They were staring in front of a mother cat, licking five of her kittens below her stomach, while she laid down sideways.

Felix swept his gaze at the five kittens and asked the Guide, "Did they pique your interest?"

Felix was surprised, he swept his gaze again and only noticed seconds later a small white kitten sitting on the rock.

She was undeniably gorgeous. She wore a nonchalant expression on her face as she licked her paw—her claws were sticking out.

When she landed her indifferent gaze at them, her attention barely lasted for a split second before suddenly stretching her body and rested on the rock with a flat surface.

He asked the Guide, "Why do you think she’s laying down on that rock?"

Sensing the eagerness of the Guide’s tone, Felix didn’t dilly-dally and said to the staff, "Can I acquire that one to be my beast pet?"

The staff was surprised.

She hesitated and said, "T-That’s... the white kitten that has been our whole attention at the moment. We are trying to understand her eccentric behavior. Or else, we might not be able to build a comprehensive guide for you to raise it."

Felix shook his head. "I understand your worries and curiosity, but I’m a beast tamer, so it’s my job already."
