"No!" A thrilled Nangong Ran shook his head, "Let me tell you, Gu Xiaoqi, Mingjue is now my idol. You have to be nicer to him in the future, got it?"

After saying that, Nangong Ran waved his little fist, "Don’t be so fierce, be gentle with him, alright?"

Gu Qibao thought she was going mad.

She hurriedly said, "Then I’ll tell him for you. If you two end up together, I’ll be all for it."

"Are you an idiot!" Nangong Ran glared at her, "The liking I mentioned is not the same as you’re thinking. I just think Di Mingjue is a nice guy and he’s pretty good to you, stop being so dramatic."

After gazing at Nangong Ran for a while, Gu Qibao blurted out, "You’re a loony."

Nangong Ran wanted to hit her. She turned her face away, opened the window, blinked and felt this situation was a bit surreal.

Nangong Ran, who was always terrified of Di Mingjue--even more scared than her, now suddenly seemed to side with Di Mingjue.

Gu Qibao was shocked by her own thought.

Gu Qibao nodded, grinning to greet them.

Head Secretary Chen Mei asked, "Miss Qibao, you’re here to see the President? The President is in...."

"No, no, no." Gu Qibao waved her hand quickly to interrupt Chen Mei, cunningly grinned, "Not so fast, I’ll hang around here. Nangong Ran has gone to the restroom, I’ll wait for him."

"Alright then." Chen Mei nodded, "What would you like to drink? I’ll have someone prepare it for you."
