I Became a Kindergarten Teacher for Monster Babies!-Chapter 317 Top Secret
Alina folded her arms and leaned slightly forward, pretending to be very serious, though a playful smile tugged at her lips. "So... what’s our little gossip king got on his mind today?" she asked, wiggling her brows.
Boo’s eyes sparkled like two little stars, and he twirled midair with pure excitement. "Ohh, today’s gossip is very mysterious!" he said dramatically, his tiny voice dropping into a secretive whisper as if he were about to reveal a kingdom’s secret.
"Principal again?" Alina guessed with a teasing smile, because it was always the principal. Boo’s gossip and Dante were practically best friends by now.
But Boo gasped, spinning in a shocked little loop. "No, no! Not this time! It’s about—" he paused for effect, lowering his voice even more, "LUNA!"
Alina blinked in surprise, her eyes widening. "What? You’ve started gossiping about your classmates now?" she asked, pretending to be scandalized.
Boo nodded proudly, grinning from ear to ear. "Oh, Boo always gossips about everyone!" he said happily, his ghostly tail swishing like a ribbon.
Alina shook her head, laughing softly. "You’re unbelievable. Alright then, my Gossip King, what’s this top-secret story you’ve brought today?"
Boo leaned closer, his voice full of mystery. "It’s top secret..." he whispered, looking left and right as if spies were hiding behind the desks.
Alina nodded seriously, playing along. "I see. Go on, I’m listening." She even rested her chin on her hand, pretending to think deeply.
Boo floated closer until his tiny mouth was almost at her ear. "Do you know, teacher..." he began, eyes sparkling mischievously, "Luna is planning to build a tunnel from her home all the way to the classroom!"
Alina blinked in disbelief, trying not to laugh. "A tunnel?" she repeated, her lips twitching.
"Yes!" Boo said dramatically, spreading his little arms. "A big, secret, sneaky tunnel! So she can come to school faster without waking up her dad!"
Alina bit her lip to keep from laughing out loud. "Oh my goodness... that’s quite the plan," she said in mock seriousness. "And how did you find out about this top-secret project?"
Boo puffed out his chest proudly. "I heard her sleep-talking during nap time!"
That did it—Alina burst into laughter, covering her mouth as tears welled in her eyes. "Boo! You can’t spy on your classmates when they’re sleeping!"
"But it’s for knowledge!" Boo defended dramatically. "Gossip King must always stay informed!"
Alina could only shake her head helplessly, still laughing as she patted his little head. "You, my dear, are one unstoppable ghost."
Boo twirled proudly in the air as he declared, "The world deserves to know the truth!"
Satisfied that he had delivered the day’s most important breaking news, Boo floated happily toward the door, humming a cheerful little tune as he disappeared down the hallway.
Alina, meanwhile, stayed behind to collect her things. She picked up her small notebook, tucked her phone into her pocket, and finally reached for her bag—but the moment she remembered Boo’s "tunnel project gossip," a burst of laughter escaped her lips.
"Oh my goodness... a tunnel," she whispered between giggles, pressing a hand to her chest as if that could stop the laughter bubbling out of her. The image of tiny Luna seriously digging a tunnel from her house to the classroom with a shovel twice her size was simply too much.
She tried to compose herself, but it was hopeless. Every time she imagined Luna’s grumpy little face covered in mud, muttering about being "late for class again," another wave of laughter shook her shoulders.
Still chuckling, she slung her bag over her shoulder and stepped out of the classroom, closing the door behind her. The corridor was quiet, sunlight streaming gently through the tall windows, and her laughter echoed softly as she walked. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝙚𝔀𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝒐𝒎
If anyone saw her now—smiling, half-bent from laughter, talking to herself about tunnels—they’d probably think Miss Alina had finally lost her mind.
But she didn’t care.
After lunch, all the teachers gathered in the staff room, chatting lazily.
Alina joined them, settling into her usual seat beside Gabriel. She looked far too amused, her eyes sparkling like she was holding back something hilarious. When Gabriel raised an eyebrow, she finally gave in.
"So... you’ll never believe what Boo told me today," she began, trying not to giggle. "Apparently, Luna is planning to build a tunnel from her home to the classroom."
There was a moment of silence—then the whole room burst out laughing. Miss Kelly nearly choked on her water, Professor Hobb snorted, and even the usually calm Gabriel was shaking his head with a grin.
"Boo said that?" he asked, chuckling.
Alina nodded, still laughing. "Yes! He sounded so serious about it too like it was the biggest secret in the world."
Gabriel leaned back in his chair, laughing quietly. "Well, to be fair, wolves are natural diggers," he said teasingly, stirring his tea. "But Luna’s claws are still too small to dig a tunnel all the way here. Maybe she’d reach the flowerbeds first."
Alina pressed her lips together, trying to hold back another laugh, but the image of little Luna furiously digging a tunnel with Boo supervising from above was too much. "Oh, don’t say that, Gabriel," she managed between giggles. "Boo will probably help her by making the dirt float!"
Everyone started laughing again.

The room was quiet except for the faint rustle of curtains moving in the warm breeze. Sunlight streamed through the wide windows, spilling across the wooden floor in golden bands.
Georgia sat beside the bed, her hands hovering just above Amelia’s still form. A tender glow of green light coiled slowly around her palms, dancing like liquid mist with tiny sparks of white that flickered and vanished in the air. Her eyes were closed, her breathing calm, and her entire being radiated peace. The energy hummed faintly, a melody only the heart could hear.
As the flow deepened, the green light began to expand, wrapping Amelia in a soft cocoon of warmth. The glow spread from head to toe, bathing her in waves of gentle radiance. Within moments, the outline of her energy field became visible...tinged with gray and dull red, faint traces of turquoise and light yellow hidden beneath, like sunlight struggling through storm clouds.
