Chapter 529: The Blood Snowdrop Location

Darui believed that even his ancestor, Amadea, could defeat a dragon, it would be very easy to kill an arrogant human like this woman in front of him. Maybe the flames just happened to be similar to Amadea’s. Nothing special about it.

"You know that I can kill you easily, right?" Darui said sharply.

Arielle smiled faintly. "I’d love to see you try it," she replied confidently.

Darui growled in annoyance. A wolf then jumped from behind towards Arielle and Irene. Arielle increased the mana pressure in her body, then before the wolf landed on Irene’s body who screamed in terror, she let out the flames in her palm and hit the wolf right in its face.

The wolf started to burn alive. It rolled to the side while crying for help to put out the flames, but none of the other wolves tried to help the pitiful wolf.

Arielle closed her mana again and crouched down towards Irene.

"Are you okay?" she asked worriedly.

The little girl could only nod her head weakly. Her breath began to hitch as her body trembled with fear.

Arielle heard a howl then a white wolf lunged at her. She then backed away from Irene so that she could release her flames again and stopped the wolf. The wolf then rolled in the ground with the flames burning it alive.

"You ... that little flames wouldn’t be able to destroy the werewolf clan! Everyone attacks her!" Darui exclaimed loudly, making dozens of large wolves jump towards Arielle.

Before it was too late, Arielle took out a whistle and blew it while forming a ball-shaped flames barrier around herself and Irene at the same time. The wolves tried to barge in, and as a result they caught flames and burned their own body.

Arielle continued to spread her arms to block the wolves from attacking her. Until she could hear the sound of flapping wings. There was a very clear shriek and scream. All the wolves sprawled, making Arielle release her flames barrier.

However, without realizing it, Darui had jumped at her. The giant wolf with gray fur opened his mouth wide. He was ready to lunge at Arielle who released the flames from her body again. Darui was able to withstand Arielle’s flames more than the other wolves.

Arielle wanted to punch him, but the big wolf pressed against her body until it was difficult for her to move. Arielle could only let out the flames that continued to burn Darui’s wolf.

"Your fire just tickles me," he said, ready to pounce on Arielle again.

Arielle closed her eyes. She wanted to let out much bigger flames, but Darui’s body was suddenly thrown to the side. A purple dragon arrived then brought Irene out of the chaos.

"Violet!" muttered Arielle in relief. She was very happy to see Violet also joined in to help Irene.

Arielle stood back up quickly and looked at the chaos around her. Darui was still having trouble standing because his body hit the wall of the stone building until it collapsed completely. Violet’s attack earlier must have been very strong.

Behind her, a smaller dragon fell to the ground with a thud and three wolves began to tear their wings. Arielle ran fast to help him. She gave many flames slashes to each wolf and absorbed the flames that accidentally burned the fallen dragon earlier.

"Sorry," Arielle said.

The dragon pushed Arielle away then flew back. He bit a wolf and slammed it from a height.

"Arielle... you brought chaos to my territory, huh? I will not forgive you!" shouted Darui who was back on his feet

"Ahahahaha, Darui you look so stupid! You little whiny crybaby pup!" said someone, making Arielle and Darui turn towards the watchtower. Maxieno stood at the top, enjoying the chaos before his eyes. His long red hair fluttered.

"HAHAHAHA MAXIENO YOU BASTARD! YOU HAVE BROKEN THE PROMISE!! YOU HAVE ATTACKED THE WEREWOLF TERRITORY! BIRWICK WILL ATTACK YOU BACK!"

Maxieno then transformed into a red dragon. He stood proudly in the form of a red dragon on the watchtower. The dragon looked at Darui from a distance.

"Darui, I told you, you’re very old. You’d better just die," said Maxieno in a mocking tone. It made Darui growl furiously.

Arielle used this opportunity to sneak away. She had burned Darui’s throne, and some parts of the pile of wood to make the situation become more chaotic. Arielle then sneaked into one of the houses nearby. She didn’t know for sure where Darui kept the key to finding the snowdrop.

Otis only said that the snowdrop flower had been locked by the werewolf clan and must have been kept well by Darui as the leader of the werewolf clan.

The shouts and roars kept echoing in that place. When Arielle checked one of the houses, it suddenly caught fire and she quickly put it out. Arielle looked for everything that might have something to do with the red snowdrop flower, but she didn’t find anything useful there.

If Arielle came out a few seconds late, it was certain that she would be crushed along with the rubble of the house. Arielle helped the dragon that was about to be devoured by several wolves so that it could fly again.

The dragon helped distract the wolves, so Arielle could check out the other house. However, she couldn’t find it.

"I WILL BURY YOU IN THE SAME PLACE AS AMADEA BURNED YOUR FATHER’S HEAD!" Darui shouted, making Maxieno spit out more flames.

Arielle made barrier flames to protect her body when Maxieno’s flames accidentally hit her body. She was able to withstand Maxieno’s flames. So, after putting it out, she went back to looking for the key.

"Key... key... key..." Arielle kept looking in one of the other houses.

However, she was stunned after seeing a small child looking at the moon. He sat on the iron bars, making Arielle wince.

"The key is in Darui’s palm," he said.

"Who are you? How come you are here?"

The boy turned to Arielle, and she gasped in surprise until she fell to the ground after seeing the two missing eyeballs of the child.

"Are you Arielle?" asked the boy.

Arielle, who still couldn’t calm down, just nodded her head. "Who are you? Who did this to you?"

"I come from the unicorn clan. I also don’t understand how I got here. I can’t see you, so I don’t know if you’re Arielle or not."

Arielle drew closer and closer to the boy. "Yes! I’m Arielle!"

The boy smiled then nodded. "The thing you are looking for is in Darui’s palm. The werewolf clan keeps the red snowdrop flower behind this little hill. If you walk southeast, you’ll find two mountain trolls guarding it. They are blind, but they recognize Darui’s hand. They just obey Darui. So when you talk to them, touch one of their hands using Darui’s palm."

Arielle nodded in understanding. The girl rushed to release flames in her palms to melt the iron bars.

"Please don’t. I will wait for you here. You must go to the garden before they burn the flowers. I can still wait."

Arielle wasn’t sure, but the little boy held her hand tightly. "It’s okay. The Moon Goddess is with you. You must leave before it’s too late."

"I’ll help you right away! I will be back!" Arielle shouted.

The boy nodded. "Thanks for making my vision real, Arielle," he muttered as he turned his head towards the moonlight again.
