Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey-Chapter 1531: Find a woman called Vesperine... And kill her.
~CCCHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU~
Mary’s lips slammed into Morgana’s in a long, forceful, wet kiss that lasted nearly a full minute.
When she finally pulled back, she let out a huge, satisfied sigh and dramatically wiped imaginary sweat from her forehead.
"Shh! I’m finally purified!" she declared triumphantly, clenching her fist in victory as though she’d just won a war.
"The filth is gone! I have purified! hahaha!!!"
"So this is purification... wow!" Mary tilted her head back, gazing at the ceiling in rapture as invisible waves of cleansing light supposedly washed over her. She turned toward the sleeping Lia with glowing eyes.
"My dear, your beloved mother has returned exactly as she left... Pure once more! Your purified mother is here for you!!"
Meanwhile, Morgana stood frozen, face locked in pure horror and disbelief.
What the actual fuck just happened?
Mary... kissed her?
For purification?
Why?
Her brain short-circuited trying to process it.
Before she could even begin to process it, Morgana’s nose scrunched up, her nostrils twitching violently as an unbearable stench hit her senses.
’What... is that smell?’ she wondered.
She inhaled again, deeply in fact... and her eyes widened in pure terror.
Shit!!
That crazy bitch had her head practically inside a toilet bowl full of fresh vomit just minutes ago!
Shit too?
"VOOMMM!!!" Morgana doubled over and vomited violently, horror and revulsion ripping through her. "YOU FUCKING ROTTEN BITCH!!!" she screamed between retches, clawing at her own lips with her nails, trying to scrape the taste away. "Arrrh!!"
But the smell didn’t fade. It only grew stronger... thick, sour, clinging to the back of her throat like tar.
"FUCK!"
She lurched forward and smashed her mouth against the nearest wall, rubbing her lips and tongue furiously against the cold stone. Skin tore, lips split, blood smeared across her chin and the wall, yet she kept grinding harder, faster, desperate to erase the contamination.
"FUCK! I CAN STILL TASTE—VOOMMMMM!!!"
Another wave of vomit surged up, splattering the floor as she gagged and sobbed in raw, disgusted fury.
While Morgana was still spiraling through the worst horror she had ever experienced, gagging and shaking as blood and bile stained the floor... The first time in her life, she truly felt violated on that level!!
Mary quietly slipped beneath the quilt. She moved with slow, deliberate care, inching closer to her sleeping daughter under the covers. The fabric rustled faintly as she quietly lifted the edge of Lia’s skirt, then slipped her fingers beneath the thin fabric of her daughter’s panties to check something.
When Mary finally emerged from under the quilt, she let out a long, relieved sigh.
"Sigghhhh... thank the heavens. That little brat almost gave me a heart attack." She pressed a hand to her chest, eyes shining with proud, possessive affection as she gazed down at Lia. She had known... that her daughter would never disobey her strictest command.
"I knew it. My words were not wasted. She would never disobey me."
"YOU BITCH!!"
Morgana snapped. She surged forward and grabbed Mary by the neck, lifting her clean off the ground. Blood streaked her chin and cheeks, her lips torn and raw, her torn tongue hung partially exposed, and her teeth gleamed red through the shredded skin of her mouth.
She leaned in close, voice low and dangerously venomous. "What. The fuck. Was that?"
Mary didn’t flinch. Instead, she met Morgana’s gaze with sudden, deadly seriousness.
"Find a woman called Vesperine." Mary said flatly, "And kill her."
Morgana froze, stunned by the sudden shift. Slowly, she loosened her grip just enough to speak. "Who?"
Mary adjusted herself as her feet touched the ground, brushing imaginary dust from her dress.
"The culprit we have been searching for. The one who elevated those empire values behind the scenes. Her name is Vesperine." Her eyes darkened. "She will soon meet Aether and make a deal with him. We need her dead before that happens."
Morgana frowned, "Vesperine... I’ve never heard that name before. Hmm. Interesting—Wait!" Her eyes suddenly widened. She clamped her hand around Mary’s throat again and yanked her upward once more.
"First answer my goddamn question, bitch! Why the hell did you kiss me with that filthy, shit-stained mouth of yours?!"
