After his rant, Lin Feng didn’t feel quite as angry anymore. The children were all silent.

Lin Feng pressed, "Did you understand me?"

They all nodded in unison.

Xuan Jiayi and Sibao exchanged looks. They both knew what was coming next: a lecture from Erbao.

Erbao put on a thoughtful expression for a moment before abruptly changing the subject, openly asking in the group chat what was going on.

Xuan Jiayi shot Sibao a look that clearly said, If you tell them, I will be furious.

Sibao grinned, trying to placate her with one hand while using their private "Calabash Brothers" group chat to message Erbao that he would explain later. Though their relationship had its share of problems, they were still incredibly lovey-dovey when things were good.

He then added, "Actually, it’s not entirely my fault. You’re partly to blame too..."
