Chapter 518 - 518 Invincible: The Viltrumites Have No Manners, The Wrath of Allen, Anissa vs. Eve and Monster Girl, and Invincible Is Destroyed Physically and Spiritually.

Vidor, being a Viltrumite, died; not in a fight against another Viltrumite, nor in an ambush by the Rognars, nor being shot by the Space Racer, but against a human. This reality would shake the foundations of the Viltrumite Empire.

That man, who appeared out of nowhere while they were trying to kill a Unopan for information. That young man who simply didn't belong there, had faced three Viltrumites, wounded two, and killed one.

Talescria, being the main planet of the Coalition, was in shock. Thanks to their technology, the result of the cooperation of many civilizations that had long begun their stellar age, they were able to see how the battle had unfolded and were left stunned by what they had just witnessed. On Talescria, there were all kinds of races coming from countless worlds, and all of them, from the fortified cities, were witnessing, on enormous screens, probably the harshest and most important battle in the history of the universe.

Now, a fierce battle would take place where blood and viscera flew everywhere!

...

Thula narrowed her eyes as she steeled her muscles to fight to the death. Lucan's eyes turned white, as though entering a berserk state. Both Viltrumites didn't care if they died, but they wouldn't do it without fighting like cowards.

"Hey... you guys..."

Allen's confused and somewhat uncomfortable voice echoed everywhere. Thanks to the system's capability, everyone can understand Allen's words.

"This is really uncomfortable for me to say."

The man, surrounded by an aura so oppressive it could alter the weather and cause earthquakes, looked with curiosity at the two Viltrumites, who were almost ready to jump at him.

"Aren't you going to escape?"

"...?"

At first, Lucan and Thula seemed stunned, but a moment later, Thula smiled cruelly.

"There's only one way I'll leave, and that's in pieces!"

"No, value your life..." Allen shook his head. "And you, big guy?"

"I'd rather die as a Viltrumite! There's no place in our society for cowards!"

Allen looked at them strangely as he stopped emitting ki. "You guys and your suicidal mentality! It's truly unpleasant to say this myself, but are you not stupid for facing me?!"

"...!?"

Lucan and Thula blinked in disbelief at the sudden change in Allen. But he was frustrated. While he didn't care if the whole story went to hell, in the end, he would have to deal with all the problems this would bring. Not to mention that no one was paying him to face three walking apocalypses.

"Oh, come on! I mean, I just disintegrated your friend a moment ago," Allen exaggeratedly pointed to himself. "If I were you, I'd be running at maximum speed, no, in fact, I wouldn't even be here. How can you be such assholes, appearing on the planet of your sworn enemies?! A little respect would be nice! These people have been resisting you for thousands of years!"

"..."

"You know what? I'm not going to argue... I'll just beat you up, maybe you'll die, maybe not, who knows..."

[Allen...]

'What?'

[Do you remember the crazy Viltrumite woman who shouldn't appear...?]

'Anissa? What's up with her?'

[Yes... well...]

"Ok, I get it. First, my date is ruined, then I come to fight without pay, the story is ruined, and to finish, Anissa shows up early; someone is screwing me!" Allen hit the space to his right, breaking it, "Someone or something is going to blow up today and it's going to be violent!"

...

(Some time ago)

Anissa was a woman of athletic build and defined muscles accentuating her feminine curves. She had short black hair and gray eyes. She was one of the last Viltrumite women, holding a high rank in the empire.

Anissa is quite reasonable as long as you don't provoke her beyond a certain limit.

If we consider how it happened in history canon. The first time she arrived on Earth, she tried to convince Invincible to join the Viltrumite Empire. She said that everything would be a utopia, that they would end wars and diseases, and that humanity would prosper under their rule. But all of that was a lie... Whether it was Universe 2, where the type of utopia they planned was clearly shown, or the fate of thousands of worlds like Allen the Alien's that ended up destroyed with their races nearly extinct because of it.

As it could be seen, Allen's intervention had its consequences. Omni-Man didn't leave his position and escaped Earth as he should have. Before leaving, he wanted to give his people a warning. Nolan didn't believe that Allen could destroy the empire, because no matter how strong he was, they weren't one, and there was also their Regent, a monster that no other Viltrumite compared to, including himself. But regardless of that, the Viltrumites were very proud, and many could die if they underestimated Allen.

This goodwill from Nolan was seen as an insult to his people, and it was ordered that they be captured for their subsequent execution. But those who would deal with them would be Thula, Lucan, and Vidor. It's important to highlight the high regard they had for Nolan's abilities, as they sent three Viltrumites for him.

