The auctioneer scanned the room, her curiosity piqued by Mira’s unique demand. "A Holy Attribute skill in exchange for the Epic-ranked skill Dark Scythe. A rare and specific request—does anyone have an offer?"

The room fell silent for a moment, with only murmurs filling the air. Mira’s class, being Legendary and dark-aligned, was known for its synergy with forbidden and shadow-based magic. Her sudden interest in a holy skill raised eyebrows, particularly from those aware of her cunning reputation.

Breaking the silence, Leon’s voice came from VIP Room 10. "I offer Holy Judgement, Epic rank. A powerful area-of-effect skill that damages enemies and heals allies simultaneously."

The crowd buzzed with excitement as the description of Holy Judgement was well-known among the elite.

Mira smirked slightly. "A decent offer, but is there anything else?"

Hades, leaning back in his seat, gave a dark chuckle before speaking. "Purity Shield, Epic rank. A defensive Holy skill that can nullify dark magic attacks."

The crowd’s murmurs grew louder as the intensity of the trade increased. Mira’s target seemed clear—she wanted something to counter her own weaknesses.

The auctioneer turned to Mira, her voice steady. "Lady Mira, these are strong offers. Do you wish to accept one, or shall we wait for additional bids?"

Mira’s calm, calculated voice echoed through the hall. "Purity Shield from VIP Room 2. That is my choice."

The skill books were exchanged swiftly, and Mira’s sly grin didn’t go unnoticed. Hades narrowed his eyes, sensing the shift in the game, but said nothing.

"Congratulations to Lady Mira and Sir Hades for a successful trade!" the auctioneer announced, keeping the energy high. "Now, onto VIP Room 8. Lady Nira, it’s your turn!"

The hall grew quiet once again, all eyes turning toward VIP Room 8 as Nira prepared her offer.

"A summoning skill called Nightmare Hound. It summons hell dogs that breathe Void flames," she said coldly. Leon’s eyes lit up. "That’s cool!" he thought before speaking up. "I’ve got Shadow Hawk, Epic rank. A bird that shoots Hell lightning."

Before anyone could respond, Nira’s voice rang out. "Deal," she said, and the auctioneer exchanged the skill books.

Next, Gandarf exchanged his Volcanic Hammer with Loki for Myriad Phantoms, and Leon offered a skill called Nether Spear, which Hades accepted in exchange for the Dark Knight Summoning skill.

As the auction concluded, Leon emoted a thanks and left. Everyone lingered in VIP Room 10 but refrained from entering, unsure of what to expect from him. Leon, however, was now with the woman in front of him, whose presence was undeniably seductive. Her attire caught his attention—she wore a dress that could easily be described as stripper-like, so short it barely covered anything.

"Just a question. You’re not seriously trying to charm me, are you?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

The woman smirked, snapping her fingers. In an instant, her appearance changed, and she now stood before him in a more businesslike outfit.

"Most get seduced by my skills, you know," she replied, casually crossing one leg over the other.

Leon raised an eyebrow, scanning her again. "You’re still styling," he said, noticing that she wasn’t wearing a skirt and that her panties were fully visible, and they are fucking transparent designed.

"Oh, no, that’s just me," she said with a grin. "I like to lounge around most of the time."

Leon looked around, his thoughts drifting. This indeed looks more like a bedroom. He sighed and sat back down, then asked, "So, what can you offer me?"

She snapped her fingers, and three shelves appeared. "Pick anything you want," she said, pointing at the shelves.

Leon’s eyes widened. "Anything?"

"Yes, anything. They’re not useful to me anymore," she said nonchalantly.

Leon hesitated before looking over the shelves, contemplating what he could choose from the vast array of items. Stay tuned with novelbuddy

The scene in the VIP room grew tense as the exchanges continued. Leon, with a look of calculated detachment, walked over to the shelves. He skimmed through the various objects, each with a more luxurious aura than the last. He stopped at one particularly elegant shelf and grinned as he pointed it out.

"I want this full shelf," Leon declared, his voice calm yet assertive.

