared about proud of them.

A few minutes later, Orion and Lilith mounted their beasts and stepped into the arena.

Even before the fight began, everyone could feel the tense air between the two and the arena suddenly turned silent as they intently watched the fight that was about to happen.

"Are you ready?" Ganesha asked Lilith and she nodded her head in response.

He asked Orion as well and he replied the same way.

In this battle, contestants were allowed to do whatever they wanted, but Ganesha had instructed them to match their mage or knight ranks with that of the weaker opponent or else they would be disqualified from the tournament.

This meant that if a rank nine knight was about to fight against a rank eight knight, he would have to suppress his strength to be similar to that of the rank eight knight.

It was a simple rule which was similar to what occurred in the noble elf tournament, but this rule didn’t apply to Orion and the succubus princess because they were both rank eleven mages, so neither of them needed to suppress their strength.

Seeing that both contestants were ready, Ganesha signaled for them to begin and Lilith didn’t waste a second before launching the first attack.

Purple-colored lightning instantly circled around her dark panther as it launched itself toward Orion and Aurora.

But Aurora swiftly flapped her wings and flew above the ground, allowing Orion and Aurora to easily evade the panther’s attack, but Lilith wasn’t going to give up so easily.

She ordered her beast to try a different approach and the panther leaped mid-air before running towards Orion as though it was running on the ground.

The lightning crackling around the panther increased but several purple orbs of lightning appeared in front of it as well, but Aurora didn’t wait around for the panther to launch its attack before doing something else.

Instead, she did something similar to the panther, and their attacks collided to form a huge explosion that filled the entire arena in smoke.

However, neither of them was ready to give up.

The battle continued mid-air as they cast different long-ranged spells at each other. However, this wasn’t enough to determine the champion between the two, so Lilith decided to equip her sword and Orion did the same as well, causing the arena to be filled with the sounds of swords clashing against each other.

The students tried to watch the intense clash between the top two students, but their movements were too fast for the students to keep up with, and all they could see were the sparks that appeared whenever their blades came into contact with each other.

But unlike the students who couldn’t see what was currently happening in front of them, the Apex Mages and the professors could easily see what was happening because every one of them was above a rank eleven mage and knight.

The fight continued for another half an hour until a large impact was heard on the arena.

It sounded as though something had dropped onto the arena, but they couldn’t see who it was because of the dust preventing them from doing so.

However, the moment the dust settled, everyone’s eyes widened in surprise when they saw Lilith on the floor, staring at Orion as he aimed the tip of his sword at her throat.
