Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 264: Andrea’s And Annalise’s Punishments
Andrea continued to draw her arrows, but suddenly a wolf hit the woman’s body, causing Andrea to shoot her arrow towards the sky, and it just fell to the ground. Andrea had no fear of Ronan in front of her. Archie used the opportunity to quickly carry Sasha and Arielle who were getting weaker.
Andrea reached her hand out to touch the face of the wolf in front of her, which was covered in blood.
"You know I’m better than Arielle, Ronan. I have everything. If you had chosen me, perhaps we would have been living happily by now."
The wolf’s red eyes gleamed sharply. Andrea had been strangely captivated by the charm of the man before her. She had even forgotten about her decision to kill Arielle and Archie when she saw the man’s sharp gaze.
On the ground with her body wedged with the corpses of her soldiers, Andrea could still blush.
"I love you, Ro—"
Ronan bit the woman’s neck and made Andrea breathe her last before finishing her words.

The festival in the town square stopped. Everyone looked in the direction where Nieverdell palace was located. Their fireworks display had stopped a few minutes ago. A huge fire soared high.
Everyone went silent with their mouths agape, watching the palace’s tallest tower collapse. Since the location of the palace was quite far from the town square, they couldn’t do anything but look.
Recently, there had been news that a princess would be proposed to on the day of the summer festival. Thus the King announced to hasten the day of the festival.
There were no soldiers left to guard the festival. Seeing the fire blazing at the end of the palace terrace, they ran and rode back towards the palace to be a helper.
A hooded man and woman turned and left the crowd.
Ronan was still at his place to welcome the reinforcements that would arrive. He was still, in his wolf form. Kael joined Lazarus and the few remaining troops. William evacuated everyone to exit the palace through the back gate, which was only destroyed and not caught in the fire.
As William was evacuating the others, he saw a woman in a beautiful dress coming out of a small door at ground level. The woman ran out the back gate.
Suddenly, his eyes stared intently at the gleam of a very familiar necklace. William also recognized the woman as Princess Annalise. Queen Rosalie was waiting for her, and the two of them went into the woods, jogging in their heels.
William checked the door and found it was a basement connected to the palace. Everything was empty, which meant there were still members of the royal family who were still alive and now on the run. William then gave orders to chase them all.
Some of the cavalries had left, and William also joined in after giving one of the knights an assignment to take care of the rest. William rode fast to follow Princess Annalise and Queen Rosalie’s run.
The man checked every footstep the two made on the ground.
"Mother... where should we run? Who will help us?" asked Annalise, who started to cry because she couldn’t run fast in her dress. She was also getting tired and asked her mother to rest for a while.
The annoyed Queen Rosalie continued to drag the very troublesome Annalise.
She hissed, "If you don’t want to die, then we should look for the remaining Nieverdell troops and ask them to escort us to your grandfather’s residence."
Annalise’s breath had already reached its limit. She saw an old well and sat up there. Her breath hitched with the corset tormenting her chest. Annalize clearly remembered this old well. This was the same well where Arielle fell ten years ago as a result of being chased by the palace guard dogs.
"I hate Arielle so much! Why didn’t she just accept Duke Pellington’s marriage proposal anyway? This sucks, Mother!" protested Annalise, who felt that now their position was reversed.
Back then, Annalise was laughing loudly when she saw Arielle’s frightened face, chased by the dogs until she fell into the well.
"Annalise! We have to get help fast! You are the only child I have left now! I don’t even know what happened to your two siblings!"
"But I’m tired, Mother!" Annalize protested stubbornly.
"Give me the jewels, and I will make you die quickly," William said suddenly, startling the two women. He appeared in the dark, causing Queen Rosalie and Annalize to scream loudly.
Annalize immediately grabbed the necklace in her hand.
"What do you mean?" asked Queen Rosalie, who stood in front of Annalise to protect her daughter.
"The necklace and earrings belong to Princess Arielle."
"No! This is my necklace that was stolen by Arielle!" said Annalise, denying the fact that Arielle had beautiful jewelry.
William let out a long sigh and pulled out his sword causing Queen Rosalie to fall to the ground clutching William’s feet and begging to be released.
"Why are you begging me? I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong to me," William said casually.
"Then why are you doing this, William? We just want to leave the capital. Please.... let us go..." asked Queen Rosalie while her tears were flowing profusely.
"You should have done this long ago to Princess Arielle. You never spared her, so why should I spare you? Again, give me the jewelry."
William stretched out his hand, but Annalise still continued to refuse. Queen Rosalie snapped at Annalise, telling her daughter to immediately remove the jewelry. But Annelise persisted in keeping her ownership.
"It is a pity, you are very beautiful Princess Anneliese. Maybe I would have liked you if you were smarter. It turns out that a princess with good education does not guarantee the development of the contents of the brain. Too bad your brain isn’t bigger than a chicken brain," William mocked Annalise.
"What are you saying! My father will hear about this!" 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮
William smiled lopsidedly and waved his sword. Queen Rosalie wept loudly, asking to be forgiven, but William didn’t pay her any heed.
"Fine...." With trembling hands, the queen stood up and removed the ruby jewelry from Annelise’s ears and neck. She did it too roughly that Annalise’s neck was bleeding. Queen Rosalie pleaded with William, "Please... leave us alone. Take this jewelry back."
William took the jewelry from her hands without saying a word. Then, he turned around, making Queen Rosalie sigh in relief. She thought William would let them live.
"How do you think I can chase you in the dark like this?" asked William mysteriously with his back facing them. His voice sounded cold and unforgiving.
Queen Rosalie and Annelise just didn’t understand what he meant by his words. The man disappeared into the darkness again but a second later two dogs barked at them, causing Annalise to accidentally push her mother into the river.
The two dogs chased Annalise through the woods.
William didn’t care what happened to the two women. He had managed to retrieve Arielle’s possessions, and it was time to rejoin Ronan.
He hoped Ronan didn’t kill all the reinforcements and left William out from joining in on the fun.
