Chapter 85: New Classmates (1)

Kha’Miero walked me right up to the entrance of the library, still bickering with me as we discussed the pros and cons of having a multitude of friends and whether or not those friends should be ’rigid’ or ’malleable’, which really wasn’t meant to be much of a debate since malleable was the answer.

Having someone like myself who was willing to do most things to please futanari and women would be far more ideal than someone who was hardline one or the other, if only because the versatility being offered made things all the better for everyone involved.

Since we were at the entrance she just went ahead and bade me farewell, patting me on the rear and murmuring "Just remember, straight to the cafeteria to eat and then we’re heading right to my room to fuck." just because she knew it would make me thoroughly embarrassed.

With that she departed, leaving me on the precipice of the library as I ’reset’ myself in preparation for my next class and next set of classmates; I hadn’t really met or conversed with anyone in Physical Combat, but I definitely was going to try and make friends wherever I could.

Real friends, not just friends that are only there to provide me the benefit of a good dick to fill me up with or perhaps a really tight hole to fill myself; I wanted to stop only looking for sex, but I also knew that it was going to be impossible considering... well, everything.

As I walked into the library itself I was doubly sure of that since the first person I laid eyes on was a bubbly, tall, and very ’well known’ Harekin that was absurdly gorgeous; her smooth caramel skin shone beneath the light while her long auburn and white hair looked like silk even from afar.

Her large, vibrant hazel eyes were filled with warmth as she chatted with a few people at one of the tables, and the way her lips curled into those smiles was utterly captivating, while her two long auburn furred ears twitched atop her head.

They twitched a few times before she looked up towards me, her lips curving into a warm smile as she stood up and said "Hello~! Are you here for Magical Theory with Professor Maryanne? It’s over here~! Come and take a seat~! My name is-"

She just kept speaking even as she bounced on over to me, her long, toned legs carrying her far while her hands felt so warm as she guided me to a seat, the eagerness and desire to socialize fueling her far more than anything else.

"- Anwen, and as you can see I’m a Harekin~! I’m from up north though, so you probably haven’t heard of my people... but that’s why I’m here at the Academy~! First one in two centuries to make it in, hoping to be the first one to actually graduate~!"

"Come now Anwen, you now that isn’t entirely true. Just because that one lass was half Dwarf doesn’t mean she wasn’t from your people."

The Harekin just stuck her tongue out at a muscled, horned futanari that was lounging at the table, her dark brown skin stretched taut over her massive body; the wide nose and heavy golden ring that dangled there made it even clearer that she was a Bullkin, and she was another that I recognized.

"Also, stop scaring the newcomers. You’re so damn energetic all the time... Take things slower, give people their space... I’m Ishtarnii, from a Herd up north. Not many Human’s make it to the Academy, let alone into the Magical Theory class... or so I’ve heard; many of the people here don’t particularly like your kind."

The way she exhaled sharply after that made me a bit worried she was amongst that group, but Anwen giggled and reached over to pat the Bullkin’s thick forearm as she said "Ishtarnii here just has a habit of being all bullish and mean looking, but she’s such~ a sweetie, I promise~! Ooh, and don’t worry about what she said; those kinds of people aren’t usually here at the Academy, and..."

Turning back to me and giving me a sly grin, the Harekin pat my arm next and whispered "They tend to wake up at night. Be careful, Human~! They tend to have fangs and love~ to bite..." which made me blush a little.

"Don’t you bite too? You wake up in the morning though..."

"Oh piss off Ishtarnii! I only bit ya once, and you deserved it!"

The two glared at one another for a moment before Ishtarnii exhaled again, leaning further into her chair and breaking eye contact as she turned over towards me, asking "Sorry, what was your name?"

"Oh, um... It’s Natalie. I’m just... from a backwater village, so you definitely wouldn’t have heard about my... ’people’..."

That made her raise her brow while Anwen tilted her head, only to turn back towards the door and attempt to rise out of her chair when she saw a few more people trickling on in; if it wasn’t for the Bullkin yanking her down she would have rushed over to greet them too, earning a pout that made her soften just a little... but not enough to let her go.

"You already picked up enough strays, Anwen. Give it a rest and get back to talking with these ones first... such a scatterbrain."

"Right! So, Natalie, this over here is Jacklyn, and this is Priscilla! Priscilla was just telling us about the wonderful techniques that the Elves use to concentrate mana into plants to alter their growth!"

The other two at the table - a blonde haired Elf that was presumably Priscilla and a gloomy, very shy Dogkin - were looking at me silently, with two very different reasons; the Dogkin was just staring at me from under her bangs, keeping to herself and likely far too ’scared’ to move after being dragged over by Anwen, while Priscilla...

It wasn’t hate that was in her eyes, but she definitely didn’t like me, and if I had to take a wild guess it was entirely because I was a Human and she was an Elf; all that pride and superiority was still here for most Elves because... well, what good is a humble Elf in a fantasy world?

Everyone knows Elves are prideful, arrogant, overpowered beings that somehow manage to find themselves in plot focused detriments because otherwise they would just be steamrolling everything in existence!

Which meant I was very much not wanting to talk to an Elf that was outright looking down on me since what she could do to me wasn’t pretty, so I gave her a somewhat awkward smile and a bowed head before promptly shrinking in my seat a little to escape her immediate ’scorn’.

At least I could focus on the two people that had once been characters in the game before, and realize that my hopes of just getting ’normal’ friends was a bit dashed since Anwen was pretty much a coked up Hare that was always in mating season... and Ishtarnii was just a Bullkin.

So of course she was good friends with the perpetually horny Harekin since it meant she always had something to wrap around her ginormous cock whenever and however she pleased... which meant I had run into another futanari that was many times my size, which was starting to become a running theme I wasn’t terribly happy with...
