The phenomenon brought the entire battlefield to a temporary halt. Soldiers forgot to fight, standing dumbfounded as they witnessed the miracle created by Magic.

Soon, the potency of the lightning weakened with each leap until it eventually vanished. The massive electric orb cracked open like a popped bubble. Inside, there was no more lightning; instead, it was filled with dust and smoke. As the barrier of the electric orb faded, the confined dust billowed upwards.

Then, a figure burst forth from the smoke. He ascended to a height of a hundred meters, desperately unfurling his Angel Wings, which radiated electrical energy. In each hand, he gripped a Knight’s sword.

"I am Lord Yan Xing of Eternal Domain, the sole ruler of Thunderous Swamp," Yan Xing announced, his voice amplified by Magic across the battlefield.

"Knight Koleiji has been slain by me.

"He was an excellent warrior and deserved a funeral befitting his status.

"Unfortunately, his body is no more...

"Take this sword and raise a tombstone for him."

With that, Yan Xing hurled the Knight’s sword that had belonged to Koleiji toward the Wildwind Principality’s control zone with all his might.

In that moment, a thunderous cheer erupted from the Eternal Domain’s sector of the battlefield. Even though the mode of warfare had changed, duels between high-ranking Knights still resonated deeply with people.
