Chapter 25: Chysis Valentine and... holy shit!!

Victor was walking behind Sable, who walked calmly and imposingly. They had just entered the Palace of the Moon. It’s a palace near the three palaces, but it’s already under the direct jurisdiction of the Valentine Family. In other words, it’s one of the properties that has a certain level of honor and is administered with real power.

"I hope this mess is worth it," Sable said suddenly, and Victor ignored her; he didn’t care about her in the slightest.

Not because he was against hierarchy or anything like that—he couldn’t care less. This woman is simply uninteresting, so uninteresting that he just wanted to get out of her sight and go do something else.

Not because she was ugly, far from it. It was simply because of her boundless arrogance that disgusted him. After so many years in bed, he’d discovered that arrogant people were the worst. To his mother, any arrogant person who couldn’t control themselves was simply trash. And he saw that in Sable Nightshade. She only had posture, and nothing more.

"Are you listening to me?" she questioned, "Or did your sanity go with the lonely one?"

Victor looked at her as she walked, "Do you have anything to offer besides arrogance? If so, I’d love to hear it. But ever since we met again after you gave me an unfair judgment, you’ve been spitting out your arrogance because your decision backfired. If you want to blame someone so badly, why don’t you blame yourself for your incompetence?"

Sable’s face went white. It was the first time in her entire life she had heard such a powerful sermon from a sixteen-year-old boy.

"How dare you~"

"Don’t give me that ’how dare you’ nonsense. Be quiet and do your job properly, I’m tired and I haven’t slept for seven days in that darkness. Don’t bother me." He replied, and she was simply speechless.

The pressure in his voice silenced her, and she didn’t even understand why... It was as if a King was giving orders and she could only follow.

’What the hell is this boy?’ She wondered.

Unfortunately, time was up and she couldn’t do anything more. After all...

"Lady Sable." A maid intercepted her before the next entrance, "I’m sorry, but Lady Chysis did not allow you to enter. She wishes to see her grandson alone."

Sable looked at the maid. ’She’s stronger than me... well, that’s to be expected from the Marshal.’

Sable simply nodded; after all, arrogance had its limits.

She turned and gave Victor a strange look, which he returned with a smile that didn’t quite reach his ear.

She huffed and left, leaving him there without a single unpleasant word.

The maid then smiled at him, "Young Master, it’s good to see your health has improved." She spoke politely as she bowed.

She was a noble vampire, that much was clear. Her appearance was too extraordinary to be called impure. She was delicate and had a fine uniform, no wrinkles, her hair was well-groomed and had a light lavender scent.

Victor looked at her and nodded, "You don’t need to call me Young Master, I’m just Victor."

"Sorry Young Master, orders from the Chief." She said.

Victor sighed and nodded. Did he feel completely defeated? Certainly.

"If you’ll excuse me." She maintained her polite smile as she approached the large double black wooden doors.

With an elegant movement, she pushed open the doors.

CREEEAK!

The ancient hinges produced a deep sound as the hall beyond them was slowly revealed.

"Please, Young Master," said the maid, making room for him to enter.

Victor stepped past her.

As soon as he crossed the threshold... he slowed his pace.

The hall was enormous.

Luxurious in an almost suffocating way.

Tall columns of dark marble supported a ceiling adorned with ancient carvings. Deep tapestries covered parts of the walls, all displaying symbols of the Valentine Family. Crystal chandeliers hung from the ceiling, spreading a soft, golden light that reflected on the polished floors.

"Tsk, all this luxury seems to be trying to compensate for something," he murmured.

He continued looking until his gaze reached the end of the hall, where there was something... or rather... someone standing before a huge arched window.

Moonlight streamed through it, outlining the silhouette of the woman standing there. She was looking out, seemingly contemplating the night.

Victor paused a few steps inside the room.

The woman then turned her head slightly.

And at that moment it became clear.

She was almost identical to his mother.

The same elegant features.

The same flawless facial structure.

The same long, dark hair falling down her back.

But there was a difference impossible to ignore.

While his mother carried a kind of wild intensity... and quite provocatively sexy... The woman’s gaze was cold... Cold as ice.

Slow.

Calculating.

Her eyes landed on Victor.

Silence filled the room for a few seconds.

Then she finally spoke.

"You’re so cute~" she said with a smile that contrasted completely with her previous cold gaze.

Before Victor could even react—she simply disappeared.

The next instant, she reappeared right in front of him.

