Magnate Tycoon: How Did Simply Enjoying Life Make Me a Male God?-Chapter 533 - 384: Farewell (3)
Li Jing didn’t speak but hugged the other tightly and kissed her.
Sophie was startled, symbolically struggled a bit, and then softened in his embrace.
After kissing for a few minutes, Sophie struggled away, "What are you doing? Taking advantage of me again!"
Li Jing said, "Didn’t you agree to let me touch your leg already? Can’t I at least kiss you?"
Sophie said, "These are clearly two different things, how can they be combined?"
Li Jing didn’t continue to argue but directly opened the car door, and amidst Sophie’s exclamation, carried her into the back seat.
Before Sophie had a chance to speak, Li Jing was already fiery, with his hands traveling across her body.
Sophie symbolically struggled a few times but then immersed herself in his passionate embrace, hugging Li Jing tightly, becoming even hotter, as if releasing all her emotions.
The car interior was ablaze with passion, ambiguously entwined.
A tanned and sturdy body and a fair and graceful physique were tightly intertwined, inseparable.
Outside the car window, it was dusk, and the sound of waves was faintly heard from afar, seemingly serenading their sudden entanglement while witnessing their final parting.
...
The next day.
Li Jing awoke in Sophie’s bedroom, looking at the woman cuddled like a kitten beside him, and couldn’t help but smile.
After making breakfast for her, Li Jing personally drove her to work.
On the way to the airport, the car’s atmosphere was somewhat quiet, yet filled with tenderness.
Upon reaching the airport, Sophie got out of the passenger seat, the breeze lifting her hair, she stood on tiptoes and gently hugged Li Jing, her eyes full of reluctance.
Watching Sophie wave at the airport entrance, her figure gradually shrinking, Li Jing felt a surge of complex emotions and after a moment’s thought, decided to transfer 200,000 over.
As the transfer notification rang, his phone immediately rang.
Before Li Jing could speak, Sophie’s angry voice came through:
"Li Jing, what do you think you’re doing? What do you take me for? I’m not with you for that!"
Her speech was rapid, her voice trembled slightly from agitation.
Just as Li Jing was about to explain, the dial tone beep was heard, followed by the refund notification of 200,000.
Li Jing was stunned, shook his head, and as he was putting down his phone, message notifications continually popped up.
Curiously picking up his phone, he saw that all of the messages were from Sophie.
Opening them, he found they were photos of the two of them from recent times:
There were ones from their trip to the amusement park, Sophie wearing an animated headband and smiling brightly; others of them eating barbecue late at night at a street stall, raising beer glasses in a toast; and many candid shots Sophie had taken of Li Jing as he focused on tasks.
At the bottom was Sophie’s note: "There are many more photos, I’ve saved them all in my cloud drive and shared it with you, remember to save them.
The folder is named ’The Best Memories in Life.’"
After a pause, another message popped up: "No need to reply, you take care."
Holding his phone, Li Jing gazed at the photos and words in a daze, his heart stirred.
He clicked the cloud drive link, the words "The Best Memories in Life" prominent on the screen, and opened the folder to find photos capturing every moment of their time together.
After a long while, he took a deep breath, gently murmured, "What a silly girl."
Starting the car, he drove away from the airport, the silhouette of the airport growing smaller in the rearview mirror, yet the memories connected to Sophie lingered in Li Jing’s heart.
Perhaps in the future, if there’s a chance to return to Hai Province, he should remember to visit that silly girl.
