The common point between these two types of Magic was that during the casting process, the Mage, who was the focal point, was not only completely defenseless and could be easily ambushed by any enemy, but they also couldn’t interrupt the casting process of this special Magic on their own.

Even worse, even if they had mastered Special Skills like "Magic Mastery," it was impossible to completely eliminate these unique drawbacks of top-tier Magic, let alone shorten their "continuous casting" or "charge-up" times.