Angelina’s eyes widened in surprise. "I didn’t mean it like that…" she stammered, her usual confident demeanor faltering.

Leon merely shrugged, a small smirk on his lips. "The trade’s done. You signed the contract. I get what I want."

With a wave of his hand, Leon took the shelf she had been so protective of. Angelina stood frozen for a moment, her eyes filled with a mixture of disbelief and resignation. She knew the value of the item, but her own pride and the terms of their agreement left her with little recourse.

"This... but..." she muttered, almost pleadingly.

Leon didn’t even look back, slipping the shelf into his bag with a quiet click of satisfaction. "The deal’s sealed. Don’t worry; you’ll get something in return."

"Your Elixir," he said, placing the Elixir on the desk. But Angelica was too stunned to even feel excited about the Elixir. The shelf contained over 30 items, their value easily reaching 2 or 3 billion gold coins.

"Relax, it was a joke," Leon said suddenly, pulling the shelf back out and handing it to her. "You can have it back."

"That was one hell of a prank," she said, sighing in relief as she checked the shelf and confirmed nothing was missing.

"Okay, now you can pick one item," she said, and Leon quickly selected something from the shelf.

Meanwhile, Leon happily noted the system notifications ringing in his mind.

[Congratulations, you’ve donated 30 items…]

It was exactly thirty chimes, one for each of the items he had donated. After gaining the shelf, he became its owner, and as a result, he could donate it back, earning a lot of rebates.

"Is that what you wanted?" she asked, seeing his grin.

"Or you could offer a night with you," Leon said casually, not focusing too much on her. But Angelica smiled and nodded. "Sure."

"Wait, what?" Leon said, surprised, as she stepped closer, kissed him on the lips, and revealed that her suit was now removed, showing off her body.

"Well, I think I like this trade," he said as he grabbed her waist and kissed back,

Mhmm

she moaned as the night of theirs just started.

The morning sun streamed through the windows of the auction house manager’s room as Leon stretched and yawned, his body feeling both exhausted and refreshed. He stood up from the bed, glancing over at Angelica, who was still peacefully asleep. Her expression was serene, a stark contrast to the intense and playful energy from the night before.

He stepped out of bed and found the washroom, then came out to find Angelica awake. "That was the best night I’ve ever had," she said, as Leon looked at her in confusion. "But you were a virgin just last night?"

"Yes, but if I knew this would feel so good, I would have done it a long time ago," she replied, as Leon just waved his hand dismissively.

"No, that’s just me. You won’t ever find a big package like mine anywhere," he said, and Angelica looked down between his legs.

"Maybe," she said with a sly grin, throwing a card at him. Leon caught it and read her name and contact details on it.

"Call me when you reach the second floor," she said, as Leon asked, "You’re going to ascend?"

"Yes, this Elixir is all I need. With it, I can finally ascend," she explained.

Leon asked, "You’re not going to drink it yourself?"

She nodded. "Yes, I accidentally broke something important, and now that it’s owner want something of equal value, this Elixir is my key to freeing me from this damned prison."

"You say it’s hard?" Leon asked.

"Hard? Hell, I was a genius, but jeez, I accidentally took what wasn’t meant for me. That guy imprisoned me," she said, her anger rising.

"But didn’t you say you broke it?" Leon asked, confused.

"I broke the seal and drank the Elixir, same thing," she said. Leon resisted the urge to say it wasn’t the same.

"Okay, maybe it will help you. I will be going now," he said, and Angelica nodded.

"This body will now only belong to you. Think of it as a privilege for getting me out of this dump," she said as he suddenly stopped hearing her. "Then let me have a taste of it before you go back," he added, as he jumped back into bed, and another round of passion ensued in the room.

After some hours, Leon could be seen walking down the road, looking around.

"Where were you?" a voice called out from behind, breaking Leon’s thoughts. He turned to see Roselia standing in the distance, looking both amused and slightly irritated.

"I went to weekly Auction" He said as he smiled and came near her.
