"Alright, alright, I forgive you!" Shen Wanqiu rolled her eyes at him coquettishly before asking, "So, have you figured out a way to kill Ye Xiu?"

"Qianjun, Ye Xiu is extremely cunning, meticulous, and powerful. Plotting against him won’t be easy," Shen Songshan cautioned.

"Old Master, have you heard of ’Night Banquet’?" Luo Qianjun asked.

Shen Songshan was taken aback. "That bounty hunter organization that suddenly rose to prominence in the Underworld in the last two years?"

"Rest assured, Old Master!" Luo Qianjun said confidently.

"Rest assured? Of course, I’m at ease when you’re handling things," Shen Songshan chuckled. "By the way, tonight I’ve arranged for Shen Mingxuan and ten others of the younger generation to escape to Sang Jing. From there, they will transfer to Black Water Nation. You’re an instructor for the Black Water Nation’s Yelu Special Combat Team, so settling them in shouldn’t be a problem, right?"

"Hello there, old man Shen," a mocking voice said from the other end.

Shen Songshan froze. "Who are you? Why do you have Shen Mingxuan’s phone?"

"On Mr. Ye’s orders, I am escorting Shen Mingxuan and the ten others to the City of Asura for a mining detail. We’re currently at Sang Jing Airport, waiting for our transfer."

With that, the caller hung up.

"Because you slept with me. You have to take responsibility," Xia Xue said smugly.

"What the hell..." Ye Xiu suddenly realized he had shot himself in the foot. Back at the Heavenly Dragon Sect, he had performed the Detoxification to treat her leg but hadn’t actually touched her. He only claimed to have slept with her to get revenge for her attempt to kill him on the Shui Tian Lake Bridge. And now, she had latched onto him as a result.
