Chapter 61: Chapter 60: So, This Is What You Like

Nathan Foster was having a video conference with several leaders from the military district in the room.

The laptop was in front of him, and he held his phone, reading the message from South Grant.

Upon seeing the last message she sent, Nathan Foster was caught off guard and choked on his tea.

He managed to hold his composure, swallowed the tea, and coughed a few times.

At this moment, everyone on the video call stopped talking and nervously watched the big screen.

"Sir, was there something wrong with our strategy?"

"No, go on," Nathan Foster said with a calm expression.

The meeting continued, but Nathan Foster’s attention was undeniably split.

After the meeting ended, Nathan Foster came out of the room and asked Ivan Keller:

"Has he been calmed down?" 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺

"Yeah, he just fell asleep now," Ivan Keller said, having kept an eye on that room.

Nathan Foster walked over just as South Grant came out.

Seeing Nathan, South Grant was the first to ask:

"What did you do to Seth?"

Even though Seth is withdrawn, he wouldn’t reject people for no reason.

Nathan Foster merely glanced inside the hospital room and then said:

"I just changed his psychiatrist."

South Grant now understood why Seth was rejecting Nathan. Seth’s current psychiatrist had been treating him since he was little.

Since Seth lost his parents as a child, he was very dependent on South Grant and this psychiatrist.

The idea of changing his psychiatrist naturally made Seth resist.

"Seth is not like other kids. If you rashly switch his doctor, it will only worsen his condition."

South Grant strongly disliked Nathan’s unilateral decisions.

Nathan Foster didn’t offer any explanation, merely glanced at her and turned to leave.

South followed him, calling out to him, but he ignored her.

When they reached the hospital entrance, Nathan got in the car and rolled down the passenger window.

"Get in."

"Why?" She was annoyed with his poker face and lack of explanation.

"Aren’t you going to school?" Nathan Foster raised an eyebrow.

Oh, he was giving her a ride to school.

Just say it directly, no need to act cool.

After South Grant got in the car, Nathan started it up.

The radio was tuned to an emotional broadcast at that moment.

A man was complaining to the radio host about various issues in his marriage.

"Host, in recent years my marriage has felt like it’s hit a dead end. My relationship with my wife is ice-cold. I want to mend it, but I don’t know if you have any advice."

The host’s voice was sweet, and at this moment, she patiently asked:

"Could you please tell us why you feel your relationship with your wife is like this? When did the decline in your relationship begin?"

"Well...it’s a bit difficult to talk about..."

"Sir, there’s no need to worry. We don’t disclose personal information here; it’s just a platform for you to express yourself."

"Probably...it started when...I suffered some injuries, which left me a bit impotent in some matters."

After the guest finished speaking, the host paused for a moment but quickly responded:

"Harmonious marital relationships start with a harmonious night life. Sir, I suggest you communicate more with your wife and choose a reputable hospital for some help..."

While the host continued talking, South Grant listened with an embarrassed expression.

"So, you enjoy this kind of radio?" She looked at Nathan Foster with a subtle look in her eyes.
