Chapter 73: 73. Blindsiding Rudy

Cara pushed Jackie down onto the carpeted floor of her office and began to kiss her way down her body. Jackie moaned softly as she felt Cara’s tongue tracing a path from her neck, down between her breasts, and finally settling over her swollen clit.

"Oh, fuck," Jackie gasped as Cara began to gently lap at her sensitive flesh. "You’re going to make me cum so hard."

Cara responded by increasing the pressure of her tongue, her lips wrapping around Jackie’s clit as she began to suck on it with increasing fervor. Jackie’s hips bucked wildly against Cara’s face, her hands tangling in her ’s hair as she held her close, her body trembling with pleasure.

"Cara, I’m going to cum," Jackie moaned, her voice filled with a mixture of desperation and ecstasy. "I want to feel your cum all over my face."

At her ’s words, Cara redoubled her efforts, her tongue and lips working in perfect harmony as they brought Jackie ever closer to the edge of orgasm. Finally, with a low, guttural groan, Jackie’s body convulsed with pleasure as she climaxed, her cum spilling forth from her pussy to coat Cara’s face in her delicious juices.

With a satisfied smile, Cara slowly crawled back up Jackie’s body, planting a trail of soft, lingering kisses on her lips. Jackie sighed into the embrace, her fingers tracing lazy patterns over Cara’s back.

"That was amazing," Jackie murmured, pulling Cara closer. "But I have a feeling this is just the beginning of our adventures together."

Cara grinned, her eyes gleaming with mischief. "Oh, you can count on that," she promised. "Because when it comes to you and me, the possibilities are endless."

Before Jackie could respond, the office door burst open with a loud bang.

Rudy stormed inside, his face a twisted mask of rage. His eyes widened in shock before narrowing with fury as he took in the sight before him.

"What in God’s name is happening in my diner?!" he roared.

Cara and Jackie sprang apart, scrambling to put their clothes back on. Neither of them answered as they hastily buttoned shirts and straightened skirts.

Rudy’s furious steps carried him closer. "Don’t you bitches hear me?" he bellowed. "Why would you commit such a dastardly act in my diner?"

Jackie flinched at the way he spat out my diner like a curse. Cara, however, remained unfazed as she finished buttoning her shirt. "Relax, Rudy. We were just blowing off some steam," she said coolly.

His attention snapped to her, his face darkening with fury. "You should have stayed dead, you nasty bitch!" Rudy snarled.

"Hey!" Jackie snapped, her voice sharp. "Shut the hell up, Rudy. You’re in my office. Act accordingly."

Rudy let out a sharp, humorless laugh. "Did you just tell me to shut up?" His voice dripped with incredulity. "In your office? Have you lost your damn mind?"

Cara and Jackie exchanged a smirk, their quiet amusement only stoking Rudy’s anger.

"Maybe she has lost her mind," Cara mused, "but that doesn’t change the fact that this is her office. You can’t just barge in without knocking."

Rudy’s nostrils flared. "This is my fucking diner, and you two have desecrated it with your disgusting lesbian nonsense! I can come and go as I damn well please!"

Jackie straightened her posture, her eyes burning with resolve. "This is not your diner, Rudy. It’s mine."

Rudy stared at her like she had just spoken in tongues. Then, he laughed—a short, cruel sound. "You’ve truly lost it." His expression hardened. "Get your things, you nasty whore, and get the hell out of my establishment."

Jackie leaned against her desk, unfazed. "No, Rudy. You’re the one who needs to leave. You’re not welcome here anymore."

His laughter died instantly. His face twisted with confusion, then anger. He took a step closer, his voice low and dangerous. "If you don’t pack your shit and leave in the next ten minutes, I’ll have the police drag you out kicking and screaming."

Cara leaned in and whispered into Jackie’s ear, "Let him call the cops. With any luck, he’ll be the one getting arrested."

Jackie turned back to Rudy, her voice unwavering. "Call them. Because the only way I’m leaving this diner is if the police force me out."

Rudy let out an irritated chuckle. "So, you’re listening to her now?" He shook his head, pulling out his phone. "Fine. You’ll get what you asked for."

He dialed the police. "Yeah, I need officers here immediately. I fired an unruly employee, but she refuses to leave. I need her removed from my property now."

After hanging up, Rudy turned to them with a smug look. "They’ll be here any minute. I suggest you pack your shit and fuck off before they arrive."

Cara merely chuckled, while Jackie remained composed, sitting calmly behind her desk.

Ten minutes later, the front door chimed as two police officers entered the diner. Rudy’s lips curled into a victorious grin as he spotted the first officer—Voight, one of the few cops he still had in his pocket. And Cara recognised him as the policeman from the night she and Joana captured Lisa.

But Rudy’s expression faltered the moment he noticed the second officer.

Sheriff Hader.

Rudy stiffened. "What the hell are you doing here, Hader? This is a minor issue—any officer could have handled it."

Sheriff Hader smirked. "You called in a complaint. Voight and I were available, so here we are." He shrugged. "Besides, you’re the one slashing our department’s budget. You get what you get, and you don’t throw a fit."

Rudy scowled but quickly turned his focus back to Jackie. "I want her out," he demanded. "I fired her, but she refuses to leave."

Voight, ever the loyal lapdog, approached Jackie with a sympathetic look. "Ma’am, please be reasonable. Just walk out peacefully. Let’s not make this harder than it needs to be."

Jackie met his gaze with a steady calm. "Officer, I want you to remove Rudy from my diner."

The room fell silent.

Voight blinked in confusion. Hader’s brow arched. Rudy’s expression twisted into outrage.

"What?" Rudy spat. "Drag her out—she’s fucking crazy!"

Sheriff Hader turned to Jackie. "Jackie... this isn’t your diner. Your name’s not even on the sign outside."

Jackie didn’t flinch. Instead, she reached into her desk and pulled out a folder, sliding it across to Hader.

"I own this diner," she said firmly. "And I have proof."

Hader flipped open the folder, scanning the documents.

"My father paid off his debt before he died," Jackie continued. "But after Conrad Wesley passed, Rudy took over, knowing full well that my father had settled everything. He stole this diner from me."

Hader’s expression shifted as he read through the papers. He looked up, his gaze landing on Rudy. "This is legit," he said, his tone suddenly sharp. "Did you know about this, Rudy? Did you knowingly take over the diner despite the debt being settled? Because if you did... that’s a crime."

Rudy’s mouth opened and closed, his face draining of color. He looked utterly blindsided, as if the ground had just been ripped out from under him.
