In Warhammer, My System is Minecraft-Chapter 167: The Game Between Nurgle and Milk, Historically Known as the Dung Gambit (1) (Bonus)
This is the bonus Chapter for reaching 1500 Powerstones.

"The frontline troops of Ultramar have already engaged the plague army."
Guilliman briefed Zeke on the war situation.
"Furthermore, many plagues have appeared in the worlds behind the frontlines. This is Nurgle’s favorite trick: using viruses to drag down the enemy’s logistics during a massive war."
"And I have heard that a patient has appeared whom milk cannot cure."
Upon hearing Guilliman say that milk had lost its effect, Zeke’s first reaction was that it was impossible.
Milk’s effect was to clear all status buffs and debuffs; this was an absolute game rule from Minecraft.
The only variable was that Nurgle had found a loophole. This, however, was entirely possible.
Take a disease like kidney stones, for example. Milk could heal your kidneys so they stop producing stones, but as for the stones that already existed physically, it was obviously powerless.
"Where is this patient?" Zeke took this matter quite seriously and planned to personally verify the news.
"In a hospital on the world of Iax. It’s a case they received three days ago," Guilliman said. "Before I go, I need to make a trip back to Terra. Father has called me. Once I finish this matter, I will immediately head over to regroup with you."
"Perfect timing." Zeke pulled out the [Bubbell]. "Carry this on you."
Having been with him for so long, the [Bubbell] had already successfully recorded the voices of quite a few people, such as the Silent King and the two Phaerons. Now, it was time to add one more.
Guilliman took the [Bubbell] and walked toward the Nether Portal leading to Terra.
Right before disappearing, Guilliman turned his head.
"You need to be careful, Zeke. This news reaching my ears was far too coincidental. It’s possible someone is trying to lure you over. I’ve heard that Nurgle has long harbored a deep grudge against you."
"Trifling matters. I’m actually wishing he would come looking for me." Zeke dived headfirst into the Nether Portal leading to the realm of Ultramar, passing through several Nether Portal transit stations.
Along the way, he even found time to locate Cow. Using the Bottomless Pool bucket, he did a thorough extraction, scooping up a massive amount of Milk.

Iax.
A Garden World among the 500 Worlds of Ultramar, hailed as one of Ultramar’s most beautiful planets.
After its main rival for this title, the world of Prandium, was destroyed by a Tyranid Hive Fleet, Iax became even more precious.
Here, even the smallest ecological niches had undergone the most meticulous terraforming.
Manors grew alongside ancient trees, and livestock coexisted with native beasts, perfectly interpreting what it meant for humanity and nature to live in harmony.
Iax’s hive city was situated in the center, and Halsia Hospital was located in the middle of the hive.
This hospital was originally built by Guilliman at a massive expense specifically to seek a cure against Nurgle’s plagues. It was filled with top-tier experts from every sector of the Imperium.
It was just a pity that after Milk appeared in the world, these top experts lost their jobs one after another.
Seeing that this wouldn’t do, these experts simply pivoted to researching the Milk. The results were quite obvious: just like Karmine, they couldn’t figure out a single thing.
"Hey, Mister." At the hospital entrance, Zeke heard a childish call.
He looked down to see a little kid, who sneakily and forcefully dragged Zeke to a corner.
"Mister, one look at you and I can tell you’re not a local. You’re probably a rich man from somewhere." The kid pulled a bottle of Milk from his satchel. "Do you want to try our Iax specialty? This thing is a sacred relic guaranteed to cure all ailments. Let me tell you a secret: the effect of this thing is to clear all status effects. Here is its qualification report, certified by the experts at Halsia Hospital. Absolutely trustworthy."
Watching the kid talk so glibly, Zeke’s expression grew increasingly weird. Shouldn’t these be my lines?
No, I must hold it in, I can’t laugh. Back when he had just acquired Milk, hadn’t he looked exactly like this?
"How much?" Zeke figured this was, eight times out of ten, just a kid trying to earn some pocket money. Next, he would probably demand an exorbitant price.
The kid shoved the Milk right into Zeke’s hands. "It’s free."
"This is something meant to save others, not a tool for amassing wealth. Heh, did I do a good impression? Lord Regent said that."
The kid waved lightly at Zeke and moved on to pitch his spiel to another passerby.
That was rather unexpected. Zeke looked at the Milk in his hand and stuffed it into his backpack.
Pushing open the main doors, the hospital corridors were stark white and pristine, filled with the smell of disinfectant. Medical staff bustled through the halls, giving instructions to recently awakened patients.
The chief director of the hospital had already received the news and warmly welcomed his arrival at the end of the corridor.
"It’s like this, Mr. Zeke. Let me give you a brief overview of the current situation. The patient’s name is Valens, a soldier of the Ultramar Auxilia. It was discovered while he was fighting on the frontlines, and he was transferred here for treatment. We employed the Milk Therapy, but this time, the universally effective Milk has lost its effect."
The director handed over a stack of documents regarding Valens and continued:
"Ever since more and more patients were cured by Milk, the Lord of Plagues began spreading viruses specifically targeting the Milk. For example, viruses that completely corrode a patient’s digestive organs, making them physically unable to drink the Milk."
Zeke could already mass-produce Totems of Undying. These methods of Nurgle were indeed vicious, but they still weren’t enough to catch his eye.
"Later, I’ll have Guilliman allocate Totems of Undying to you. Just use them in conjunction with the Milk."
The director then led Zeke to a brightly lit ward.
Pained groans drifted from inside. The chief director shot Zeke a glance. "This is our patient."
He knocked on the door. "Valens, we are coming in."
The door creaked open.
The lighting in this ward was very good. Directly below it was a large fountain.
Valens lay on the bed, completely devoid of strength.
Zeke glanced at his minimap. For the very first time, this miraculous situation appeared: a red dot and a green dot were simultaneously overlapping on a single person.
Zeke roughly guessed the reason why the Milk had no effect.
Valens weakly opened one eye and saw the newcomers: his attending physician and...
"That’s right, it’s him!"
Valens felt a surge of ecstatic joy erupt within his mind.
"After enduring for so many days, the one we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived."
"This human’s damned face is known to literally everyone in Nurgle’s Garden! A bucket of a substance called Milk destroyed all of the Grandfather’s painstaking efforts in an instant."
"Every single force of Nurgle is itching to pull out his tendons, peel his skin, and toss him into the Grandfather’s cauldron to boil for ten days and ten nights!"
Who is that? Who is talking in my head?
Valens felt a wave of terror. Ever since he returned from the frontlines, he had been encountering this situation, with someone constantly whispering in his ear.
"Doctor, I feel like my disease is acting up again," Valens said weakly, taking the glass of Milk the director handed over once more.
