Kiss Me Not-Chapter 316 His Girlfriend

Berry woke up, feeling frustrated. Nothing happened last night as Harry passed out in the middle of their intimate moment.

Harry had no idea why she was unusually quiet as they ate their breakfast together. He wondered if Berry was upset when he came drunk last night.

Today is their flight back to Country D. They would go home together. Harry had to take responsibility for what happened between them.

Though he didn't plan anything, Berry had suddenly become part of his life. He should act like a man, not a total jerk.

He was saddened that he had to give up Kimmy now. It was his fault for taking her for granted before. Now, Kimmy had found the one. She liked a guy and he was no longer that guy. He had his regrets but he had to accept it and move on.

After their breakfast, Berry and Harry proceeded to the airport. She was still not in the mood even after boarding the plane. She was sulking in her seat.

Harry could no longer stand the silent treatment she was giving him so he decided to confront her.

"Are you mad at me, Berry? What did I do to upset you?" He asked her helplessly. He was used to Berry having her cheerful and lively attitude. So he didn't know why she was in a low mood today.

Meanwhile, Berry faced Harry upon hearing his query. She looked at him with her pouting lips, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I'm not mad at you… just a little bit upset and frustrated," she answered him truthfully.

"Why?" He probed.

Berry knitted her eyebrows into a frown and said, "You were drunk last night…" she paused for a moment, looking at him.

Then she lowered her gaze and continued in her low voice which was almost a whisper, "You left me hanging…"

Despite her low voice, Harry still managed to hear her words. He fell silent with his flushed cheeks. Berry was too frank!

He somehow remembered what transpired last night but he chose to pretend that he couldn't remember as if nothing happened. They almost did it once again while he was drunk. Fortunately, he passed out from too much drunkenness.

He didn't want to take advantage of her but he was not able to control himself and they got physical and intimate last night.

"I'm sorry…" Harry could only apologize to her. "It won't happen again," he added.

Berry looked at him confusedly. 'What did he mean by that? Is he referring to getting drunk or leaving me hanging?' Her cheeks burned from blushing at the last thought.

Hearing his apology was enough for Berry to feel better. She finally smiled cheerfully while staring at Harry's handsome face.

"I forgive you," she said.

Harry couldn't stop himself from smiling inwardly as Berry was now back to her usual self.

The two took a nap, waiting for their plane to reach their destination. Harry's head was still throbbing because of the hangover while Berry suffered from a lack of sleep. She was not able to sleep last night because of her frustration.

When they woke up, the airplane was already landing at Country D's international airport. Harry volunteered to send Berry home.

They were about to leave the airport passenger arrival area when Harry and Berry bumped into someone. It was Daryl, Harry's stepbrother.

"Harry!" It was Daryl who recognized his brother first. He just came back from his business trip. He didn't expect to see Harry who had a woman's company.

Harry was not able to respond right away as he was caught off guard seeing Daryl. When he met his gaze, he could already tell that Daryl was curious about the woman who was standing beside him.

"This is Berry–" Harry was not yet done speaking when Berry suddenly butted in thus cutting him off midway.

"I'm his girlfriend," Berry declared shamelessly, extending her right hand to Daryl.

Daryl: "..."

Harry: "..." free𝚠𝚎𝚋𝒏𝚘ѵ𝐞l.𝑐oｍ

The two men were at a loss for words for a moment. Daryl was the one who received a great shock when he heard Berry's own self-introduction. She already claimed herself as Harry's girlfriend, proudly introducing herself to his brother, Daryl.

"Oh, nice meeting you, Berry. I'm Daryl, Harry's brother." Daryl accepted Berry's hand for a handshake. Then he smiled awkwardly, still shocked about this discovery.

'Kenzie will certainly get surprised as well once she hears this shocking news.'

With that thought in mind, Daryl decided to invite Berry and Harry to come over to their house for lunch. He was dying to share this gossip with his wife.

"Why don't you join us for lunch? Your sister-in-law will be happy to meet your girlfriend," Daryl said, looking at Harry meaningfully.

Berry's face brightened up when she heard Daryl's invitation. She glanced at Harry with her hopeful eyes.

Harry could only sigh in defeat before agreeing to his brother. Since Daryl had a car waiting for him, Harry and Berry joined him as they went to Cha's Mansion.

After a twenty-minute drive, the three of them reached the house. On the way, Daryl already informed Kenzie that he was back and some visitors would join them for lunch. He didn't tell her about Harry and Berry yet.

Kenzie immediately welcomed Daryl with a warm hug upon his arrival. The two even kissed in front of Harry and Berry, making the two blush in embarrassment for their display of affection.

Berry wondered if she could also do that with Harry!

When Kenzie and Daryl parted, that was the time Kenzie noticed Harry's and Berry's presence.

"Harry, you are also back!" Kenzie said excitedly. Looking at Berry, she was puzzled when she saw her familiar face. However, she was expecting to see Kimmy with him, not another woman. "Who is this lovely lady next to you, brother-in-law?"

"She is Berry… My girlfriend." This time, it was Harry who introduced Berry to Kenzie as his girlfriend.

Kenzie's jaw dropped when she heard that. She blinked her eyes several times, darting her gaze between Harry and Berry, then she stopped at Daryl as if asking her husband 'what's going on?'

Harry left country D and went to Country B to follow and pursue Kimmy. Who would have thought that he would come back having a girlfriend who was not Kimmy?!

'What the hell happened in Country B? Did my brother-in-law fail to court Kimmy?'