"Whoa—!" Victor jumped back in fright... but didn’t have time to escape.

Two arms enveloped him with surprising force.

And then...

Puff.

His face was immediately crushed against something soft.

Very soft.

Very warm.

Victor was completely overwhelmed by a pair of absurdly generous breasts—huge as hell—enveloped in luxurious fabric that still held her body heat.

"Fufufu~" she giggled softly, pressing him against her as if she’d just found a lost pet. 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

Victor tried to say something... But all that came out was a muffled sound. "Mgh—!"

Because, at that moment, his vision was only darkness and... breasts.

And very warm ones.

Victor immediately began pushing against her shoulders, trying to create space.

"W-wait—! I’m going to die from lack of air!" he managed to complain, his voice completely muffled as he tried to pull his face away from that unexpected crushing grip.

After a few seconds of struggle, he finally managed to push her away enough to escape.

Victor stumbled two steps back, clutching his chest as he gasped for air.

"Haaah... haaah..." He took a few deep breaths, catching his breath.

The woman simply brought her hand to her mouth and laughed softly.

"Fufufu~ What an overreaction," she commented with amusement. "Dying in large breasts isn’t such a bad fate."

Victor raised his head, still breathing heavily, clearly indignant.

"I’ll pass," he replied, pointing at her while still catching his breath. "Dying is definitely out of the question."

He took another deep breath before adding, "Especially from lack of oxygen."

Chysis looked at him for a few seconds... and all that calculated coldness simply vanished as if it had never existed.

"Sorry," she said with a small smile. "I’m a little... eccentric."

She began to walk slowly around him, like someone appraising a rare work of art.

"My daughter did a good job," she continued casually. "He stole frozen sperm from some idiotic genetic bank and had a child."

She tilted her head slightly as she looked Victor up and down. "Much more efficient than me." She gave a small, theatrical sigh. "I simply cut off some idiot’s penis before he had a chance to annoy me any further," she commented with complete nonchalance.

Chysis stopped right in front of him again.

Then she reached out and took Victor’s arm.

Then she reached out and took Victor’s arm.

"Hmm..." She squeezed again, curious. "Good musculature," she murmured. "Nothing exaggerated... but firm enough."

Her hand slowly slid to his shoulder, testing its structure.

"Balanced bone structure..." she continued, analyzing in a low voice. "Natural posture... broad shoulders... that usually indicates good physical stamina."

She took another step, getting a little closer.

Her eyes traveled down his chest. "Well-formed chest too," she said with a slight arch of an eyebrow. "Stable breathing... strong heartbeat..."

She looked up at his face again.

"And on top of that, a pleasant face." Chysis smiled sideways. "My daughter really chose good genetic material," she said with a slightly provocative tone.

She tilted her head a little closer to him. "I’m curious to know what else you inherited..." she murmured, her eyes gleaming with analytical interest. But Victor felt that same sensation...

’Obsessive Compulsive...’ He thought, she was clearly... quite excited.

She just kept smiling and then with a snap of her fingers, she created a tea table made of blood, along with chairs, and then the chair simply flew and made Victor sit on it.

"So, do you want to tell me why you have two vampires in your little pocket? Or did you think a 10,000-year-old lady wouldn’t notice two mocking little bats there?" She asked smiling, "Remember, I’ll kill you if you don’t tell me~"

"You arrogant brat, stop acting like you own the whole damn place." The voice came from Victor’s shirt pocket.

"H-hey, no~" Victor started to speak but was interrupted.

"Honey. Be quiet. That cunning fox has already figured it out, she just doesn’t know who it is." Carmilla replied sweetly, but harshly.

The bat began to emerge from his pocket and flew towards Chysis, who looked curious. After all, what little bat would call her a brat~

"Holy shit, is that you?" Chysis questioned, quickly standing up, "You old hag, you’re alive?!" She was startled.

Carmilla looked at her before exiting her bat form. "Old? Show some respect to your mistress, you damned child," Carmilla said.

Victor looked at Chysis, then at Carmilla... "M-mistress?" He questioned.

"Mistress?" Scarlett’s voice came next, and she also appeared, transforming and looking at Chysis.

Chysis looked stunned as if she had been hit on the head... "Little Red Brat?"

"Oh, it’s Aunt Chysis," Scarlett said, "She’s really alive, how crazy," she said calmly.

Victor looked like he was going to faint... ’What the hell is this?! Is everything connected???’ His head looked like a diesel engine emitting black smoke.
