Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 566: Arielle Introduce Her Family To Irene
"Are you happy to meet Arielle?"
There was a long pause before Irene answered. The little girl then nodded. "If I didn’t meet Arielle that night, maybe I would never have this luck to escape the werewolves."
Ronan turned his face when he saw Irene smiling. It reminded him of his mother’s beautiful smile. That night... he was really close to Irene. Ronan queued to buy Arielle a sweet snack. Ah, his wife even asked him for money to buy roses.
If Ronan came back with Arielle, perhaps he would meet Irene.
Ronan smiled when he saw his sister’s sparkling eyes. He subconsciously stroked Irene’s head, making the little girl’s body stiffen. Even so, Ronan didn’t let go of his hand from her head. Irene then glanced at him.
"Hey, Irene," Ronan called softly.
"Yeah?"
"Did you know that we are siblings?"
Irene nodded.
"Do you know the meaning of siblings, right?"
Irene nodded again. "We have the same father and mother," she replied, making Ronan smile.
"Right. I am your brother and as an older brother, if there is no father or mother, then my job is to take care of you," replied Ronan. "It means... you can stay here peacefully because I will protect you," he continued, making Irene silent.
Irene lowered her head then whispered, "thank you."
"You’re welcome. Does that mean you will choose to stay here?" asked Ronan with a broad smile on his face.
"I still don’t know," Irene replied quietly.
The man nodded then patted his sister’s back lightly. "It doesn’t matter. I won’t force you. You can live wherever you want. I will give my best to my sister."
Irene looked up and found Ronan smiling at her. Then, her lips also curled up into a smile.
"Are you feeling warm now?" asked Ronan as he adjusted his coat over Irene’s shoulders.
"Yes. It’s very warm. Thank you."
"With pleasure, my little sister."
As Irene and Ronan were both silenced in a comfortable atmosphere, the door to the library room opened. The two of them turned around and found Arielle who was having trouble carrying the five rabbits. When those white and cute creatures went inside, the rabbits jumped down from Arielle’s hands and wandered around the room, making Irene’s smile even wider.
Arielle then approached Ronan and Irene while holding Riel in her arms.
"I want to introduce you to them. The one who wears a ribbon around his neck is called Riel," Arielle pointed at a rabbit that was still in her arms.
"Riel? Like from Arielle?" Irene asked.
"Um.. maybe? I don’t know. Someone gave him that name, so I don’t know why he’s called Riel."
Ronan who was sitting beside Irene then stood up to sit back on the couch, letting his wife warm herself by the fireplace.
"Yes. I gave it the name Riel because the rabbit looks a lot like Arielle. White fur, beautiful, pretty, adorable, and likes to bite."
Arielle wanted to protest because she was sure that she had no hobby of biting at all! Seeing his wife’s annoyed face, Ronan just smirked mischievously.

Arielle sat down with Irene. She introduced the bunnies to the little girl. Irene was happy to see the rabbits, but her smile suddenly faded as she realized something.
"Arielle... are you going to eat them?" she asked doubtfully.
Eat them? Riel? Arielle shook her head quickly. She would never eat Riel and its little family! Even when there was no food in the world, she preferred to starve herself.
"I will never eat them. Why do you ask like that?" Arielle asked Irene.
"Er... I... once saw Darui eating a rabbit I met in the forest. Father brought it for me as a friend, but the next day... Darui snatched it and ate it."
"Oh, I would never do that, Irene. If you want, you can invite them to play. Um... I thought of most of the animals as my friends. When I was living in another kingdom, I had a lot of chicken as my friends. I also had cats, pigs... even in Frostmount Village, I had a snow fox as my friend. I will never hurt them," Arielle explained it thoroughly so Irene wouldn’t get the wrong idea.
"Is that true? Do you have a lot of animal friends? Are they all here now?"
Arielle shook her head. She only said that those animals were in different places. She would not say that the chickens she looked after were slaughtered by the palace chef for her siblings’ food. Then, the pigs she also took care of were sold, so she could buy new clothes because in the past Arielle really rarely got dresses from her father, even though her father was a king.
Besides, the cat that she saved because its leg was broken was hit by her siblings’ carriage and died because it accidentally ate rat poison. Arielle only hoped that the fox she met in Frostmount Village was still being cared for by the maids.
"You really like animals, Arielle?" Irene asked.
"Like? I think so. I just want to do good to all living beings," replied Arielle.
Ronan, who was listening to their conversation, nodded his head once again. Perhaps that was also what made him interested in Arielle. From the start, the girl had her own charisma as an animal tamer. Besides, there was an animal side that was difficult to tame within him. And with Arielle’s good natural instincts, he couldn’t fight her attraction either.
Arielle just realized something when she wanted to fix Irene’s hair out of the ribbon she made earlier. Her husband’s coat slung over the little girl’s shoulders. She turned to Ronan and smiled. Arielle then adjusted Ronan’s coat to cover all of Irene’s shoulders.
It seemed that when she picked up the rabbits, someone was trying to get closer. Ronan, who received Arielle’s mischievous gaze, looked away in embarrassment. His cheeks felt hot.
Shit. Seeing Arielle smile lopsidedly at him somehow made Ronan want to pull the girl into his embrace and kiss her passionately?