While Nolan gave much information to the empire, he conveniently didn't mention the existence of his son, Mark.

So Anissa was sent this time because of Allen, the human. It was an exploration mission. And Anissa was perfect for it because she could be reasonable if the situation required it. Additionally, Anissa had another mission; to see if everything Nolan said about his strength was true. Of course, avoiding conflict would be a priority.

Anissa arrived on Earth and the first thing she did was search for information. People had the image that Viltrumites were aggressive barbarians, but they forgot that they had a technologically advanced civilization. They were capable of creating and using spacecraft capable of interstellar travel. They could create all kinds of advanced technology that humanity had yet to discover or create.

Anissa descended upon some people and observed their phones.

"Human...I need to ask you some questions..."

"Ahh!"

"Stay away!"

"Run!"

The people were scared...

"..." Anissa observed this weak race carefully. They were so fragile that just brushing against them lightly could kill them. However, they were almost identical to the Viltrumites in appearance, and their biological compatibility made them perfect for reviving the empire. This world was special, different from all the thousands they had conquered.

Understanding this, Anissa didn't act like other Viltrumites. She didn't start causing destruction or threatening people. Instead, she snatched a phone from someone.

"Somewhat primitive but it will serve to access their information networks..."

"Ahh."

The man fell to the ground, frightened. It was common sense that if someone who flew and dressed differently appeared, they were either a superhero or something very dangerous.

"Tell me, who is the strongest person in this world?"

Finding information about Allen would be easy. After all, according to the information Omni-Man had provided, he had faced him and been defeated. No one could defeat Nolan without it being a catastrophic event for the world.

"Ahh, don't hurt me!"

Anissa frowned. While she was patient, she also had a limit. She grabbed the man by the neck and lifted him.

"You'd better speak or you won't like what happens next."

"Let him go!"

At that moment, Atom Eve appeared, having come to the commotion.

The heroism in the world of Invincible wasn't absolute. Often, the superheroes of this world faced traumatic and very dangerous situations that made them question whether it was worth continuing to be a superhero. That's why many superheroes retired by the second half of the story.

"It seems we have a b*tch who doesn't know how to ask nicely~"

Amanda, now transformed into Monster Girl, crossed her arms, watching Anissa. Her good mood didn't change, even though her date had been interrupted; after all, her objective had already been fulfilled. Eve sighed. As soon as Allen left, who knows where Amanda had called her to tell her everything.

Thanks to Allen, their relationship had become more like that of friends, which inevitably happened because they lived with Allen. However, Eve didn't know what to think about the situation. Did she not realize that it was as if she were calling the wife to inform her that she had become her husband's mistress?

Eve shook off those thoughts and observed Anissa cautiously. That strange outfit made her discomfort grow.

– "Eve, if you ever come across a man or woman who has an ego through the roof, wears a completely white and gray suit, and flies, be careful... It's probably a Viltrumite." –

"You must be a protector of this world..." murmured Anissa, then she floated closer to Eve, ignoring the green troll standing on the ground, offended. "I would like to know about Allen Walker."

"Hey!" growled Amanda.

Eve, having become wary, frowned. "What do you want with him?"

Anissa hadn't lived so many years in vain; she immediately realized that Eve's relationship with her target wasn't simple.

"I'd like to know a few things about him, and preferably meet him..." Anissa's smile angered Eve, it was a sort of threat to the happiness of her home.

"Who are you to demand to see my boyfriend?" Amanda shouted.

Anissa widened her eyes, surprised to hear the muscular green troll declare something like that. "I see Allen Walker had very crude tastes."

Eve covered her face, and Amanda stood stunned before undoing her transformation. Something told her she needed to clarify this, or Allen would get angry.

Anissa watched Amanda, her face returning to normal. "I see~"

Eve clenched her teeth as Anissa gave her that look of interest in Allen, even without knowing him.

"I'll warn you only once, don't have thoughts about my boyfriend, or you'll regret it..."

Eve's threat caught Anissa by surprise, and she turned to look at Amanda, confused, before turning back to Eve.

Eve felt embarrassed. "It's complicated..."

"..." Anissa had a look of disdain, and although she didn't mock her, her expression said it all.

"If you want to say something just say it!" Eve glared at Anissa with distaste.

"Hehe, a little girl who can't even keep her man in check dares to question me... no, but that also speaks well of Allen, now I'm even more interested in meeting him..." Anissa licked her lips and grinned shamelessly. "Little girl, if you can't handle him, I could take him—"

Anissa was struck by a burst of pink energy that threw her into a truck, which exploded due to its fuel.