Mary’s expression instantly softened into something disgustingly cute and innocent. She batted her lashes shyly. "C-Can’t I kiss my little sis?" she asked in a small, trembling voice, twirling her fingers together like a bashful schoolgirl. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
Veins bulged violently across Morgana’s forehead. Her left eye twitched so hard it looked ready to pop.
Mary blushed deeper, pressing both hands to her cheeks. "D-Don’t look at me like that... I’m a woman too, you know. I get shy and flustered..." She peeked through her fingers with an exaggeratedly timid expression.
Even more veins throbbed on Morgana’s face.
What the actual fuck was she looking at right now?
Mary’s fingers trembled as she continued in a whisper. "I-If you’re so serious about it... there’s an empty room right beside this one. We could fu—"
BOOMMMMMM!!!
Crack!
Crack!
The ceiling shattered violently as an explosive force ripped through the room.
Lia flinched awake, eyes snapping open as debris rained down.
"What... is that?" she murmured groggily, staring up at the gaping hole above.
Her expression hardened quickly. "Are we under attack?"
She turned her head and froze.
A figure stood beside her bed.
"Shit! Aunt, what happened to you?!" Lia cried in horror, staring at Morgana’s bloodied, terrifying face.
Morgana turned toward her and smiled wickedly, "Nothing, dear," she said calmly. "Just dealing with a little piece of shit who thought she could do whatever she wanted."
Without another word, she kicked off the floor and launched herself upward through the hole, vanishing into the reddening sky.
Lia blinked in confusion, rushing to the edge of the bed and peering through the hole.
"Aunt?" she called out worriedly.
But no answer.
She let out a slow sigh as she pushed herself upright, limbs heavy as if sleep still clung stubbornly to her body.
"The only reason Aunt would be this angry would be my mother," she murmured quietly, her voice carrying a pitiful softness as she shook her head. "Mom... what have you done again this time?"
Her gaze drifted toward the window, eyes narrowing slightly as she noticed the sky outside shifting hues.... Crimson bled slowly across the clouds, "Blooddawn again?" she sighed, rubbing her temple.
"I guess that explains why both of them are so rowdy." A weak chuckle escaped her lips as she shook her head.
"Sisters always fighting like that."
She pulled the quilt neatly into place, smoothing the fabric before adjusting the pillows one by one, before stepping away from the bed.
"I have been sleeping way too much lately," she muttered to herself, a yawn slipping free as she stretched her arms overhead. Her back arched slightly, joints popping as she inhaled deeply. "HMMMMM... so tired." With sluggish steps, she made her way toward the bathroom.
She turned the tap. Cold water rushed out, and she cupped her hands, splashing it across her face. The chill felt surprisingly soothing against her cold skin. She leaned closer to the mirror, watching droplets scatter and slide down her cheeks, and a gentle, almost peaceful smile curved her lips.
Splash~
Splash~
She reached for the towel and dabbed her face carefully, rubbing away the lingering moisture.
When she lowered the towel to look at her reflection again... her eyes widened in sudden terror.
The reflection staring back at her was not her own.
A gorgeous man’s face filled the mirror, features sharp and familiar, lips twisted into a wicked, crooked smile that radiated cold amusement. His eyes bored straight into her as he spoke a single word, voice echoing unnaturally within her skull.
"Failure."
"KYYAA!!"
THUD!
Lia stumbled back with a cry, losing her balance as her legs gave out beneath her. She hit the ground hard. Her eyes blinked rapidly as panic surged through her veins, heart pounding wildly against her chest. She panted heavily, gulping for breath, fingers digging into the cold floor as if anchoring herself to reality.
Slowly, shakily, she forced herself upright. Her chest rose and fell unevenly as dread coiled tighter around her heart... With trembling hesitation, her gaze crept back toward the mirror.
This time, it showed only her reflection. Pale, shaken, but... undeniably her!
Yet her heart refused to calm, pain and fear thrumming through her as she stepped closer. Her hand lifted uncertainly, fingertips brushing the glass as she stared into her own eyes.
Her voice came out barely above a whisper, fragile and fearful...
"F-Father...."
