The panel flashed, and by the time it ended, Everlearn's heart was pounding with realization.

He had never thought of things that way.

That with him getting himself into the war meant more missions and an incredible growth in his power.

Even if he wasn't triggered, getting out here and doing something was still his quickest way to his own personal dream of being the Greatest Corer and Mech Designer.

His act of impacting the war wasn't as dumb as he thought.

It was a shortcut toward his ultimate goal.

He sat upright in the chair, remaining crouched for a while before his eyes opened, a blue glint of newfound conviction flickering in them.

"Thank you, system. I understand..." he said, whispering further, "I understand now."

"I've gotten it," Sara said from the side as he turned to her.

"I've gotten all the info I can: the entire structure of the barracks, the guard points, how the inner structure works, and the easiest place to get the needed code from."

She said, and Everlearn walked closer, watching as she pulled out a flash drive from the CPU and passed it to him.

"I've saved it up on this. Simply plug this into your phone, and you'll get all the information."

"You can go through that later, maybe on the plane." But then she paused, saying,

"And speaking of the plane, when did you plan to leave?"

She asked, and Everlearn paused quietly. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

Truth was, after coming to do what he planned to do here, he had thought he would wait for things to settle outside, then immediately return to the Autojet that brought him here and leave for X Base.

He had no business staying in Cornando anymore after all.

But now, that plan had changed.

He had to get the code from TCF, but he also didn't want to miss the Autojet back.

If he left for X Base first, then found a new quest to come here, he could face issues that would only further delay things.

But if he stayed, and still didn't plan to miss the jet, then he had only four days to get things done in Huwait, after which the Autojet would leave automatically.

Could he get everything he wanted done in four days?

"I'd like to leave as soon as possible."

She said, and Sara returned to typing.

"Then, there's a jet planning to leave Cornando for Huwait in three hours from now. Wanna join in?"

She asked, and he nodded.

He watched her quickly set up a flight, and the payment screen popped up asking for card details.

"I'll do…" he said, moving to type his information, but she brushed his hands aside and typed her own, completing the purchase.

"And why would you do that?" he asked Sara as she tried printing the receipt.

"If I had not, then you would have," she said, continuing.

"Besides, you're the one going to infiltrate a TCF Base."

"While you had mentioned that you're strong and you did seem confident enough, it's still pretty obvious you're the one going through the heavy risk."

"Paying for your flights was the least I could do after that."

She said, passing him the receipt.

"And one more thing,"

She said, pushing out a drawer in her desk and bringing out a small tool.

It was like a tiny black dot.

He watched her push it into an equally small tab in her CPU, and it beeped, a new interface appearing on her monitor before she passed it to him.

"It's a dot camera," she said, passing it to his thumb.

"Just place that around your face,"

She spoke as Everlearn placed the dot by his brow, and the next moment she typed on the monitor.

Almost immediately, the footage appeared.

One showing the back of Sara working on her laptop, along with the interface.

It was like a camera recording.

"With this, I can direct you around in the base and give instructions that could help, though I'll be keeping it mute until then.'

"It'll be like bringing you along too," he said, and she smiled.

"I know, right?"

"Tsk, so much for you going alone then,"

He said, rolling his eyes, and she giggled.

"Be careful, though. I won't be the one getting arrested, you know."

She said with a quiet seriousness, and he hmmed.

"I'll be good."

He said, reaching for the exit.

Looking up at the window and, as expected, the golden barrier that had been laid up had been taken back.

Sara led him down the elevator, following him up to the door, and Everlearn quickly made his way to the airport.

It took only about two hours by taxi before he reached the airport.

After about thirty minutes of organizing everything, he found himself on the plane with a thirty-minute countdown to take off.

Time flew by, and an hour later, they were safely in the air.

Huuuuuu.

Everlearn exhaled lightly, looking at the panel.

║Mission: Gain the attention of the TCFs║

"The Top Corer Families Military Organization said to hold the largest association of the most Powerful Corers on Nvidia, huh?"

Everlearn mused, a small smirk opening at the corner of his lip.

'Hopefully, their abilities match their reputation,' he thought.

It would be a lie if he said he wasn't excited.

Infiltrating a place where those who had gone in unlawfully had never been seen again.

Now that was something interesting.

As he sank into the seat to get some good rest in the seven hours he would be spending to reach the place, he paused when he felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Hmm?"

He hummed quietly, opened one eye, and glanced to the side, where he found a cute face still round with baby fat.

It was a little girl, about six years old, holding a large tablet as she looked at Everlearn.

"Huuuh, hello, Kind Sir?"