Amanda looked at Eve incredulously, who crossed her arms with satisfaction, but she immediately felt uncomfortable and tried to justify herself. "She started it!"

"Sure..." Amanda glanced at the fire, worried. "But I think you just started a war..."

Anissa shot out of the fire and flew to Eve, "You bitch!"

Eve created several shields in front of her, but unbelievably, they were easily pierced, "Impossible!"

Amanda transformed into a troll and attacked Anissa, but she was a step too slow and didn't reach her.

Anissa got in front of Eve and clenched her fist with clear intent. She came into this world as a kind of preliminary exploration, but that didn't mean she'd allow anyone to attack her without consequences. However, Anissa's punch was stopped by a shield in the shape of a sphere that surrounded Eve.

Eve, irritated, gathered a lot of energy and attacked Anissa again. This time, Anissa would resist, but she couldn't move. Amanda rammed her against a building, but Anissa punched her in the face and sent her through several buildings.

"Ugh!"

"Amanda!"

Due to the work of the girls as superheroes, just like Gwen, Kara, Raven, Starfire, Donna, Annie, Kimiko, and Diana, their pendants only activated when the attack had a high chance of seriously injuring or killing them. Allen set this up so that the pendants wouldn't interfere with their fights.

Anissa didn't attack Amanda with enough force, and the pendant didn't activate.

"Fuck!" Amanda came out of the building angry and attacked Anissa. Eve helped her, and a two vs. one fight began.

Anissa was stronger than both of them, but the pendants protected them, making the battle complicated and preventing anyone from falling.

...

Invincible was enjoying his life at university with Amber and William. So, on any given day, while lying with Amber in his arms, he saw a news report on his phone that Atom Eve and Monster Girl were fighting against a mysterious woman.

– "Atom Eve is holding off the invader, but she doesn't seem weakened or even injured by her attacks or Monster Girl's." –

Invincible also knew about the existence of those pendants and knew they only activated when the danger was significant.

"I have to help!"

Regardless of his thoughts about Allen's bastard troll, Mark considered Eve a friend and wasn't going to leave her fighting alone.

Cecil was also watching and squinted his eyes. "It's strange, where is Walker?"

"Maybe he's busy, sir," Donald replied, confused. He also thought it was very strange that Allen was absent at this moment.

One of the operators spoke up, "Sir, Dupli-Kate just ignored the order to wait and left the headquarters. What do we do?"

"What do we do? She's Walker's girlfriend, you tell me what we do, let her do whatever she wants."

...

Invincible quickly arrived in downtown Chicago and saw the explosions from a distance. Mark felt more confident. Since his father's betrayal and the beating he received from Allen, his strength had doubled, and his speed and stamina had increased. At that moment, Mark felt [INVINCIBLE].

Without a doubt, Mark accelerated and flew towards Anissa. She also noticed Invincible's presence.

"Hey, leave my friends alone!"

"Shut up!" Frustrated by not being able to hurt Eve, Anissa struck Invincible as a release of frustration, crushing the boy's face.

Mark's mind stopped when his jaw was broken by a punch from Anissa. 'Huh?'

Anissa appeared too early, and the difference in strength with the current Invincible was even greater than it should be; not even Invincible was able to land a punch on Anissa, despite his powers having increased.

Mark recalled a conversation with Allen after Allen gave him a beating during training.

(Flashback)

"Listen, I know you're frustrated and think it's unfair, but you're right, it is unfair," Allen laughed while grabbing a water bottle that Kate had brought him.

"Bastard..." Mark, lying on the ground, spat out a broken tooth while breathing heavily.

Allen looked down at the boy on the ground and knelt beside him. "Listen, this world is full of assholes, and you're a walking magnet for them, so all the crap in this world is going to fall on you."

"One day, you'll be happy at home with your mom or your girlfriend, and suddenly an old degenerate will show up with a bottle of baby oil, beat you up, and tell you he's lonely before doing horrible things to you..."

"WHAT?!" Invincible shot up, imagining that horrible nightmare scenario.

"Relax, it was just an example..." Allen smiled awkwardly.

"Oh, thank God, that was disturbingly specific..." Mark breathed to calm his nerves.

Allen patted him on the shoulder. "Don't worry, you won't always have bad luck, so you'll also have your moments of glory... Invincible."

(End of POV)

"HEY, WHEN WILL THESE MOMENTS OF GLORY COME, YOU LYING BASTARD?"

Invincible shed tears of frustration as he fell into a conveniently open sewer, which led him straight into the sewage water.
